Did an online order of portrait photos to print out. Really cool that there is an option for same day so I was able to go pick it up within an hour of placing the order online, which made me feel super safe that I didn’t have to go in and print everything in person. Had a little bit of a struggle finding parking, but it makes sense as it is a very walkable area. Seemed like they were a bit short staffed as the cashier was training someone and I had to wait a few minutes for someone else to assist me in the photo area. The rest of the store is pretty much everything that you need for convenience. Loved the turnout of the portraits that I got printed and the staff was super sweet and allowing me to bring my dogs in.

Pharmacists were great with my needle phobia. Quick and efficient. Sweet women. Thank you A gentleman who works here/ Port Angeles (Juan) all but held my hand through the 2nd dose. Thanks Juan, you are my hero for the day. So thankful kindness is still found in the middle of capitol hill.

i buy a sandwich here, the clerks re enact the classic movie 'clerks" just by being them its awesome man.

Tonight I went in to Rite Aid and to say they where short staffed would be and understatement. Ena the cashier was killing it. Working on the registers by herself with a smile doing it. I hope she gets a raise or a promotion.

I had a fantastic experience here as it was where I worked part time paying my way through college from 2006-2007. I really don't care if this helps shoppers, I just hope that one of my colleagues is still working there and remembers me (Dustin).

The selection for literally anything is awful here. But the staff are incredible and have to put up with so much everyday. As a neighborhood resident, I can’t say how much I appreciate the staff at this rite aid

As usual, a down to earth drug store, like all other Rite Aids. First time since Covid struck, and I couldn't help but notice the shelves somewhat more bare than I remember them being.

Friday late in the afternoon my doc faxed over my prescriptionsto Rite Aid on Broadway in Seattle. I was trying to get out of town, which doesn't happen much these days, unfortunately. i really wanted to get my scripts filled before i had to jet. It seemed like everything was a hold up for me on Friday and now the fax machine at the Broadway Rite Aid store was on the fritz! My script didn't print and it was getting late in the afternoon and I really needed to get going! Aaron was able to get it worked out for me and I really appreciated his efforts. The pharm was busy enough alone and now problems with the incoming faxes! jeez! Garbo also was extremely helpul in assisting my prescriptions. Super friendly, and she runs a great pharmacy! Thanks!

I tried and eventually succeeded in filling a prescription here. At first it was refused and I did not understand why. After a lengthy heated discussion with the pharmacist it finally dawned on me what the problem was when I picked up the medication and finally read the written instructions from the doctor that had the pharmacist so confused. Despite my own rotten attitude, the pharmacist remained professional.

It is smaller than the walgreens on the south end of broadway but still has a good selection and I always have found the staff and cashiers to be nice.

when I went here the store had a pretty good selection of everyday items but my main problem was that some of employees can be a little disrespectful.
