We had a leaky PRV at our home in Hendersonville. We weren’t sure who would be coming to do the repair. We contacted our service company and they sent out plumbers from PlumbSmart Plumbing & Drains. Miquel Gonzalez and Dylan were dispatched to our house. They both were extremely polite and courteous. Each one introduced himself to both my wife and I and asked how we were doing? I then escorted them to the location where the valve was located. Miquel assessed the situation and had to call it in. He needed to verify if it was covered under our current policy and determine if he had one available. He came back shortly to explain it was covered but would have to go get one. We assumed the job would be rescheduled. Good news they returned soon after leaving and fixed the problem in no time! I would recommend PlumbSmart Plumbing & Drains for any plumbing Job. They are now our “go to” company for such needs. In addition, due to their professionalism I will be requesting Miquel and Dylan to do the repairs.

I have to withdraw my recommendation from Plumbsmart. After they did an excellent job for our generator install, I asked them for a price for replacing our water heater. I sent them a picture and offered to send them more pics with measurements, but they insisted on seeing it in person. When they arrived, they told me that there's an $89 service fee for providing a quote. That's not an honest business practice in my mind. I would not recommend.

2 years ago they repaired my outdoor plumbing system. This past month they replaced my water heater. Both times they did a great job and were very professional. They often would come back to make sure everything was perfect. FYI. This survey is extremely difficult to maneuver in. At first I was just answering the question as to what they had done because I didn't see my answers in the list. So when I went back to edit several times, it would never change my edit. So I finally had to delete it and start over again.

Plumbsmart Technologies installed a tankless hot water heater for us last winter. We had gotten a bid from our public utility company that was much higher and required moving a wall. Don brought knowledge, experience, and creativity to our task which was essential since we live in an old home with stucco walls and this was a basement installation. Following completion, Don had our stair and basement carpets professionally cleaned at no charge! Our contract includes a service and maintenance check in 1 year. Overall, we would highly recommend Don and his company!

Plumbsmart was terrific to deal with. I had a leaking hybrid hot water heater that was still under warrantee and they scheduled a visit the day after I called and replaced the unit two days later. They explained the impacts to my warrantee and the expected costs at every step. They also gave me some maintenance tips to perform periodically which I really appreciated. There was a blockage in the sewer and they had to come out twice to make sure it was repaired correctly - but only charged us for the one time because it wasn't "fixed" the first time. Thank you PlumbSmart! For several years I have had problems with the drainage from my house to the sewer line. I had taken advantage of the offering of HomeServe to protect my waterways on my bill for years and decided it was time to live without restriction. PlumbSmart came to my home, made an assessment, sent their findings to HomeServe and within a week made an appointment with me to resurrect my sewer line. On a very cold Monday morning, technicians Michael, Randy and Jerrod came, found the cast iron pipe from the house, dug up the old line and mapped the new path to the city sewer drainage system. The guys were very informative and answered any and all questions I had about the procedures, were friendly and communicated well with each other. When something was needed, it was discussed and Randy would go, and come back with the proper equipment...very impressive as the work never paused. Also, Michael on the backhoe, dug around a bush instead of digging it up. And under the bush, out of the way, was the clean out valve!There was thought behind their plans which I very much appreciated! Upon completion, a few tests of water flow and I am back to having showers again and doing laundry without worrying of gurgling water in the toilet or doing laundry and having the wash water drain into the bath tub! Free flowing drainage is a luxury most take for granted...when you don't have it, a continuous nightmare. Thank you to HomeServe for using PlumbSmart! You guys ROCK!

I could not find anyone who could come until tonight (meanwhile, thousands of gallons of water were being wasted by the minute). Sadly, they do charge a "outside of the area fee" and it costs us $167 more due to living outside of their area- but it can be worth the expense if you get the right plumber to do the work the first time!

I have a 30+ year old house that had Polybutylene plumbing which no longer meets codes and prone to failure and leaks. I contacted Mr. Hilderbrand for an estimate. He was prompt and the estimate was reasonable with only having to replace one shower stall in the process due to new code. The work was done in September 2018 and went well. My plumbing is working really well. They also installed a complicated Grohe fixture in the shower stall I had tiled that is great. They worked well with the person who built and created the shower stall too. All in all a professional job done in a neat and timely manner.
