This pharmacy was able to provide my aunt with her diabetes medication Ozempic after a long time of waiting for her usual pharmacy to have it in stock. The staff is very nice and the pharmacy is very cozy and comfortable. She is going to continue to get her medications sent to this pharmacy because the pharmacy is very reliable and the staff is great!

Amazing. They will go above and beyond for you, more than ANY pharmacy has ever done for me or my husband. We both need specialty care medication and they never fail to get us our medications. If there is an outside issue not of their doing they'll take the time to thoroughly explain the issue at hand. They also give such great personal care, making sure you're taken care of. This is the BEST pharmacy I've ever been to. The Pharmacist and her team are always extremely helpful and welcoming. They will work with you to get you the best price for medications. I've also never had to wait more than 30 seconds when picking up my prescriptions. They deserve 100 stars.

This is the best pharmacy hands down. They deliver your medication if needed and their waiting area is so comfortable with music air and nice big comfy leather couches. All the staff is super nice and sweet and hey have an assortment of different OTC products right in the room if you need something for a cold or your stomach or whatever. Nice restrooms and a drink machine. Very nice and fast service. I prefer it over CVS or Walgreen's . They make you feel like family.

This was by far one of best experiences I’ve ever had at a pharmacy getting my medications. I was on vacation in Tampa and ran out of one of my most important meds and didn’t have and didn’t have any of my information or dosages or anything. The pharmacist was so understanding and figured out what I needed so quickly and was so kind and fun. On top of it all the techs were so much fun and so full of energy it just felt like you were part of the family.

I am so happy with this pharmacy and the employees. They have been so helpful to me when Walgreens and CVS turned me away. I meet one of the reps that works for Benzer Pharmacy at my doctor's office when they first opened. She was so kind, she waited for me to finish my appointment with the doctor and I followed her to there pharmacy. The rep introduced me to everyone and they have treated me like family. I had just got cataract surgery had a prescription I picked up at Walgreens for $80 and lost it. This prescription I needed was an antibiotic for my eye I called Benzer pharmacy they prepared it for me and gave it to me for $25 since I don’t have insurance. They were awesome the staff was awesome and I highly recommend them.

Words cannot describe how this pharmacy operates to the best intrest of their customers. They are extremely understanding and try everything possible to make the impossible work. No one else "had" my medication or took a week to order it. These people understood how much i needed it and ordered it overnight. They treated me with respect and were so friendly. I was having a problem finding a pharmacy near my home to fill a prescription my son takes, until the physicians office recommended Benzer Pharmacy on MLK. This is right around the corner from their office. I have always been greeted right away by the staff. If the medication was not on hand they would order and fill it promptly. I went to another Benzer location closer to my home on N Dale Mary, but was always told "it is on back order". They would never offer to order it. I have been a long time customer of Walgreens basically all my life. I'm 44 now. And have been dealt with some autoimmune issues/ diagnosis that are complicated. The place is AMAZING. Compounding is at a great price they deliver & the stress I would deal with the local Walgreens is gone. I see 2 Drs who both know my illness. Walgreens even if I stayed at the same location and never use meds unless I need them would question me - that dealing with Hashi thyroid pain and other issues even though I don't take pain meds and see mostly Holostic Drs. I still would have to explain my situation my health issues to the "same" Walgreens which always felt horrible .. You deal with chronic Conditons 24/7. No one gets it. Usually stress is a huge issue with autoimmune. Basically Benze knows me, knows my health issues, even knows a doctor ... The pharamacy is quick. They really care . It's small and cheap. Again did I mention delivery ? I highly recommend this place for anyone with a chronic condition with complicated often changing treatment and often controlled prescriptions. Yes it's not a super huge place via traveling but the laws in Florida don't let you transfer many meds even within the same pharmacy chain. I stay with my parents in Apollo and they've offered to mail me my meds ... Basically I recommend them for their service , (literally I was shocked when I brought in a script or two and picked up one to hear we can fill it like 5 minutes?) compound prices (via hormones! ) and the way they get to know you your health issues and never treat you like your a medication patient but a real person struggling with health issues. It's truly a weight lifted that I didn't realize was so huge with my other pharamacy .... It's a little less tech and sometimes you might have to call them to check on your script. But that's because they don't have a huge chain of places and when you do call they know you. Never crowded and a nice environment! The pharmacist she's smart and aware of everything your taking and helpful. 🙏🏻. Been the best decision I've ever made to change to Benze.

Wonderful and hardworking staff . My insurance didn't want to cover med and then when it was approved, wanted a high copay .Benzer was able to get my Humira at $0 cost to me . Welll they did grant their I.O.U I will use them again Man I will never come here again. I went to get a 90 day rx filled, paid for a 90 rx but was given 60 days worth with an I.O.U. & they didn't even tell me about the I.O.U. I noticed it when I got in my car to check that everything was correct. It wasn't until I went back inside to inquire about it & was told then. If I wanted an I.O.U, I would've trusted Walmart instead of them. Crazy part is that I called prior to check to if they 90 days worth & was told "Yes we have. Come, come." It was clean inside and the service was pretty quick but after I pick up my "I.O.U", I won't be back.
