The main pharmacist named Joseph is super sweet & always willing to help you which is a PLUS I’ve been going there for the last couple of years & never ran into a problem . something they have now that they didn’t before he took over is delivery , which is totally awesome I would recommend this pharmacy to anybody and everybody.

Professional also, the staff was amazing got my booster COVID-19 Shot within minutes. great service and ill go here often if i need anything, amazing service. i literally waited like 15 seconds i walked in gave them my papers sat down and literally had to get up to get my shot. it was that quick
Doly PerezAmazing staff! It’s always a great pleasure to have this pharmacy. Staff and specially the owner, Joseph are caring and follow up with the customer to make sure they are doing well. The way they pack the medications is awesome because is in a box and you just have to pull the little medicine packets; so much easier then having a bunch of bottles crowding your cabinets space. Best pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with.

Shonna WilliamsI have used this pharmacy for quite some time now and they have been very helpful in making sure I stay on track with my medications. They always call and remind me that I have refills available and when I need to renew my prescription with the doctor. This pharmacy will also deliver my medication to me when I am unable to pick it up. I recently moved and forgot to pick up my refills before I left. They were kind enough to offer to mail my meds to me so that I do not run out. I am really going to miss using this pharmacy. The staff is so kind and helpful.

Quanett FosterOkay, everyone has their own opinion but I would like to say this is the best pharmacy in Yonkers hands down. They are always on point with my refills and if I need one they will reach out to the doctor for me. I can get it delivered or pick it up but I go get mines because they are friendly and welcoming. They always have what I need and if they don't have it they get it!! I enjoy the energy 😌 and the vibe !!! They know my name when I call or come in!! Now that is customer service 👌 at its best!!
Erin CarlinI can't say enough good things about this pharmacy and it's staff. I have a complicated medication regimen and they work so hard to make sure I have everything I need, when I need it, and have even taken time outside of business hours in emergencies. They offer med-pak as a service and, if you take more than a couple of medications, I highly recommend it -- you'll never be counting pills into boxes again; they also deliver, even to some pretty far distances (I used to live 45 minutes from them!). I promise that your pharmacy headaches will disappear if you switch over, mine definitely have!

Sanah FarooqiMy mother has been with this pharmacy for years . Very helpful . They treat my mom like family. They always take my calls and last min orders. They offer free delivery. The drivers are nice . The pharmacist once delivered the medicine once himself late night so my mom can start her new medication right away. During these crazy times it’s nice to have old fashion customer service and people who truly care. Ask for joe!!!

Tamar StoneRobert Jacobson Pharmacy in Yonkers has been working with my parents over the past year and has been fabulous. Both parents have medical needs that have gotten progressively complicated, and Pharmacist - Joseph has been there every step of the way to help ease our concerns. We didn't know of this pharmacy until the social worker we work with contacted the company that makes Pill Packs - and they referred her to this pharmacy as one of their distributors. If you have anyone in your family with a dementia related issue, Pill Pack for medication becomes a game changer. It's also very very helpful that this pharmacy has a delivery service for their medications (sometimes it takes an extra phone call to make that happen) but it is also really helpful. I can't recommend this pharmacy enough.

Shelia Simmonsi love this pharmacy!!!! My mom is elderly and her health challenges are very complexed and Jacobson Pharmacy has been a life saver for her. They deliver her medicine to the door, the constantly call her to remind her that she is due for a refill, they correspond with the health professional caring for her to make sure her medication is right and ready for her. Today, she misplaced/lost her medicine and she didnt have any medicine for the weekend. i called the pharmacist and they gave her enough medicine to hold her until she see her doctor this week. This pharmacy delivers even to the Bronx. They are a neighborhood pharmacy with a big heart for seniors. i love this pharmacy, they are mich better than the chains like CVS and Walgreens they aim to satisfy and keep their customers healthily. Thanks Jacobson.....staff is amazing.

Joe took the time to help me learn how to measure the steps so I can buy a ramp for mom's wheelchair....From Yonkers he was willing to come to the Bronx, to measure it himself.....So kind, compassionate, caring and willing to help in any way possible....ordering a Gait Strap for me to help me lift mom....Diane just as wonderful.
