Don’t waste your time anywhere else. They showed up excited about plumbing and finding the issue. Before I could really explain what I thought was going on their guys were literally diving into my crawl space to find it. Which I appreciated because it was an “after hours” call. They didn’t have to work so diligently but they did. I really appreciated it. Good people. Good business. Rare.

We had issues with our water after the cold temperatures at Christmas. They came out when scheduled and fixed it the same day, even though he had to go get a new pump. Also gave recommendations on how it needs to be insulated so it doesn't happen again. Great job and highly recommend!

Another plumber gave me an estimate of $1400, plus charged $90+ to do the estimate T.P. Howard came and did the whole job for $200 parts and labor. It took them one hour.

Plumber did an excellent job of showing up promptly and fixing the leak in our yard. When I got the bill I almost fell over! I am happy to report that owner Mike was reasonable and committed to listening to my concerns and keeping me as a customer. Thank you!

Had a great experience with these guys. We had a leak in lines from a shared well. Initially they helped to try and track down the leak but we quickly identified the line was really beyond repair. They quickly provided a quote and replaced the line for us (this shift in approach from repair to replace was at our request). The crew did a great job and were extremely professional. They worked hard to get water restored and did a great job restoring the disturbed areas caused by the work. I would highly recommend these guys.

TP Howard’s emergency response was phenomenal this evening. I cannot recommend them enough. The technician, Will called with 2 minutes of receiving the dispatch to us and listened while I attempted to explain the issue. He told us he would arrive in about 30 minutes and he did just that. He checked everything and quickly knew what the solutions were. He finished multiple repairs (everything to do with pressure valves and the hot water heater) expertly and even guided us on solutions we may want to do in the future. He was respectful, knowledgeable and made sure that everywhere he worked was cleaned up afterwards. Attitude is everything and he never once seemed annoyed or irritated to be called out at 8pm on a Sunday night. We will definitely recommend TP Howard’s to everyone we know and continue to use them in the future! Thank you!! PS we chose TP Howard based on their consistent advertising on 570 WWNC as we are avid listeners!

Highly recommend this company I had a serious state of an emergency and these guys came on time same day and fix the problem with excellent performance highly recommend they even had to come out the next day to re-light my pilot on my hot water heater with no charge these dudes are A1 for sure! Best service today from Jayden and Michael as they serviced my sewer pump today, and i was educated on how a sewer pump works, from both of them, from their experience. I was able to leave work early to meet them at my house, and found these 2 guys hard a work, not knowing what kind of mess i had thought was going to be there when i arrived. OMG they did what they could, cleaned up, and left no mess, and both knew what they were doing. Aside from the excellent customer service, TP Howard, has always made it a point to schedule me in, based on their busy schedule, in order to help me with the sewer pump. BTW this is not the 1st time that they have came out, on my short notice. The inside staff is extremely cordial and polite and made every attempt to help me when i would contact them. Thanks so much for you all here in the Avl area.

Had a major issue with a septic line that was broken and needed repair. The area was difficult to reach and required several people and a large excavator to complete. TP Howard did an excellent job. The workers came in and when right to work. My husband was in awe and watched the whole them the time they were working in hopes of gleaming some new repair skills. Overall cost was good and it didn't take long for the workers to replace the kitchen sink and faucet. The hot water was moved the right side, this will take some getting use to for me, my husband is fine. Kept this company on our bookmark just in case we need a plumber.
