I’ve used RARx twice now and both times the experience was great. The staff is helpful and takes the time to make sure you understand your medication. I haven’t had any shipping delays and the medicine is always packed well/at the proper temperature. They have also been the more affordable option when I have compared prices. Would definitely recommend!

This pharmacy is a God-Sent. They did EXACTLY what they said they would do. The medicine in 24 hours did change by $40 but I still saved a lot. This process is already hard and complicated, but to spend thousands of dollars and have unnecessary stress is ridiculous. My nurse at my doctors office sounded really confused and uncertain as if I should order from them, but the savings won and I'm glad I tried them. Mr. Don was GREAT! He has comes across calm and genuinely concerned and nice. That's all any future mom-to-be can ask for. They delivered in 24 hours and it arrived first thing in the morning. Thank you. Business isn't always perfect, but they will be my first go-to.

Although their prices, at times, may be higher, I will continue to shop with RARx because they are the most organized and caring. Furthermore, they deliver in less than 24 hours. After a major miscommunication at my fertility clinic, I called RaRx super late — and a bit panicky because I needed a script ASAP before leaving for vacation. A very helpful gentleman completed my order over the phone (he was so patient and kind with me after my HSA card was declined). He said he couldn’t guarantee the package would be delivered the next day since it was so late but it’d definitely be there between noon and 8pm the following day. But it was delivered by noon the following day. So happy with their prompt call-back, patience, and doing everything in their power to get my order to me in a pinch.

Person on phone was pleasant when taking the order. Only major issue and it’s no fault of the pharmacy was that Fed Ex misdelivered my package to the wrong address completely. Fortunately I walked a few doors down and was able to retrieve it but that could’ve been a disaster.

I feel like nothing is “easy” anymore. My experience with this pharmacy was SO EASY. They are Outstanding- their service, timeliness, everything is perfect. I wish everyone company I called could be this easy to work with. I didn’t have to create an account, give them all my information, or wait on hold for hours... I called, gave them my name and birthday and 24 hours my meds showed up. Simply awesome

My experience with RARx was very good! My doctor ordered my medications for me and I had them on my doorstep the next day. The delivery was on time and the medications were kept safe and in an iced container so they were okay on my doorstep until I got home. The only part of the process that was a bit frustrating was the processing time. I spoke with my nurse around 8am, and was told to call to pay for my prescriptions and set up shipping (I needed to begin taking these medications the following day) and when I called I was told the order was still processing. However, about 3.5 hours later, I got a text that they were ready to be shipped and was able to call and get them paid for and shipped right away. Getting someone on the phone was also extremely easy and quick!

I had a good experience with RARx pharmacy when my prescription was sent down although I didn't know they don't work weekends but as soon as I got through to them it was as if there was no gap in the first place. My medications got to me AS FAST AS A FINGER SNAP really and I was really glad. Very prompt response over the phone conversation too. Their price relatively cheap compared to other pharmacies because I did the comparison myself with CVS for one of my medications Thank you RARx

As an individual with over 15 years of experience in compounding and retail pharmacy, I truly appreciate how each staff member communicated with me and made sure that everything was understood and clear. My experience with RARx Pharmacy has been pleasant. I ran into a situation where I was close to running out of my meds and Briana was helpful in getting everything ordered and overnighted to my home. We spoke several times and she was so friendly, understanding and helpful. I appreciate her customer service excellence. There was one medication that didn't arrive overnight, but the pharmacy reached out to make sure I wasn't in a bind. (I wasn't.) The let me know the meds were refrigerated and cold packed and would arrive the next day. They did. RARx did well, I just wish they'd offer refills on the weekends. Other than that RARx offers top notch service.

Super friendly, fast, and easy! Holy moly. I fought for weeks with CVS Specialty Pharmacy in order to get important fertility meds; it was a nightmare. I spent hours on the phone with them trying to figure out how to get my medicine. I finally gave up and my doctor recommended RARx. Wow. The phone call was 6 minutes and I received the medication the next day, as promised. The customer service rep was so pleasant and professional, unlike the employees at CVS. Thank god for RARx; you saved my chances of conceiving this month!

Starting a new form of treatment is stressful in its own. It significantly helped me talking with a specialized Pharmacist that was very knowledgeable about each medication. My 6 prescriptions arrived in a insulated container, clearly marked, and clearly labeled refrigerate versus room temperature. The prescriptions arrived at proper temperature and I received step by step delivery tracking. I was hesitant to use a different pharmacy than my typical pharmacy, but I'm glad I chose to trust in the specialized pharmacy. Great experience. I hope I don't need to repeat another treatment cycle, but I know that I'll receive my medication easily and without added stress.

However, neglected to provide me the ordering cut off time (crucial) and sadly they also don’t send you any tracking information to track your package once it has been shipped.

In this case this drug is not available at the local pharmacy store and must be purchase over the internet. While is works and shipping is over night the evolution removes getting all prescriptions filled in one place.

Fist experience was a 5*. Today I have second order and it was nightmare. So total of 3*. Rarx had my card on file from the last time. They said they will charge my card for new order as well, don't need any card info. Couple hours later get a call saying the actually do need card info, I provide with the number. Next day they call saying they got the card number wrong and can't charge it. I'm calling back, give them card info again, the card is declined. Few calls back and forth between bank and Rarx, we find out that the Rarx representative was using what he called "universal zip code" 11111 when trying to charge my card. No wonder it was declined so many times! As soon as he put my real zip code that was on file, it worked! The worst part is I was told to give another card to charge or deal with a bank, made me feel like I'm the reason they can't charge when it was the other way around. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL Will avoid using their services in the future.
