I am repeatedly frustrated by the Safeway Pharmacy App and communication since despite setting up so that I get reminders regarding refills, those don't come, and, often I get conflicting automatic texts telling me that a prescription that I requested be delivered is ready for me to pickup. Additionally, yesterday I went to the pharmacy to pick up an antibiotic for an infection only to be told that the Safeway Pharmacy website had been down for over 2 1/2 hours and the pharmacist didn't know when it would be up. Still, I have to commend the pharmacist who is incredibly patient, helpful (once even offered to personally deliver a prescription after he got off work because I was going out of town and my prescription delivery had been delayed). He is always kind in his communication and willing to do all that is within his power to correct any issues, even when he was in no way responsible for the issue.

Starbucks was closed at 5:15 pm. I asked the cashier if someone could get me a cup of ice, she said I don’t think so , she asked someone else and he said no. Thank you for reminding me to be grateful for good customer service when it happens.

Living just two blocks away for 15+yrs, this has been my go-to grocery store. This store has seen many changes over the yrs. I chose this pharmacy for all my prescriptions because of a Pharmacist named Dane. Dane was the best! Quick,confident,professional and knowledgeable! He was fair,reliable,courteous and friendly as can be. He moved away quite awhile ago leaving Nicole as #1.Nicole was very good at her job. A little less than a year ago, I’m going to say around Feb.2021 this whole store went into a decline! As if it became certain to fail. The “vibe” in the store feels unpredictable! Can’t say if it’s due to any one thing but it’s caused me to go elsewhere for my shopping needs, whenever I can.
