I had a clog in my sewer line 90 feet from my house. I had a competitor out two weeks ago snake it, pull nothing out then tell me everything was resolved. Then last night my toilet backed up into my bathtub again. This time I called One Stop. My technician Randy was as professional and helpful as you could ever hope for. He dug tree roots out of my line 90 feet from my house and had the situation resolved in under an hour. I cannot recommend highly enough. They were prompt, polite and effective. They’re the only business I’ll be using in the future.

Same day service, professional, knowledgeable, personable. Came at expected time, fixed the clog quickly and charged a super reasonable price. After my laundry water drained out through a toilet and flooded the daylight basement I was expecting a way more traumatic and expensive fix! So grateful they came the same day I called and made quick work of getting everything draining and working correctly! Highly recommend One Stop.

Responded within about an hour of my call. I was very impressed with their speed & professionalism. My grandson flushed a tic tac container down the toilet. It wasn't easy to get out but he didn't give up until he got it! Charged a very reasonble price for the work done! They will definitely be my "go to" for plumbing issues going forward.

Over the years I have tried the big name plumbing services in Anchorage, only to find that they "soak" a person for every possible penny. One outfit even bills you at $170/hour for the time it takes for their serviceman to drive to your home from his prior stop. Huh? One Stop Services: on time, quick response, nice people; guaranteed they could do a complete toilet rebuild in an hour (were that to be needed), others quoted me 1.5-2 hours. Finally an honest plumbing service. The serviceman looked it over, determined that problem was minor, fixed it and charged me nothing for the 15 minutes he invested in making certain that everything was right. He clearly knew his stuff. With any other outfit I would have been faced with a $160-170 minimum one hour charge. They will be my "go to" from here forward.

Adrian Turnbow and the rest of the team at one stop provided me with the best experience I’ve ever had with a plumber. The day before Christmas Eve my garage started flooding from a backed up pipe with all of my in-laws in town. The front staff at one stop sent Adrian over and I could not have been more impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. He saved the day for sure and even took the time to look at a slow draining sink I hadn’t been able to fix for quite some time. They will be getting my plumbing business for life. I cannot reiterate enough how good my experience was. I would not hesitate one second to call them if you were having any problems with your plumbing.

We have used One Stop a fee times now and they have always been very responsive and able to take on the job quickly. Yesterday we had a sewer line backup in one of the apartment complexes we manage and One stop was there within 30 minutes fixing the issue and even cleaned up the water. We used to use Drainmasters pretty regularly but lately there pricing has been insane, they wanted $575 to snake a sewer main, and I am very grateful that I reached out to One Stop as we have been very pleased with their work and price.

Came home from Vacation with a frozen pipe and backed up sewage in our tub. When everyone else was booked out or wanted to charge me overtime One stop services was able to come the very next morning. They were on time, quick and efficient and helped clean up some of the mess. So so so friendly, considerate and professional. I hope I never have to use them again but they’ll be the first I call if I do.

Customer Service literally means to serve the customer, back in the days this was a known coveted skill. Now a days its hard to find someone who actually helps the customer with as best knowledge as possible while being the most joyful person to be around. My service tech was a no-show. Didn’t even have the courtesy to return my phone call after they never showed up. I left work early for this and I still have a clogged kitchen drain. Now it will be two days for a different company to show up. So disappointed. Edit: I was called the next morning and they explained and apologized for the issue. They have set up a time today to help me out.

The first time here, they thought the clog was fixed without snaking. A day or 2 later I found it was still clogged. They came back the next day and waived the fee for the 1st visit. They always clean up after themselves making sure not a spot remains. I’d recommend them in a heartbeat.

We had an emergency and was recommended to call One Stop. I called them around 830am and they were here by 10am. Tom had the job done in a timely manner. A bit expensive but I’m guessing it’s the weekend fee and early in the am. He was very helpful and gave us some tips. I would definitely recommend One Stop for all your needs. Thanks for the refrigerator magnet and pen so I can call if another problem occurs.

Did not get my tech's name but he said him & his dad run the business. Anchorage Plumbing & Heating referred me to this business as they do not do snaking (odd). Very fast service and timely! I will use them again if ever needed.

Called them on Sunday for an emergency backed up problem and they came out on Monday to fix it. Very fast service! Diagnosed the issue and fixed it. Gave me great and easy to understand instructions on how to avoid the problem in the future. Very reasonable rates!

Extremely quick and friendly service! The gentleman stated he had two jobs ahead of my office and he would be over afterwards...he was at my office within 20 mins and the clogged toilet was cleared within 5 mins or less. Randy was very pleasant, easy to communicate with and my call was answered (unlike the three other places I called and had to leave a message.) Very happy customer, thanks One Stop!

Chris and Adrian got down in the cold dirty snow/water/ice when it was -5 outside and he didn't think anything of it. These guys really saved our building some damage with how quickly they got there and jumped at the problem. Definitely keeping them on my list of service...persons? I dunno, but thank you!
