We had to get our kitchen faucet installed by Barnett and they were very affordable! Brian installed our faucet, he was very professional, on time and was very thorough. After double checking his install he noticed a leak with our disposal which we had been having issues with a month prior to this. He showed us the problem, took a picture to show us the leak so he helped us to get a new disposal and installed it. We were very happy with their service, we will be using them for our future plumbing needs. Would highly recommended them for any plumbing issues, they did great work for a great price! Very friendly customer service as well!

I have used Lee Barnett Plumbing twice now and both times, I had a highly positive experience. Scott and his brother were punctual, tidy and thorough. During the first visit, I received a home inspection following a repair. I appreciated the honesty because I have had another business try to sell me several things that I didn't need. They get booked up well ahead of time but that's because customers have them returning year after year while gaining new business. I have been extremely pleased with their work and integrity.

I highly recommended Barnett Plumbing! We discovered a leak on a Sunday evening, I called Barnett Plumbing, and Scott got back to me right away and helped me trouble shoot as to prevent any further damage and then showed up Monday to take care of it. He is very professional and knowledgeable, does high quality work and I felt very much taken care of. A few weeks later he did a water heater installation for us and we are very happy with the product he chose.

I have known the Barnetts for some time, so when it came time to consider replacing my 20yo water heater, I called them first. Their response was prompt, and their assessment and recommendations were knowledgeable and fair. They worked with us to arrange a convenient install date, and when the first unit proved to be defective (from the manufacturer!), they refused to comply with the vendor's attempts to patch the problem, instead insisting on a total replacement, spending MUCH more of their own time to make it right. The work was solid and clean, and has worked flawlessly since. I recommend them without hesitation for any and all plumbing services. Thank you Scott!

I bought a fixer-upper in Asheville in 2012. It was seriously dilapidated and the plumbing systems were terrible. There was almost no water pressure and no fixture worked correctly. Over the past 7 months, Barnett Plumbing worked with me to totally re-plumb the house, most importantly, they re-routed the plumbing lines so that the space in the house could be reconfigured. They always show up, are friendly and pleasant to deal with and their pricing is reasonable. If you've got a plumbing issue, be it big or small, do yourself a favor and make sure you call consult with Barnett. You'll be glad you did.

Gas cooktop installation. The first unit had been damaged in shipping but couldn’t find that out until after the install. They took it out and reinstalled the old but working unit. Wouldn’t accept payment until the new replacement unit arrived, was installed and working properly.
