Ben and Jackson were wonderful - efficient, professional, friendly, and very up front with costs and expectations. I particularly appreciated how they wore both masks and shoe protectors inside while they were working as I am pregnant and living in a brand new house. We've had at least a dozen contractors in and out of our house in the past couple of weeks and no one else has done this. Really thoughtful! We look forward to working with them again! I also wanted to mention that the customer service for this company is uniquely exceptional - I felt taken care of during every step of the process. Definitely recommend!

I called for a warranty issue and the service person did not agree with me that it is clearly a workmanship issue. I have had other plumbers out to look at it and have told me that is the case. They charged me $79 to tell me that. Seems like they could have waved the fee for coming to look at it. However, the owner called me upon further complaint and we worked it out with a very pleasant and productive conversation.

I called in at 4 pm the day before and was able to schedule someone to come out the next day. Michael was able to fix the flush valve in my toilet in less than 15 minutes and did fantastic work. He not only was able to provide excellent service but he also walked through the house and checked to make sure everything was working fine. He was very informative and detailed in his explanations and made it very easy to understand.

My iron filtration and water softener system was not running through the backwash cycle correctly, David arrived a minute early and gave everything a thorough inspection. He was very knowledgeable about the system and the Legacy app. He went above and beyond to answer and questions I had, and taught me some new features on the app and how to adjust them. Dan from 4- Seasons Plumbing called to let me know he was on his way to my home. He arrived as expected. He checked for an unknown water leak as requested. He was very thorough, informative, polite and personable. Upon completion of inspection he gave all info. gathered. He advised of repair that was needed. He gave me options as to how the work could be preformed. We discussed the cost and repair step by step. He sent a detailed proposal by email. I was going out of town the next day and told him I would return a call once I found out the necessary steps prior to beginning the job and if I chose to have 4 Seasons proceed with their work. The charge for that day was very low in price. I was very impressed with the work he provided and for the fee charged. I would absolutely recommend Dan from 4- Seasons Plumbing.

I have used and been recommending Four Seasons Plumbing for 10 years. Needed their assistance yesterday. Called at 7am with what turned out to be a double problem with the hot water tank. The technician Bryan was extremely qualified, detailed, patient and kind. 5 stars. He walked me through all of the options and clearly laid out a plan. Unfortunately in the end, through company policy, I would end up being double charged to get the service done correctly. This company apparently has separate technicians that are allowed to do certain jobs, creating a broken system that does not provide efficient cost effective repairs to be done instantly. I was more than prepared to pay to have it done right, but in the end did not feel the company as a whole had my best interest as a consumer. I now have to go Labor Day weekend without a bathroom and a washing machine. Furthermore, I will have to start from scratch, and pay more fees to find a reliable functional plumbing service. Company gets 2 stars.

Arlene was very friendly on the phone and got me an appointment to replace a water pressure valve the very next day. Rachel came by and is one of the hardest workers I’ve ever seen. She was friendly, professional and diligent. She worked for hours in the hot sun to complete the job. Ben also came to assist and was outstanding. I would highly recommend this company!

Very happy with the services I received today. Liz and Logan came out mainly for diagnostic reasons regarding a sediment filter installation, but while they were on site they corrected water flow issues in my kitchen and laundry room. Very professional, punctual and friendly plumbers. Would definitely recommend Four Seasons Plumbing 👍🏻 Updating my review as of 02/04/23 Michael arrived on time and was respectful, friendly, and attentive to our project. As usual, Four Seasons was upfront and open about the work and pricing. After discussing our options for one aspect of the job, we decided to not mess with the "nipple" in the crawl space adjacent to the main water shut off, given that if he was unable to extract it intact, it could lead to a costly rebuild project. I appreciate him taking the time to explain our options and helping me understand the risk/reward aspect before we went forward with our decision, especially considering that the original plumbing in my house was installed pretty poorly. It's one of those cases where attempting to fix one issue can cause another due to the original plumbing being done poorly. This was unfortunately the case for the work that needed to get done on our shower. Poor Michael probably thought he was looking at a half-day job and instead he was at our house from sun up to sundown 😅. Despite all that he kept a positive attitude and got it done. You can tell he cares about quality and customer satisfaction. I'd recommend Four Seasons Plumbing 👍🏻

Dan was thorough, precise and inventive as he installed our new kitchen disposal and faucet. High marks and appreciation for his work and helpfulness. Thumbs down, however, on their business and pricing model. They don't give you pricing upfront, and their costs are very high. The experience would have been better if I wasn't surprised by the exceptionally high price.

Elizabeth and Cedric with Four Seasons Plumbing were nothing short of fantastic! We found them after a disastrous experience with another company. We had a serious water line break and water was gushing out of the ground for at least 10 days. We had huge holes in our yard where another company had dug looking for the leak, so we then had water leaking AND crazy open holes. In desperation, we called Four Seasons and they came out the very same day. Elizabeth and Cedric quickly found the problem and miraculously worked us into the schedule. They were amazing! Professional, patient, efficient and finished the job exactly as promised. We will never use any other plumbing company. I highly recommend Four Seasons for any plumbing job, big or small. I had a clogged shower drain which I had been trying to clear for a couple of days with drain cleaner. But I could still see a small amount of water standing in the drain pipe. It was December 23, 2022 and I decided to bite the bullet and call a professional plumbing service. I did a Google search for my area. I tried to reach a couple of different businesses, based on reviews, but was unable to reach a live person. I then called Four Seasons. Dispatch was very friendly and accommodating. A service technician was available to come to my home within a couple of hours! I received a call 15 minutes prior to his arrival. As requested, he wore a mask during his visit. As it turned out, much to my embarrassment, the drain was actually clear. Zach patiently explained why I still saw a small amount of standing water in the drain. While he was here he offered a free inspection of all my plumbing, including the water heater and a trip to the crawl space. He noted the my water heater is showing some age, and prepared a couple of estimates for future reference. Total charge for the visit - $Free! Four Seasons will unquestionably be receiving all my future plumbing business. Thank all of you so much for making my Christmas a little less stressful!

My problem was no water pressure in the house. The diagnosis was that we had a bad bladder And well pump going bad. when The Four Seasons showed up what I had was a house with no water and large family living in it. Ben and Eric were the first crew to show up in right away came up with the root causes of the problem. What I really appreciated was they understood I needed that water to be turned on as quickly as possible. Then quickly came up with a rough price estimate and said that he thought it could get done today, which he did. We had to wait for all of the necessary equipment to get there so if that point Eric went back to the office and then was there by himself waiting for the equipment to arrive which he did when Mike showed up and brought it Mike and Ben then went to work very professional almost no wasted motion. It was excellent, excellent, service replacing the pump in my well which was the original pump from 30 years ago and a new larger bladder more capable of handling my family. I couldn't be more pleased and they work just tirelessly and would not leave until my house was up and functioning. Very detailed explanation and when I have any plumbing issues, which I doubt I will, I will definitely go to four seasons and if possible get then Mike and Eric to put their heads together on whatever my problem might be!

We want take to a moment to thank you and your staff and employees for your assistance with our underground water leak. We live in Wilmington which is 350 miles away and it was helpful to have the professional communication we needed to deal with the problem. What made this job difficult is that the cabin is a rental property and we had only small windows of opportunity to work on the issue without having to cancel guest stays. Much different experience than last time. I decided to give them another chance when they offered to waive the $79 fee ( not sure they did, as it did not show on invoice. ) they installed a faucet and reworked the plumbing for a sink that was different than what I had. They left the job with it looking much better than the original builder. Very neat and clean. Ben was very polite and took care of the job relatively quick.

Dan D. is excellent. He really knows what he is doing which reassures the homeowner . He added a booster to our hot water heater and explained the benefits very carefully and thoroughly. Anthony was excellent, meticulously thorough in his evaluation of our plumbing issues, very professional and courteous, took the time to properly explain everything, and even detected a couple of problems that we didn’t catch such as a tiny leak in a hot water line and a bad expansion tank that needed replacing. I can't say enough about Four Seasons, and especially Richard. We realized we had a small, slow leak in our basement in the morning and were planning to leave for the weekend later that day. Richard came over at 10 a.m. (even though we had only just called at 8, and didn't have any kind of reservation) and spent the ENTIRE DAY fixing our pipe. It ended up being a tricky job too, because of the age of our house. He stayed all day and repaired it for us expertly for a reasonable price. On top of that, his communication was excellent and he was very transparent about everything he was doing, price, etc. I've never seen someone so covered in sweat, mud, and who knows what else after spending more than 8 hours of his Friday working so upbeat and positive. If you are lucky enough to get Richard at your house when you call Four Seasons, just know you've struck gold. Highly recommend!

Courteous, attentive to detail, helpful beyond necessity & an all around good man. Conscientious about shoe coverings & keeping my home clean. You don't get a second chance for a 1st impression. From the moment I called, professionalism and very sweet demeanor was what I received over the phone. Very accommodating...I had service the same day, I did not have to wait. Cedric was so professional. He showed me everything he was doing, even taught me what to do myself in the event the pilot went out...If I needed to shut off water or anything like that... just went through everything with me. He showed me on the ipad what the part was going to cost, just didn't throw some price at me. We have used 4 seasons on many occasions over the years, so when our water heater sprung a leak we knew who to call. Terrence W was out within an hour. He took a look at leak and said that it was indeed in need of replacement. He returned with a new unit and had us up and running within a few hours. When he left you would have never known he was even there. He left our house as clean as when he arrived. Old unit gone new was in and working. Terrence W was a complete professional, as well as a pleasure to deal with. We would highly recommend 4 Seasons and Terrence for you plumbing needs.

I called Four Seasons because my master bath toilet bowl seemed to be losing water, particularly during a windy weekend. It had been flushing weakly, as well, for some time. I had someone come out and assess that several months ago and after 30+ minutes of testing, no obvious cause was revealed. Some adjustments were made at the visit which made for some improvement, so I was going to watch and wait for a while. Mysteriously, a few weeks later the toilet started flushing better, so I didn't pursue any further diagnostics. Fast forward to the present: The toilet is flushing okay (not quite as it should) but the water loss was disconcerting prompting a call back to Four Seasons. I spoke with Arlene, who got me squared away with an appointment, doing so with a warm, friendly personality. A few days later, Richard came out to assess. Greeting me with a huge smile, his amiable demeanor was evident as soon as he got out of the van. I gave him the background and after spending a good while assessing the situation (components, pipes, etc) and allowing me to ask lots of questions, we decided that a vent inspection is in order and will be scheduled in the coming days. He suspected that a clogged or partially clogged vent pipe is very likely the culprit for both symptoms. I appreciated Richard's time and eagerness to educate me, the customer, and the suggestions he gave me for maintaining various elements of our plumbing that didn't necessarily relate to why he came out. HIs kind personality was a bonus. Despite not resolving the problem (yet) I gave Four Seasons a 5 star review (again) because of the repeated stellar customer service they provide at all levels.

Four Seasons was great. I had a shower faucet repair that I couldn't do and they came out and fixed it quickly. Since they were there I asked about a whole house water filter I had been meaning to get someone to install and they were able sell it and install it while they were there for the faucet. Since they're on South Slope they were able to have someone bring out the parts that were needed right then. They're not cheap, but for prompt and professional service their fees seem inline or good work. I'll definitely use them again. My only wish is that they did electrical and HVAC too...

First of all 4 seasons plumbing rocks! Michael L. Was on time(something I value) very cheerful, capable and resourceful. He was called to change the water filter, but realized there was another problem that needed to be addressed. The jet pump had slipped off the wooden platform (was plywood and bowed in the middle) . He left , got a hefty piece of wood and installed a new platform for the pump. What a guy! This took some time but he was patient, cheerful, and did a great job. I would recommend him for any plumbing job. Thanks to four seasons plumbing that has helped me so many times when something had gone wrong I can count on them.

Everyone I dealt with was very professional, on time and responsive. However, we were presented with three solutions to our clog rather than just one, which confused me and luckily my husband stepped in and suggested a solution not presented, which I believe saved us a bit of money. This was a simple clog in the pipes between the house and septic tank. The stressful part for me is that if I chose the least expensive option, itself $825 and that didn't work, then I would have either an additional $1400 to see if the next solution might do the trick and if that didn't work, then I would potentially have to pay $825, $1400, plus $1800. Why three solutions instead of one? I don't know why the option my husband suggested wasn't even proposed. Basically, he told the tech what the solution was based on prior visit sometime back from a plumber who has since moved out of state. In the end, I found their prices quite high , but I didn't have time to go and get other estimates, which no one likes to provide over the phone anyway. I had been living without a working toilet for days already. I did appreciate the fact that this company was able to get me on a "rolling schedule" for the very next morning... rather than five days later. I guess there's a price associated with that. Maybe I am just out of touch with how expensive plumbing repairs are these days. We ended up paying $970 for less than an hour procedure. Again, convenience, expensive equipment, and travel time? They were not able to handle the repair the first time they came because the roof was metal and wet from rain, which was dangerous. They did come back the next business day with two techs for safety purposes- and did have two trips to the home and answered all questions I asked. Overall, a positive experience.. but expensive. Update 2/28: toilet and tub not draining within 48 hrs of their visit. They were very accommodating when I called. Came out same day and Mike worked on the problem for a couple of hours. This work was not billed under warranty policy. They are coming back Thurs to send camera down pipes because not certai solution has fixed the problem. If have requested copies of initial invoice 3x. Did not have as of this am. Mike checked email on file and it was wrong. That explains why didn't receive first 2x. I did receive this am the link to leave a review via text and email.

We had heard this before as about a half dozen plumbers had asked the same question in the 3+years we have lived here. After getting a $1250 water bill, I called Four Seasons to find the leak(s), which turned out to be under my driveway, between the meter and my house. Michael and Fernando did a spectacular job of fixing it, running a new water supply line to my house with minimum damage to my driveway. Was it cripplingly expensive? Yes. No one does this work cheap. I’m very happy this mini-disaster is fixed, and I’m very satisfied with the quality of their work and communication throughout the entire process. I called other companies, and they were going to come out with shovels and dig until they found leaks. Michael used sonar equipment to find the leaks, and it was dead-on. If I ever have another plumbing-based mini-disaster, I’ll definitely call Four Seasons.

I flew in to our home in Flat Rock and when turning water on in the basement noticed a leak next to our gas water heater. Late that evening I sent a service request to 4 Seasons on their website. At 8 the following morning they called to schedule service and sent Cedric to deal with my emergency that same morning. Cedric came, analyzed the situation (not the water heater but rather a problem caused by a failing pressure valve and an improperly installed pressure release system in the heater (not their installation). Job was quoted, all parts available in the service truck, and about 2 hours later all work was finished. I had to leave town at the crack of dawn the next day and was able to do so without any worry. Can't say enough about Cedric! Real pros.

FANTASTIC from the get-go!!! I don’t know why it took me so long to discover Four Seasons Plumbing, but better late than never definitely applies!!! I was pleased with the more complex work that was completed, but I was offended by the price they quoted me to change out a showerhead in our master bathroom. We ended up purchasing a detachable, Moen rainfall shower head on Amazon for around $40, and it took about five minutes of installation. They quoted me $175 to repair it. I really feel like they were trying to take advantage of me. I was out of state and having services completed for our new house. Although they did a good job downstairs, I will never use them again.

Earlier this year during a storm a large tree on my property fell, ripping up my incoming water line. I called Four Seasons Plumbing's emergency number, and they sent someone out that day. They assessed the situation, took photos and gave a "worst case" estimate, as they couldn't know ahead of time how much damage there was underground and how much of my yard they would need to dig up. We then scheduled when the work would begin, which had to be after the tree was removed. They came as scheduled, found the problem, and repaired it at about half the estimate. When I need plumbing work again, they will be the ones I call.

Our water completely cut off this morning. We called Four Seasons plumbing out to assess the situation. The technician that came out told us that there was a blockage in the line from our well to our house, and that he could either “dig around and look for the reset box, or dig a new trench and add new plumbing.” The quote the first option was $690 and the second option was quoted at $12,000! He also told us that we would be out of water for several days due to this “blockage”. We called All About Plumbing for a second opinion. Their technician found the issue on our well pump and had it completely repaired within 30 minutes for under $200 Update: after reaching out to Four Seasons plumbing, they contacted me directly and profusely apologized for their errors. They even went above and beyond by crediting their service fee AND paying for the repairs completed by All About Plumbing. I appreciate a company that acknowledges when they were wrong, and goes steps further to make it right.

We had a bad leak coming from the top of the whole house filter. We had to shut off the water for the night. We were told that they would be able to get to us the following morning. During the early morning hours, we lost power to the house (unrelated incident), making it impossible for Four Seasons to make the repair in the AM. They made several calls to check on the power situation at our home. When the power was restored to our neighborhood, they sent a truck very quickly. Michael reviewed the situation and presented me with several options allowing me to decide how we would proceed. He replaced our whole house filter housing (which could not be repaired), and things actually worked better than before the leak. While there, he inspected our plumbing throughout our house and offered some suggestions for the future. Michael was very personal, professional, and exceptionally knowledgeable. Very professional. Customer Service is GREAT! Cedric was on time, let me know EXACTLY what was happening. (water pressure issue and a toilet valve repair) Cedric couldn't have been nicer or more informative. He showed me pictures, described what was happening and fixed it without and mess. My only compliant would be the prices for simple toilet pieces - a fill value was x6 the normal price!! I get you don't want to get to a house and just fix the flapper and be out gas money/hourly employee BUT if customers are getting something else - in this case a pressure valve and a part for toilet -- Do you have to charge so much? These parts are normally $30 or less.

EDIT - I would like to update my review to note that after I posted the original review someone from the company contacted me to talk through our issue. Although our experience with the plumbers who came to our house was not ideal, the company's customer service is really good. Two plumbers came to our house to diagnose a low pressure faucet in our kitchen. They were not able to perform the plumbing basics of taking apart the faucet to inspect the inside and see the make and model number. My husband ended up getting the tool the needed and doing it for them. They still charged the $85 service fee and have been unresponsive to follow up emails since the date of service.

This is my fourth or fifth time within the last five years using Four Seasons Plumbing for some repair need. As always they are professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Other than doing quality work, I appreciate their communication. When you call, someone actually answers the phone. If needed, an appointment is made, and the appointments are usually kept unless they're back-logged with emergency plumbing issues. I appreciate that you receive a phone call when the plumbing technician is within 30 minutes or so of arrival. I thank Arlene for her friendly phone calls; keeping me up speed throughout the day as to the availability of a plumber. As I've mentioned in past reviews, the Four Seasons staff are professional, punctual, have a no-pressure attitude, provide quality work, and are friendly. I will continue using Four Seasons in the future and continue to recommend them. For this visit, I had a leaky sink drain. Terrence quickly discovered the source of the leak, made a few recommendations as to what could be done, and let me decide on the repair. Terrence made the repair and checked his work for leaks. Matt and the entire team at Four Seasons were fantastic! We discovered our sewer line was on the verge of collapsing and needed to be replaced just a few weeks before our new baby was due -- their schedule was already booked past the baby's due date, but they figured out how to rearrange things and squeeze our job in before the new baby's arrival. Such a relief to know I could come home from the hospital with a newborn and not worry about whether we'd have a sewer backup in our basement! The entire staff was unbelievably prompt and courteous through the entire process. I had a water leak somewhere between the manhole and my house in my front yard. Ben and Marshall were very kind and hardworking as they dug to find my leak. Ben had to come back the next day to finish and brought Fernando along who was also very kind and worked with Ben to salvage my favorite dwarf Japanese Maple tree, carefully digging around it to find and repair the broken pipe. To say that I'm impressed with 4 Seasons Plumbing is an understatement. I called these folks with a host of problems from a neighbors ruptured sewage line to having to re-pipe the entire house after another plumber (see my other review) Left me with a caved in ceiling and leaky lines all over. First off I'd like to personally thank Michael and Matt for the above and beyond hard work these two put into making sure these issues got resolved. Michaels work is top notch and he was extremely courteous and friendly and willing to explain everything he was doing to help fix our patchwork system we had. Matt also spent hours trying to diagnosis, dig out and fix an open sewer break in our driveway that had been a nagging issue for some time. He was willing to do the hard unpleasant work of notifying the third party of the break and coordinated with them to have the issue addressed. Both of these guys were happy to walk me through everything and explain exactly what was going on without trying to sell me on anything. Again if your looking for a professional, honest, and straightforward company willing to go above and beyond to give you 5 star service these folks are it. He was thorough in diagnosing our issue, and kept us fully informed of what he was thinking based on his investigation. This was just another in a long line of positive interactions with Four Seasons for us. Being a "service partner" with them is one of the best decisions I've made.

I first contacted Four Seasons Plumbing on the recommendation of a neighbor, and I am really glad I did. My plumbing issue was low hot water pressure in one shower, so there needed to be some diagnosing done before determining the cause. This was where I first became impressed with Four Seasons and their tech, Michael. Michael’s initial goal was to gather as much information about the problem as possible without tearing anything apart. And then, to give me an estimate of how much the job would cost to fix it. This was stated upfront and he did exactly that. Unfortunately, it was impossible to determine the exact cause of the problem without tearing everything apart, but there was no pressure by Michael to agree to any course of action. I then agreed for him to return to carry out the diagnosis and correction of the cause, and an agreed upon price for the job. We both came to the same conclusion as to the best method of finding the cause of the low pressure in the shower. Michael implemented the method of diagnosis and proved the cause was in the faucet. He then replaced the faucet and, more importantly, he spent significant time installing bracing to anchor the new faucet and connecting pipes. That should have been done by whomever installed the plumbing in the first place, but it proactively prevented a potential problem with the new hardware sometime in the future. Bottom line, I am very happy with Four Seasons and Michael. It was obvious from my first contact with them that the company has a customer-centric focus. They try, and succeed, in providing the comfort and service that customers need, which was exactly what I needed. I also got to meet and talk with their field manager, Eric. I questioned him more about his company and their business philosophy. All in all, it made me even more impressed with how they do business. Therefore, I will be using Four Seasons as my only plumbing repair source, and I will be recommending them to others.

Access to faucet was easy. Total repair cost was more than 4 times the cost of the part, and I have an annual service plan which is supposed to eliminate the call out cost. So good experience, but more expensive than expected.

Excellent experience! The galvanized pipe that connects the brass fitting out of the pressure tank to the in-line string sediment filter started leaking when I attempted to do a routine filter change. Of course, this happens on a Saturday and when my parents are driving 5 hours to spend the weekend and are about 30 mins away! I put multiple calls out to anyone who could help me that day and 4 Seasons was the first who could help me that day. Initially, the lady I spoke with told me that due to high volumes she wasn’t sure what time they would be able to get there but that she would stay in contact, and she did just that! About 45 mins after we spoke, she called to let me know that Richard was on the way! Richard killed it, y’all! Super nice guy, took the time to listen to what happened, satisfactorily answered all my questions, offered several suggestions on how to repair the leak, was patient and understanding while I worked through deciding which option was the best for me. Professional, excellent workmanship, timely, they stand by their work, absolutely worth it! We had water well before Mimi and Pop-Pop dinner time, which we all know is so early, haha! 10/10 recommend Richard at 4 Seasons Plumbing!

He was able to get their office to schedule a visit two days after the initial consult, very impressive when my main bathroom had flooded at the tank and was unusable. He discussed putting in a similar system or upgrading to a system that would actually handle my bathroom's use and not flood (previous system has flooded twice). The upgrade was not cheap but comparable to other quotes I received. He and his helper worked hard to get it accomplished in one day, including jackhammering up concrete for the install. I highly recommend Joel and this company.

He spent time showing us what the problem was and included us in deciding what repair would be best for now and the future. We were given an estimate for all repairs prior to the work being done so there were no surprises. I asked Four Seasons to come & replace a an outdoor frost proof hose bib, and to secure a toilet that had begun to wobble. I was told that there would be an inspection fee of $79.00, but they wouldn’t provide any sort of rough estimate for the two very small projects over the phone. The young man arrived on time, and he seemed to be very knowledgeable. While we were outside, I took him to see the hose bib. It’s old, and doesn’t turn easily, but it wasn’t critical to replace it immediately. He gave me a price for replacing it. I don’t recall exactly how much it was, but it was around $285.00. I was stunned. We then went inside, and I took him downstairs so that he could do the “inspection.” This consisted of looking at everything that could be wrong in the plumbing system, and comments about how each might be going bad, or could already be bad. He found nothing that must be replaced so, we went upstairs to look at the toilet, which new and installed only 5-years earlier. I thought it would be an easy job to tighten the bolts, but he said that he would need to pull the toilet, replace the wax ring, and reseat the toilet. The price was going to be over $280, so I told Nick to just forget about the hose bib. I didn’t want to pay for both. Not being a plumber, I’m not sure if this was necessary, but I agreed to have him do it, because I didn’t want the toilet to continue to wobble, and I did have a plumber in the house! When he finished Nick went back to the truck to prepare the invoice using a computer system. I was concerned about the price, totaling $391.32 (including the inspection fee, and sales tax), so I asked if there wasn’t at least a senior discount, and was told that there was (now that I had asked). My net cost, after the 10% senior discount, including the $79 inspection and sales tax, was $352.19. This seems to me to be expensive, but I couldn’t do it myself. I’ve rated 3-stars because the service was good, but the price was, in my opinion, very high. The inspection fee seems to me to be an opportunity to gin up additional business. Four Seasons did come in a reasonable period of time. I had called another plumber, and they couldn’t come for over a month.
