Last week I called about switching prescriptions from CVS. Jeff was wonderful, working with my doctor and Aetna to get the prescription approved. I went today to pick it up and everyone was so nice and helpful and the prices were great - big difference from CVS. Will be switching the rest of my prescriptions to Grassy Sprain and buying what I can there also.

I've used this pharmacy over the years for many reasons. I received my first covid shot, the J&J, from here last April. I was very satisfied with their service. I'm going for the booster shot very soon and I'm sure it will be as easy as the first time. It's a nice drugstore and it has service this particular area for many years. I highly recommend it. Although parking is a complete nightmare and the traffic in and out of this intersection and parking lot is hideous. The staff is kind and considerate and it has quite a selection of items inside to shop for and of course their drugstore men pharmacy. What can I say it's been around for years! Everybody knows this place. If you want to get vaccinated give them a call.

I needed to have a prescription first thing in the morning but the pharmacy needed the new ins card. I called the pharmacy at 7:58pm 2 min before closing time and asked if I can drop off that I was a few minutes away and the woman said yes. When I got to the pharmacy Steve was waiting at the door. That was customer service at its best. Kudos and Bravo for going above and beyond.

I don’t regularly go to this pharmacy. I need to shout out the really calm and friendly service I just received when I took a Covid test. With all of the crazy anxiety that people are feeling right now, it is truly helpful when someone giving you a life-altering test is steady, friendly, and reassuring. I’m extending my sincere thanks and appreciation to all of the tech people who are helping all of us get these Covid tests completed. And thank you to the grassy sprain pharmacy for having such great people working outside in the cold getting these tests for us.

The pharmacy itself is good. The owner Anthony is a real nice guy and cares about his business. I've been getting tons of medications for my condition for years. Steve has a real attitude problem though. Talk about a man who hates his job, sheesh! Always so rude to me every time I come in there. I always try to kill him with kindness but it never gets me anywhere. There's a pharmacy that ill be switching to in Eastchester. They call you when your prescriptions are ready and they're much nicer.

We needed a hospital bed within a day as my mother-in-law was coming home from the hospital. Called all over and this pharmacy was able to accommodate us, get it there the next day and the staff were so wonderful. They delivered it, set it up and were so attentive to our needs. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this pharmacy as the service that was provided is above and beyond what you find in pharmacies these days. Thank you Grassy Sprain!

My family has been going to Grassy Sprain Pharmacy for I believe over 20 years since it was a fraction of the current size. The people who work here are 100% friendly, helpful and always very professional. I feel that they always try to go above and beyond of what you'd expect from a pharmacy! This is type of the business that when you go up to the counter they remember your face and know you by name! Could not recommend a better pharmacy if I tried!

I’ll take Grassy Sprain over a CVS or Walgreens any day. From Anthony the owner to the Pharmacists and staff, all are very knowledgeable and courteous. It’s local businesses like this that I don’t mind paying a little more. I’ve called with questions for my kids’ medications and never felt rushed or made to feel stupid. They shoot it straight with you and i appreciate that. And they have a delivery service for anyone who can’t get out to get their medicine.

The Pharmacist and Staff are ALWAYS willing to help with All my questions and they have access for special medical supplies and equipment which I have needed for my elderly family.If they didn't have it on hand, They would order it for me and have it in within a reasonable time. They can be busy but the atmosphere and people are Very Friendly And they have cards ,gifts, vitamins and cosmetics and so So Much more so I have shopped while waiting. Truly best pharmacy in Yonkers. I love that they have curbside pick up. Some things are a little expensive compared to Harmons, but I would rather pay a bit more and know that I am safe. Everyone working there are always willing to help. They are great.
