Awesome company. Came out to my house on time and cleaned out our rear bathroom clog quickly. Very knowledgeable when asking questions to prevent future clogs. I went with them because of the 1.5k plus reviews and almost 5 stars. It's very hard to get people to review and when you see that many reviews over the competition it means people were so pleased with the service that they left a review. I see why. I will definitely be using them in the future.. especially for preventive maintenance.. also one of the few companies that actually answered the phone👌🏼

Chris was totally awesome! I just recently bought the house and was unfamiliar with maintaining the systems. Originally I had an appointment to get my evaporative cooler winterized and Chris also inspected my furnace to make sure it was ready for the winter. He answered a lot of questions that I had, being unfamiliar with the systems in my house. He was very helpful and made recommendations for ways to get the most out of my systems. He thoroughly inspected everything. Chris and his assistant were terrific.

I was having an issue with my gas fireplace. Contacted Abq Plumbing for an appt and they came to my house the next day. Kevin and his partner arrived on time, we’re courteous and professional. Kevin inspected the fireplace, spending a considerable amount of time measuring for carbon monoxide leaks, inspected the outside vent and advised my husband and I on the workings of the fireplace and maintenance. We were very pleased with the service visit these two young men provided. I will call Abq Plumbing again without hesitation.

This is a positive service review and a negative charge review. Albuquerque Plumbing, Heating & Cooling provided a good service on 12/05/2022 in diagnosing and fixing a problem in our gas-fired heating furnace. The two technicians who came out were communicative about arrival time, were on time and were friendly and helpful. BUT the company way over-charged in my estimation. They charged $473 to replace a $50 pressure switch and clean an ignition point. This took them 1.5 hrs. which included a 1/2hr away from the house to pick up the part. There was a separate, additional $105 diagnostic charge for looking over the system and trouble-shooting. (Total bill: $578.) I called to complain about the $473 charge and was initially answered with “I can’t do anything about it. It’s a “flat rate” charge” based on the part." I was told the company would not separate out the labor from the cost of the part. They attributed this to their high overhead, valuable service and guarantee (1 year). When I kicked my complaint upstairs I got a quick response from a VP who separated out labor from part costs and offered me $90 off the charge. I agreed to that but only because I didn’t want to take more time with it. Long story short, if you want good service at a high cost go with this company. If you want a cheaper, non-flat rate go with a smaller more independent business.

Outstanding service! After dealing with several sleazy contractors- ha! I bet this is the norm lately- we were pleasantly surprised by the service provided By Alb.Plumbing Heating and Cooling. Justin Ulibarri was a pleasure to deal with: intelligent, professional and really a nice person. Our heater problem was solved easily, Justin told us we don't need to replace a part that other contractors were "urging" us to have changed! He fixed what needs to be fixed and also replaced the thermostat. We are extremely happy to have found a company that operates based on honesty and respect for the client who does not really know much about the business of cooling/heating.

Being new to town we weren't sure who to call. Glad we called and Albuquerque Plumbing, Heating & Cooling. Arrived as scheduled, Joseph was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He winterized our swamp cooler which is great since we never had one before and performed a check up on our furnace to ensure it's ready for the winter. This company is now on our go to list when we need some work to be done.

Robert was extremely courteous. He explained everything he was doing and why. Overall what he did with my sewer line by snaking it out saved me thousands of dollars that I thought I was going to have to spend to replace the line in the street. I can't say enough good about this company - why the "other" companies couldn't go the extra steps to do what these guys did. WOW!! He was very patient with my questions - and I had many after what I had been through with the previous companies.

I needed a plumber quickly as my washing machine backed up into the shower. I was scared. I couldn’t think of a plumber but I remembered #250 from radio spot on 103.3. Jackie says it all the time on that station. I did #250 and was connected to a scheduler who was very sympathetic. I got an appointment for an hour later. Gregory Torres came out on time. The service was evaluated and finally completed with excellent results. All went great.

Our tankless water heater/baseboard system failed and could not be repaired. I spoke with Mike Ford of Albuquerque Plumbing, and he came by my location within a few hours and took the specifications and said, "We can start on this project Monday". Wow that was three days from now. Fantastic response. On Monday the technician Aarron Smith and his assistant arrived with the new system and began working to replace the system. He was excellent and took the time to answer all my questions. I had questions during the entire installation process and after he was done took the time to explain how the system worked even down to the process needed to change the filter. What a fantastic group of people took work with. Th inspector arrived a day later and looked at the installed system and said "Albuquerque Plumbing and Heating really knew what they were doing, this installation is outstanding". Tom Fisher

I was very pleased with the persistence Greg showed in solving the sewer backup into the shower, tub, and other fixtures. The weather was uncooperative; so, obvious solutions were not an option. He finally managed to clear the clog in the main line, then carefully picked up his equipment, tools, plastic sheeting, and cleaned up any mess resulting from his work. I also asked him to install a new ADA toilet, and he did that quickly and efficiently! I will definitely use ABQ Plumbing, Heating & Cooling again for "unplanned plumbing issues". Within an hour of arrival, the job was completed and the shower was functioning again! We contacted ABQ Plumbing, Heating & Cooling to get a quote to install a ductless HVAC system in our home. They scheduled an appointment to survey the job and Josh Miller, one of their Home Comfort Advisors, showed up on time and quickly surveyed and quoted the job. He was extremely professional and clearly understood the complexities of installing ductless in an adobe home. We were impressed enough that we signed a contract right away. Work was scheduled to start a couple weeks later. Peter and Cameron were assigned as the primary installation team. We can't say enough good things about them and the work they did. The job took eight days to complete. They were super polite and conscientious throughout. They reviewed what they were doing with us every day, were open to input and making adjustments to the plan, worked around our schedule, did high quality work, and strived to minimize dust and clean-up after themselves. What an awesome company! Called first thing this morning to see if I could get someone out to find a water leak between the water meter and house. By 9:00am Peter Chavez and Chico Miranda were here and within the hour found the leak and had scheduled appointment to have it fixed between 1pm and 3 pm today. Extremely happy with ABQ plumbing! Needed estimates to replace our 23yr old furnace/AC as furnace was having problems & parts were hard to find. First contractor that came out (not ABQ) started telling me what couldn't be done before he was even at my house & then once he saw my furnace (which was a professionally installed Lennox) it only got more negative from there leaving me feeling that this was going to be a hard thing to do. Next contractor was Josh from ABQ Plumbing & he was an absolute pleasure, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable & saw nothing that couldn't be done. He gave us options & let us know what would be best for our mobile home. We accepted his estimate for a 95% efficiency Bryant furnace/AC which may not have been the cheapest but we wanted quality & quiet. Install & removal was done a week later, took 2 days & was all done by Peter & Kameron who did quality work, were very conscientious, thorough & took the time to do things right the first time. We had a little problem finding the right solution for the condensation line so it wouldn't freeze & so we didn't hear it but when we all put our heads together & came up with a alternative they happily redid it. As a retired contractor I feel confident in the work they did & confident that I have found the best for my plumbing or HVAC needs.

Edit: management reached out and took care of everything. Within hours of the review, I was already contacted to make things right. Was blown away by the speed and efficiency of resolution. Original review: Absolutely worst company I've ever delt with. Got an estimate on a furnace repair. Accepted estimate, was told needed to order motor, after a couple weeks was told needed a different motor. Agreed to waiting for alternate motor to be shipped. Was told item would be in on March 8th. Missed a call on March 4th due to being out of town. But they did leave voicemail reaffirming thatbpart will be in on the 8th and wanted to schedule the service, But called back company on March 8th when I got back. Was told they sent the motor back because they didn't hear from me and thought I no longer wanted it. I advised I still need furnace fixed. Was told they will reorder motor and would be called when it is in to reschedule repair order. Now 3+ weeks and no word. Needless to say I'm never doing business here ever.

No surprise the furnace motor went out in the dead of winter. I must admit they were not my first choice, but other companies were days out. I give Erik Lebya 10 stars for doing an excellent job, and making sure our old furnace was perfectly safe to use before he left. I also give the gentleman I spoke to making the appointment for being so nice, honest, and up front with me, he gets high marks also. It was little expensive but they came right out, and I know I got a good motor. The very old furnace is runnng great now.

I had a situation where my hot water went out and I called the following Albuquerque plumbing and Heating the next morning and they were able to come out and investigate. I thought it might just have necessitated relighting of the pilot light but alas it was a much more complicated problem that took their skill set to identify. Both technicians, Jonah Tarango and Eric Leyba were amazing. Both so polite and capable. They were able to diagnose and thankfully even though it called for an extra trip and parts were able to fix the problem with my water heater. While they were there they also set up my swamp cooler and flushed my water heater (which I doubt was ever done before) it’s a relatively new boiler (2014) but it was filled with gunk. I was very happy and thankful for their service. I highly recommend!

Had a weekend emergency on a Saturday. It took until Sunday morning for an emergency plumber to come out. Emergency calls are quite pricey. I’ve used ABQ Plumbing before and they’re very customer service friendly. You can tell they really want you to be happy.

I have a single handle shower valve in my bathroom. It was dripping slowly. I removed the handle, but could not remove the threaded metal cover (see pic) to the cartridge. So, I called ABQ Plumbing. It was one man's job, but two men came. Within around 40 minutes he fixed the leak. -- He replaced two little rubber parts, and a nylon ring whose front edge is visible after the cartridge cover is set in. The cartridge has a rubber ring that fits on the metal ball with holes for hot/cold water. -- He mistakenly was inserting this ring in the cartridge before putting the ball in the cartridge first, and I had to tell him the right way to do it. He should have know the right way to assemble the valve parts, but I had to tell him the right way. -- Additionally, the bill came out to be $290.xx. Of this, if you subtract $65 for his visit, then it is $125. Of this amount if I consider $65 for an hour of labor, then the part cost is $60, which I feel is high, more than double. -- I still may use their service in future, and recommend them that they be fair in billing for parts and labor; and not send more men that necessary to do the job. -- The attached photo is before the metal cover was removed.

These days it is so hard to find people that will go above and beyond to get the job done right, but Chris and Randy didn't stop until they got my electric fiasco fixed! I will probably not use Albq Plumbing again, not that Orlando and helper did not work hard. They did. Things like 370 dollars to do a leak detection that was totally off and still charged me, trip charges when they leave and return. The project started on Feb 10th with detection service that day and could not or would not start work on Thursday or Friday but would work weekend at overtime rates. I'm into them for over 400 so they scheduled the 15th of Feb,, hmm 5 days without water. Orlando arrived at 8:15 Feb 15th it took 6.5 hours to locate the leak after using leak detection services on the 10th which were all off by 15ft. They tore up lots of driveway to locate the leak the old fashion way by hand. Once located the break was fixed in about half an hour. Now the filling and repair of the driveway was less then desirable looking very ghetto and not finished to try and match the driveway. For the cost of the job I would think it would have looked clean after all said and done.

Very good! They detected the source of the leak which was behind baseboards (dishwasher sprung a problem which was simply capped off) and with minimal damage they fixed the leak. I was told by the water authority that I must have a large leak and so I called Albuquerque Plumbing Heating and Cooling. I opted to wait until the following Tuesday for regular business hour prices (not after hours) but asked to be put on the waiting list. Less than an hour later I got a call back for same day service! Jared and his apprentice/helper, Jacob, were professional and did a great job! Turns out I don’t have a leak like the water company said and Jared was very fair in the charge for the leak service. He did replace an outside faucet that had a slow leak that we had known about. He also educated us on what was done not quite right on our water heater installation, the ductwork on the heater, and the faucet on the shut off valve. We will be getting quotes in the future to get this work done and these issues addressed. The big news is that we are going to have them come replace the swamp cooler next week!! My husband is really excited that I am getting someone else to install it!! Again, Jared was very knowledgeable about the swamp cooler process, how to pick the right one, and suggestions for helping keep the house cooler. Glad I found them and have someone trustworthy and professional to take care of my aging house’s plumbing!!

Our house is on city sewer but it's a pressurized system and utilizes a grinder pump and float station. The pump itself was replaced when we first moved in summer of 2021 but we've had ongoing issues with the pit flooding and pump not pumping. The first time it happened we called Albuquerque Plumbing Heating & Cooling and Greg came out as our tech. We had the pit pumped out to make it easier to work on and he ended up diagnosing a valve that needed to be replaced. That seemed to resolve our issue for a few months but when we had the issue again very recently it ended up being a hose that needed to be replaced. Hose was replaced and it seemed to resolve the issue again at least for a while. While we've been having intermittent issues with it flooding ABQ Plumbing unfortunately does not do any work on pressurized systems which is where we feel the root cause of the issue is. In spite of that Greg was a fantastic tech. Very friendly and personable and seemed to genuinely care about our issue. I would highly recommend Greg as he was the same tech that came out for the separate issues we've had.

When I initially left this rating, it was from my phone. However, I thumbed it and hit return before completing the remarks. We called Albuquerque Plumbing initially for an emergency water heater leak. Erik responded to the emergency within the allotted time and helped inform us what happened (operator error). However, he did double-check the valves that were leaking and mentioned to us they needed to replace them as they were corroded, which was part of the problem. We scheduled the repair immediately...like in 2 days. Erik and Farah showed up before the scheduled time and immediately began working. I was grateful they reminded us that they had to shut down the water and allowed us time to complete the chores we were doing. We have been blessed to not need a plumber up until now, and are grateful to use them. Their competitors (2) required payment for estimates, and the cost to do the repairs Erik and Farah did were double. We will be using Albuquerque Plumbing again when the need arises.

This is the second time I am using ABQ plumbing and it wasn't up to the expectations. Jerod (technician) fixed the leak in the cold water line to the heater but he broke the recirculation pump (right in front of me) while trying to keep the water away from the cold water inlet to the water heater to ease with soldering. He would not accept that it was his mistake but instead he says the pump was jammed and I had to remove it harder which broke the pump shaft. He fixed the leak, and assembled broken shaft into the pump. Because he broke the recirculation pump I have asked him to quote the price to fix, which costs me $884 to install a new pump. There was not even an attempt to provide any discounts due to his mistake. If he wanted to block the water from recirculation pump he could have simply shut off the water to the building, and pumped out remaining water droplets. No reason for him to open the pump, and break the shaft. The reason I gave at least 3 stars is because he fixed the leak so my garage would not flood.

Would rate more than 5 stars if I could!! We had a clogged, slow-draining toilet in our guest bathroom that was giving us a major headache. I tried a plunger, an auger, and drain cleaner - nothing worked. I finally decided to call Albuquerque Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling midday on a Friday. Since it was right before a weekend, I was expecting a long wait time for an appointment. However, the woman who answered the phone was friendly and responsive, and they had someone at my house within two hours. I was given updates and communication every step of the way, from initial quote to location/arrival time of the technician. Robert was friendly, knowledgable, and professional, and had the whole thing fixed in 15 minutes. It's good as new! Cannot recommend this company enough, and will be using in the future.

Robert called before he arrived and arrived on time, after scheduling the appointment before 8AM, he arrived around 8:27AM, very impressive response from scheduling and the service tech. He tried his 6-foot snake, after I mentioned my 3-foot snake didn't clear the clog. He was unsuccessful, so he tried using the cleanout, which didn't work, so he used a camera to find a root intrusion, in the flange, from my toilet to the main sewer line. He had to remove the toilet and use the machine to clear the line. After clearing the line, he confirmed the line was clear, including adding toilet paper, to make sure the paper could pass the root intrusion. I appreciated frequent updates with every troubleshooting step. He provided a rough estimate of $2500 to break the foundation and replace the flange, to prevent repeat root intrusion. [UPDATE] Within 24 hours my shower pan failed to drain and the toilet in the same bathroom, stopped draining, however the next morning, both were working ok. I called to document in my profile.

Actual work and repair was scheduled for next Tuesday (6 days from estimate and site visit) On Monday 6/20/22, on my request, asked that Vicente Jaramillo, APHC inspect plumbing to identify if it was Kitec, Manufactured by IPEX Inc. piping before the pipe line is repaired on Tuesday, 6/21/22 scheduling.. Purpose for my request is that if it was identified as Kitec, I would request that instead of a leak repair the work request would be a full blown re -piping since Kitec is defective. Vicente worked in a site visit this same day,.performed the site visit and relieved my concern informing me it was not Kitec plumbing.Previously scheduled leak repair at master bathroom entrance from master bedroom will resume as scheduled 6/21. Thank you Vicente for your prompt attention and plumbing identification as Apex. Timely, respectful response and evaluation prior to actual repair. 6/22/22 Thanks to the Staff and Management for promptly responding and scheduling follow up by Rodney Chavez to properly turn on the electrical outlets that were shut off at the panel box after equipment used on the plumbing repair yesterday caused the shut off. Rodney was professional, respectful and explained to me, on my request, what the issue was. I thank him for his honesty and prompt action and for Management to identify it as a follow up without an additional cost.

Our old swamp cooler was on its last legs and we decided to look into a replacement. I did several searches and found Albuquerque Plumbing & Heating had excellent reviews. A quick phone call and we had an appointment for an estimate. Our estimate was done quickly, and the estimator sis not get on the roof. We were recommended 2 units and went with the more expensive of the two (aerocool) which was supposed to cool our home down 5 degrees. The installed happened on 4/19/21. They were on time and got down to removing the old unit and installing the new one quickly. Several hours later we powered on and it felt nice...it was still cooler outside so I can’t vouch for the 5 degrees cooler. The next night the wind kicked up and the problems began. The noise was ridiculous...louder than the 10+ year old unit that we replaced. It sounded like sheet metal flapping in the wind and a rattling sound in the unit and into the ducts. The estimator told us this was a great unit and made no mention of loud metal noises in wind. The communication and service were very good, but the product that they highly recommended definitely is not. Review would have been 5 stars other wise

GREAT!!! work. It's a GRAND SLAM home run in the bottom of the 9th inning. Marcos and his assistant know their job. Had a new Aerocool water cooler installed with a new external waterline connected to a new facet. Except for the boiler box unit they did fabulous job rebuilding the system with new controls, valves, pump, gauges, electric controls. Took hours of extra time to troubleshoot the wiring to the existing thermostats to know they needed to be replaced. Marcos was easy to talk to, answered my concerns and kept me informed of his progress. Gotta say it's GREAT! to have heat in the house after 7 years without it.

Leaking pipe is repaired, most importantly. Otherwise I am somewhat disappointed as I had notified them of this water leak on a Friday morning, but they were unable to get to it until Monday, water leaking the whole time. I am dreading my water bill and am upset about all of the wasted water! This repair is immediately adjacent to another repair that they fixed recently, I wondered if it was the same pipe? The repairman worked very hard and informed me that it was a different pipe adjacent to it. Estimated at $1,000. Abut bill was $1,400.

I got a new washer and dryer 2.5 months ago. The dryer didn’t work so Costco replaced it. Then the second one had the same issues. I thought it might be an electrical issue on my end so I called an electrician. He didn’t see a problem. I called an install inspection team and they didn’t know either and said it might be a clogged vent. I called Albuquerque Plumbing, Heating & Cooling and Nicholas was able to diagnose and fix the clogged vent AND told me the installers didn’t clamp my dryer which could lead to a carbon monoxide leak very easily. He fixed that , too. I am very happy with the level on knowledge, skill, professional, and care that this company and specifically Nicholas provided, especially after I had 3 separate professionals come for the same issue. We had an entire residential water pipe reroute from the concrete slab into the attic. The entire crew was very professional and kept us constantly apprised of what was happening. They laid out options of how the work could be done and were even flexible with how they approached the job when I unexpectedly fell ill on the first day of the project and asked to keep a few rooms off-limits. When offering options, they presented pros and cons in a way that was informative, not “salesy” like some companies. This was a huge project that affected almost every part of the house, but they did their best to be as unobtrusive as possible. We loved having Jose, Dmytri, Pam, and Frankie here every day. Extremely delayed review regarding my experience with Albuquerque Plunbing, Heating, And Cooling. Had these folks come in a few years ago to repipe all my supply lines and hot water heater and learned last night a couple things were never done properly. The guys that came out were very friendly and punctual. Overall a project that was supposed to take a week turned into more like 3 weeks if I can recall, BUT here's where things go negative. My thermal expansion tank for my hot water heater was not installed right. From the factory thermal expansion tanks ship at 35-40lbs of air pressure(from what I've seen so far) and part of the install process SHOULD BE to check water pressure at a hose bib and increase the pressure on the tank to match whatever that water pressure reading measured. I know for certain I never saw the crew check pressure on the house or fill the tank. I took a lot of time off work to watch and familiarize myself with what they did and how and this process is critical! As I said, I learned last night this wasn't done properly after a pinhole leak developed in the tank, causing water to spray all over the inside of my utility closet, close proximity to electrical receptacles and our central heat unit. ALSO, this tank weighs about 5lbs out of the box, every gallon of water weighs 8lbs. For a 2 gallon tank, when it fails, weighs 21lbs. It may or may not be code, but plenty of stuff online recommends strapping this tank to a wall to provide support and not 21lbs floating on top of fittings should it fail and completely fill with water. Watch your crews, and specifically when it comes to these tanks be sure they are pressurizing properly. These tanks are only expected to last 5 to 10 years from what I've read so be ready to swap frequently as well.

The technician was knowledgeable, answered all my questions, but the price quoted for installing two valves and a back flow preventer on my boiler were astronomical. For parts that would cost around $120, installation fee was about $1500. I am not an HVAC tech. but these prices seemed steep to me.

I received email and text alerts when the tech was heading over. I also received a text with a little intro and picture of the tech so I knew what he looked like before he came to my house! I really like that extra step, to make sure the customers are comfortable and know who they are letting into their home. The tech, Michael (his name-patch said Laine, maybe nickname?), called and said he was running EARLY and was able to come sooner than the appointment time. I told him my problem, kitchen sink is clogged, and he was able to fix it and be on his way in 15 min. It was super quick, super affordable and professional! Michael (Laine) was super friendly and efficient. I'll definitely be calling this company again if I have any future issues.

To make a long story short, we had a really horrible company through our home warranty company come out last year to repair our HVAC and it ended up going out again this year in the hottest week of the year. We reached out to ABQ plumbing and heating for an emergency consult and Marcos came out at the scheduled time. He was upfront and honest about our HVAC system that it needed replacement. He made sure to test our furnace which was working well, so we only needed the AC unit. We were planned to go to Arizona the day he came out to work on it and had our in-laws coming out the same weekend to stay at our house x 2 weeks. He understood our dilemma and he worked it out with his team so he could come the following day for installation. He and his partner got to the house at 11am and worked until 9pm installing the new unit and repairing old damage from the previous company. I have nothing but praise for his hard work and willingness to work things out so we could have cool air again and not have to sleep in our room at 96 degrees. This guy deserves a raise because he honestly went above and beyond and fit us into the schedule when the company was booked out and his work was fantastic. I don't know if you're allowed to request repairs from a certain worker, but if you can, go with Marcos Pacheco because he will go above and beyond.

Our AC went out late last summer. We chose to wait to replace as summer was ending. Little did we know how longer the summer would linger and we were miserable for several weeks. Initially we had another company provide us with an estimate. The technician was honest with us and said only the AC needed to be replaced in order to try to save use some money. Be cautious if things go wrong when they come out to fix the problem you are facing in your home. When they came to my house the tech caused damage to my ac. Long story short it was a battle trying to get them to fix the damage. Ultimately the damage was never corrected and they just gave me the runaround. I spoke with the tech and a manager. Lots of promises to make good on the damage but they never did. Update: I spoke with a different manager recently. The problem was corrected. Placed an request for a service call as my heater was not starting and my water heater were making some weird noises. Was expected to see a technician sometime the end of next week. Even after calling 5 other companies this was my earliest option so I went ahead and booked an appointment. Woke up a day later with a call asking if I would be open to doing it today, guy came in easily diagnosed my furnace and water heater and fixed their problems. He wasn't able to clear it on our side but continued to work on it until he located it 60 ft out. He didn't give up and was able to clear the line. Entire staff was professional appearance and behavior through finished product. Josh was good at communicating along the way,and administrative staff always prefaced a visit,with a test message, highlighting which techs were coming and when they would arrive. There were lead texts stating appointment time,and date. Clean up was thorough and return calls were made as necessary after installation of central air and heating to meet all city codes. Explanations along the way helped us understand what they were doing and why. I would definitely recommend Abq Plumbing and Heating to anyone who is thinking of upgrading from evaporative (swamp) cooling to central air. Wish we had done this five years ago. Certainly has made the monsoon season pleasant and much more bearable. I only have to set the thermostat at 75 or 76to stay cool all day. My old swamp cooler couldn’t even get the temperature down to 79 during the heat of the day if humidity was over about 35%. We are happy with our conversion.

Ben @ Albuquerque Plumbing and Heating led a retrofit of all of our heating, cooling, and hot water systems. We couldn't be more satisfied with the results. We have a high quality, highly efficient, fully automated system now. We replaced heating, cooling, and hot water systems with an efficient tank-less system and heat pump for the heating and cooling. They helped recommended various options, listened carefully to the issues we were having, and made dramatic improvements in all of our systems, including our duct work. The yearly maintenance plan will help protect investment. The short term price was higher, but long term I know this will help keep us safe and us save money as the work was done correctly the first time. Communication was stellar, letting us know what to expect when through text messages. We couldn't be more satisfied with the level of quality of the work and the results it gave us.

I used Angie's List to look for a plumber and was quite apprehensive based on reading so many negative reviews about how many dishonest plumbers are in Albuquerque. Albuquerque Plumbing, Heating & Cooling called and left a message for me and I called this morning. My toilet wasn't draining, after repeating plunging. Fore Gen Plumbing called and told me their starting price is $129 and I wouldn't find a lower price. They were wrong. This plumbing company quoted me $75 for auger service, from the toilet side. The auger didn't work, so the plumber offered $105 drain cleanout service. When the clog was cleared in 5 minutes, he told me the $105 included a 90-day warranty, free reservice if I have any more clogs, leaks, issues. Corey did an outstanding job, very impressed with his professionalism, courtesy, honesty and integrity. Not only did he call ahead, arrived early, he wore a mask and shoe covers.

After debating and debating who to use to fix our furnace, Albuquerque Heating and plumbing kept coming up. Even the heating guy ( from another company i won’t mention) that came last weak to supposedly “fix” our furnace recommended Albuquerque Heating and Plumbing! So from the very beginning from talking to Gerald who was so nice to the super cool Techs that came... Tanner and Nick ... I cannot say enough about how cool these guys were !!! They were easy to talk to, answered all our questions, and made me feel at ease. They knew their stuff and they have just won me over as a new customer. The only thing I disagreed with was Tanner’s football team ..... but that’s ok!

I have to say that Ben provided capable, professional servicing of my heating/cooling system. He ran into some difficulties because my particular manufacturer wiring was not in a standard (wrt to other manufacturers) configuration. Ben persevered and worked with the manufacturer's helpline and was able to get my system up and running. He was polite, explained what was going on at all times and I was impressed by his professionalism. My only issue was with a snippy administrative office manager; fortunately, Ben's great service overshadowed that interaction. There was another team member who worked on my home, but I did not interact with him.

I chose them because of Henry, their technician, who gave the initial estimate and ultimately the final installation. He was the only one who listened to my requests. I was impressed by his professionalism. On the day of the job, he was prompt, efficient, and cheerful while also very professional. You reach a point in life when price is not always the deciding factor. Quality and workmanship is really more important in the end.
