I was trying to find a same day rapid test for COVID and my boss recommended them. Went online, scheduled and drove out. One: I need to learn to read - confirmation said tomorrow. I went today. Two: I need to learn to read - parked in the wrong parking lot. Three: the nasal swab sucks. They get five stars for being nice to me and emailing me a copy of the results for work.

This is the best pharmacy I've ever used. Love the people and prices. The pharmacists and techs know me by name, have my scripts ready without me needing to ask, and even contact my physicians for refills without my needing to go in to see them. They're amazing!

. I had such a great experience at Riverside Village Pharmacy this afternoon! The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and were eager to answer any questions I had. They also carry a huge selection of supplements, essential oils, and all natural hygiene products- some of which are very are hard to find... I will definitely be back soon. Highly recommend!

In comparison to the big chain pharmacies where you really are treated like a number not a person, the employee's here are courteous and very helpful and make you feel like your overall health and well being is a priority. I am very thankful we have rvp in our neighborhood. The level of service far exceeds any pharmacy I've ever used....I feel better knowing my prescriptions are being provided by a community pharmacy instead of a chain pharmacy where no one ever learns your name. Over the past year RVP staff has truly been amazing. They had layers of protection to prevent the possible spread of covid and curb side pickup, I never had to touch a thing. For a short time over the past year I was concerned about there being "a run" on one of my meds. RVP always had my medications and I never once missed a dose. I could spend another half hour sharing different examples of how going to RVP made my life a little less hectic making trips to the pharmacy more enjoyable. I rely on numerous medications to maintain a good health. Relying on a pharmacy to provide life saving medications is a huge trust, I trust RVP handling all of my medications. Every now and then I may splurge on one of those fancy soaps or lotions. :-) Thank you RVP Staff!

Walking into Riverside Village pharmacy makes you feel like you're walking into a small town old-school pharmacy. Entire staff and the owner are friendly, knowledgeable, welcoming, and quite fun to chat with! I love coming in here, and I can't even express how amazing it is to call the pharmacy and have a human being pick up the phone every time and handle your question or issue immediately! They also stock a ton of other items including really fun things for your home and great gifts! LOVE THIS PLACE!!

I've been going to this pharmacy for a year and a couple months now. I really like this place. Everyone knows my name there. There's recently been some new employees working there and they are great too! The only thing I say is that I wish the hours were a bit different. But I can normally make it work with how they are now. The owner is kind and understanding as well. The shop is very unique and has a lot of organics. Great place.

We love Riverside Village Pharmacy. We have them ship our meds to our house, and it’s one less thing I have to keep track of each month. When we’re on the east side, they carry all my favorite products and are so helpful when we go in.

I swung by to pickup an OTC for a cold. The pharmacist stepped out from behind the counter to personally assist me and make sure I was getting the best medicine for my symptoms. The staff here is incredible. I have never had service like this at a pharmacy before! Highly recommend.

Riverside Village Pharmacy is a great local business. If you live in the east Nashville/Inglewood area I strongly encourage you to consider supporting them instead of a CVS Walgreen or Kroger. There is of course nothing wrong with those places but Riverside really strives to give you a local friendly experience that I think most people would much appreciate. The best part is you don't sacrifice price or convenience for this. We have been getting prescriptions filled at Riverside Village Pharmacy for several years. We manage a lot of monthly prescriptions and Riverside really makes this as easy as I think you can do in today's insurance and health care environment I really can't imagine going anywhere else at this point. They are fast and give realistic times on getting refills done. No "it'll be 45 minutes" when they are just dropping a pre filled box of pills in a bag. My usual wait time is about 10 minutes max. They also do automatic monthly refills, and the pharmacists will suggest cheaper alternative drugs where possible and are happy to walk you through any new prescriptions. As you wait for a prescription to be filled you can browse their well-stocked shelves for several types of OTC meds and health aides. They do now stock a wide CBD oil selection too. They have knick-knacks on a rotating basis. These are usually humorous pun type things or high end cracker barrel gift shop selections. They also carry a nice scented candle and oils selection that helps me keep my oil diffuser well stocked. Finally by the door are a few health drinks and snacks. If you're not in the shopping mood while you wait walk over for some pizza or coffee at any of the fine restaurants in Riverside Village. If your still using a pharmacy at a grocery or corner store really please give Riverside a chance to impress you.

Such a GREAT place. Recently was in the hospital and due to traffic and being discharged late we wouldn't make it to the pharmacy on sat before closing. They went above and beyond when they dropped my meds off after they closed. I also have to frequently travel for family and have been caught out of town needing certain meds. They found a way to get them to me within 24 hours. Parker and the staff give you that feeling of the family pharmacy of 40 years ago where they know their customers by name and make great suggestions for you individually. Love you guys so much. :-)

I absolutely love this pharmacy! I have a 6 month old who struggled to take his medicine and we bought the paci-dose pacifier and it is a life saver. You put the medicine in the syringe, connect it to the pacifier and slowly push the medicine in. They have such a wide variety of products in this pharmacy, I will be going back time and time again!

Great Little Place!! Beats the pants off prices at the big chains I've been using. The staff gets to know all their customers by name, so when I drop by I always get a warm welcome. Customers who use the big chains would be crazy not to check this place out!

This has really come a long way. Dose is a great coffee shop and evening dram bar. It g cried on the weekends but is quiet during the week if you're looking to work somewhere. Mitchell's Deli has been an Easy Nashville staple. Get your lunch there. The neighborhood pharmacy offers a lot of local, organic, and sustainable products. Check them out.

I'm in Nashville a couple of times a year for extended stay and discovered this gem two years ago. Using the word "staff" is inadequate as everyone there gives all they can to provide what you need. I've not experienced a pharmacy of this level anywhere. Can't think of a reason to go elsewhere.
