The store is well managed, well displayed, have most of the items you could need on daily basis. The staff is nice, helpful and very pleasant. I shop there often and always find shopping there fun. They have really good Christmas gifts and other options so stop by anytime. I’m happy customer.

I am not a fan of Bartell in general, but I make special exception for this store. It’s always clean and well-stocked. The lighting isn’t glaring. And they have very friendly, helpful people both in the pharmacy and at the front counter.

The pharmacy in this Bartell Drugs is just the very best around. Wonderful customer service, personalized help. It's almost like a small town pharmacy, the way they are able to notice errors in a prescription, upcoming refills that might get complicated, or possible side effects to things and then head those problems off.

Went in to get my flu shot it went quick and smooth knowledgeable staff except the guy by the front door kept giving me the eye like I was stealing something and I’m white

There is not a whole lot of large pharmacy/convenience shops around central business district so we are grateful they are there.

We are stuck in Seattle quarantine hotel due to positive COVID test (we are fully vaccinated) and our out of state doctor called in prescription. Even though out of deliver hours the pharmacist delivered to our hotel rather than us waiting until next morning. Given our situation I nearly cried with gratitude and thanks to him. This was the store at 910 west 4th in Seattle.

Although I am a bit saddened by the sale of Bartell to Rite Aid, it makes sense when cvs and Walgreens are working full-tilt to get as many customers as possible. This spot is a little quirky but was very accessible when commuting on surface streets north and south through the downtown corridor. Hopefully they will keep the same names on existing storefronts since their buyer already has a foothold in the area. With additional and almost equal importance it should be noted that they would be well off keeping the notable candy aisle that sets them apart from competition.

I really enjoy shopping here and the very friendly customer service. I was in the store today and was very disappointed to see in the toy section-“ The unicorn squirrel feeder” The nature of this toy is that you place nuts in a unicorn plastic head and when the squirrel eats them they get the unicorn head stuck on them. I don’t see how this is considered amusing- it is very cruel and can really hurt the animal. Please stop selling a product that is so harmful to our squirrels.

I frequent this Bartells because it is close to work. The staff are friendly and will look in the back for you if something you want isn't on the shelf. The only reason I didn't give them five stars is because they let homeless people beg customers for money and food while the customer is paying the cashier. Bartells isn't responsible for the horrific homeless problem in Seattle, but they should keep them away from the front cashiers to allow customers to pay without being harassed. The cashiers see it happening and don't do anything about the problem. They seem to have the attitude that it is the customer's problem if they are being harassed inside the store.

I was in town for business. I had already been on antibiotics for a week and I seemed to be getting worse. I messaged my doctor and she sent a prescription to Bartell Drugs pharmacy and the friendly, helpful staff looked up my insurance information and filled the two prescriptions quickly. Absolutely the best service I've had at a pharmacy in years!!!!!! I highly recommend this pharmacy for your medication needs.

My favorite Bartell's. Large prepared item section for a drug store. Have ready made sandwiches, salads, wraps, etc. from local companies (e.g. Mel's). Also, have freezer selection, but they took out their microwave (I think due to the downtown crowds congregating in the store). Staff is knowledgeable and friendly, which is surprising considering the downtown location. Love their pharmacy staff. Always willing to do a same-day refill without getting grumpy.

Thank you to the nice woman who helped us on our wedding day. We eloped at the courthouse, but they wouldn't let us back in to change because they were closed, and so was the library. and my shoes were literally falling apart. The lady at the pharmacy window sold us super glue and let us use the facilities to change. She saved the day by showing us some humanity. Thank you.

Has local, high quality foodsuffs and dry goods. If getting lunch, great sandwich/salads. Well-stocked office supply and cards. If outv of town. Good place 2 buy a nice gift from Seattle. Prices are quite low for downtown area. Staff are friendly and helpful, which is good bc unfortunately w remodel I have 2 ask where thingsc are a lot😘

This Bartell's is great for finding more food than others. However, I'm much more loyal to the Bartell's on Olive and 5th or even the one on 3rd. But for a larger variety of beauty and bath products, this Bartell's beats them all. Regardless, I am a Bartell Drugs customer for life and will trust in all their stores.
