SLAM Plumbing has helped us out with a few things at our house: installation of a new hot water heater, and leak detection and replacement of some super old pipes and valves in our shower. Each time they were super communicative about arrival times and it was so easy to set up an appointment (and quick too, never had to wait too long). I've worked with a couple of their guys and all of them are friendly, and professional and do a great job of explaining what the issues are in a way that you can understand. Their pricing is very fair and I always felt like it was clear what I was being charged for and why - there are never any surprises. I 100% recommend them for any plumbing issues or needs that you have!

We have had to do a ton of repairs after buying an old house that was poorly flipped. Jeff and the whole SLAM team have been incredible from start to finish. I will never call another plumber again. These guys (and gal at the office) are the real deal: honest, hardworking, smart & skillful, great customer service, good sense of humor and wit, competitive prices; they are total professionals. SLAM puts the "and then some" into their business. After their very first visit, I already felt like they cared about my home and my satisfaction. After their fourth, I feel like part of the family. We're not done with all the fixes yet, but at least I got to know these great plumbers (aka great humans) -- I know they have my back, and at the end of the day that is a pretty shiny silver lining.

We were concerned that we had a clog in the main sewer line running from the house to the street. I called and was able to get help to the house within two hours on New Year Day. Nate was absolutely fantastic and got a root cleared out of the sewer line quickly and efficiently. I got a text the morning of my appointment giving me a link that showed where the technician was on the route. Very helpful for planning. Keith arrived and was very friendly and knowledgeable. I had a problem with a tub spout and he diagnosed it and repaired it in less than 15 minutes. I was able to pay easily with a credit card and then he was gone. If all service businesses were this efficient and effective, it would be a much better world! Will definitely use for all plumbing needs going forward.

We LOVE SLAM Plumbing. It is refreshing to find a company that finds value and passion in their trade. Scott (and others) at SLAM have performed a lot of work updating our 1968 home. Old cast iron pipe updates, rough in for new bathrooms, install of toilets-faucets-shower systems, sewer line repair, etc. Also, the 27/7 emergency line has proved to be very useful when we have had emergencies. A truly fantastic experience! I contacted SLAM after reading very positive reviews from around my neighborhood on social media and on other online forums. We needed someone to look into a noise we were hearing when we turned on our water. I also asked if they could help with a couple of wobbly toilets. Scheduling was easy and the person answering the phone was very friendly and professional. There was great communication via email and text about our upcoming service. On the day of service, Jace from SLAM came out and was on time and immediately friendly and professional. He was very patient with all my questions and discussed with me everything he was going to do to investigate to hopefully solve our issue with the sound we were hearing. He kept me informed throughout his investigation and discussed with me a quote for the job before completing any work to ensure I was ok with moving forward. I felt their pricing to be very reasonable. Once he completed the job, he took the time to answer my additional questions and ensured that we no longer heard the sound. Slam Plumbing was just fantastic to help out when our tankless hot water heater stopped working on a Friday. They showed up and diagnosed the problem and we had a whole new hot water heater installed on Saturday. Plumber was super knowledgeable about proper working order and installation on the tankless, and quickly turned it around so we weren’t without our hot water. Everyone was so helpful and nice.

We live in a high-rise condo complex with strict HOA rules. Our HOA recommends two different plumbers that do not do good work and they charge premium prices. Most of our residents have not been happy with these companies. I did my own research and found SLAM Plumbing. SLAM returned my call the same day and made an appointment for me the same week. Jace came out and identified the problem. He listened to my concerns and recommend a way to fix the problem at the lowest cost. Nate and Jace came out thereafter and replaced the valves in the two showers while only breaking out a small amount of tile that was easily covered by attractive face plates. They also replaced our kitchen faucet. Their work is excellent, their price is reasonable, and they are great guys. I highly recommend them and will certainly call them again for any of my plumbing needs.

I had water raining down in my living room from my tub last night! I reached out to my neighbors for a recommendation and was referred to Slam. They answered right away and Nate was able to get here and figure out the cause of my issue all within a couple of hours. He couldn't fix it today (not his fault, I actually have to buy a new tub) but he was able to determine where the leak is coming from. He was extremely professional. He told me everything he was doing before he did it. Explained the cost in detail and cleaned up everything to the satisfaction of even my teenage daughter, whose wall he had to cut open to access the tub! I would call them again for any other plumbing issue!

Above and beyond. Triston with Slam did an excellent job identifying my low water pressure issue and installing a regulator. He also installed new shower fixtures and valve and made a very even drywall cut so an access panel could later be installed. He installed new bathroom and kitchen fixtures. The bathroom fixtures were a little too large for the holes in the granite countertop but he was determined and found a solution that worked. Tristen maintained a very clean work space so after he left, only minor sweeping was needed. I would highly recommend Slam Plumbing.

It's such a relief to get great service even with half the city dealing with plumbing issues from freezing temperatures. They came within 20 minutes after an emergency call was made for a couple of burst pipes under the crawl space. Highly recommended.

I cannot recommend SLAM Plumbing highly enough. Our first experience (inspection and ad hoc pipe replacement/repairs) was great. Most recently, they helped with a plumbing emergency, fitting me in last minute between jobs to ID the issue before I had to catch a flight, and then arranging to replace our sewer line the day we got back from our trip so we wouldn’t be without water. They were responsive and proactive about getting our line fixed, and all the guys we’ve worked with (Jeff, Logan, Scott and Rhett) have been fantastic - super knowledgeable, courteous, diligent and fun. We got a refrigerator delivered by Lowes after some recent work on our home requiring us to live elsewhere for a few weeks, and we didn’t know the refrigerator water line had been trashed by some contractors. When Lowes disconnected the refrigerator, we had to shut off water to the house. This was on Saturday, and deep cleaners (who would need running water) were coming on Monday. Nate Wright and Zack were here on time and after work started, they discovered nothing was wrong. However the bowl was terribly scratched which was unacceptable. I paid $138.00 but became very angry that they were leaving me with a toilet bowl looking that badly. They said it would be repaired with a new base, but upon return they instead used Bartender’s Friend to remove the scratched areas.

Slam plumbing replaced the sewer line in our newly purchased home from the basement all the way to the sidewalk. We chose to go with a trenchless replacement, so the disruption to our yard was minimal.They did a great job , and Logan made sure it was completed in one day so we were not without water overnight. They were very easy to communicate with and quickly responded to any questions. Although their quote for cost was the best of the 4 plumbers I talked to, the main reason I went with Slam was the fact that they explained everything that would be done and answered all questions without being dismissive or condescending. We're thrilled to have a go-to plumber for our new house.

We called SMART at 5:30p and they called us back and was able to find someone to see us on their way back. Jeff and his team were awesome! We just moved in to our place and had a sewage backup. He was extremely informative and helpful and made us feel assured that what we were getting done was necessary. Jeff and his team were upfront with pricing as well. Even though something else came up while they were replacing our pipes, they addressed that issue at no extra cost. They also cleaned up the sewage in our basement saving us more money on sanitation costs. When you have to spend that kind of money, it’s not as bad when you know it’s being done correctly and you’re not doing something you don’t have to do. Jeff was so friendly and always made us feel at ease. We will definitely use them again (although hopefully we won’t need to!)

We had a new tankless hot water heater installed by SLAM Plumbing to replace our aging tankless in our crawlspace. I will start by saying they weren't the least expensive bid (not the highest either) but they were by far the most professional, responsive, and on-time of anyone I spoke to. Austin came out to my home within 48 hours of me calling to give an estimate and was very on-time which I appreciate. This wasn't a plumbing emergency so that was more than fast enough! He took me through options on where we would be able to install the new hot water heater, showed me what piping would need replaced, and discussed options for ventilation placement, etc. When it came time for the install, once again Austin was very on-time and early within the arrival window. I had to step away from home for morning appointments, but Austin sent me photos of the progress before stepping to the hardware store and hopefully his lunch break!
