I had a very nice (and surprisingly fast) experience here at Midtown Express Pharmacy, they're very structured and well organized....but, what really sold me on becoming a returning customer was their friendly customer service. I belive the young ladies name was Lizzy, and with her work efficiency, small talk, and mannerisms, I think its safe to say she quite litterally "saved my life"

I've been using Midtown Express for several years since they are one of few compounding pharmacies in the area, and both my husband and I purchase compounded substances from them. I visited them a few times in person but don't recommend that as they are inside a hospital complex. I've gotten lost navigating my way from and to them, but then I've never done well with hospital complexes and their parking garages! So that's more my problem and not theirs. ;-) Now I have them mail our prescriptions. It doesn't cost extra, and I SO appreciate the convenience. They've been easy to work with, and I highly recommend them!

Wow, this pharmacy is above the rest! Within a few minutes of me leaving my appointment Midtown Express called to give me thorough information on how to use my meds and to say they ship free of charge. Even better the very next day by 11am I had my meds complete with simple instruction. They even add a thank you card with step by step detail on how to leave a review on google. I wish more companies were this professional.

Hank has always been fantastic and in this day and age its impossible to find a Pharmacist who will take time to review any medication and answer any questions. You dont have many opportunities left to support a locally owned business who deserves the support and Midtown is that kind of place. Give them a chance and you will agree!

I am so thankful for Midtown Express Pharmacy! Since I switched from a major retail chain pharmacy a couple years ago, I have not had to miss a single dose of my prescription! I found that at large retail pharmacies there was drama everytime I needed a refill. I often had to skip a dose when a refill wasnt ready on time and because of that I suffered. I never found staff looking out for my needs or communicating important updates to me until I came here. This staff understands the importance of the work they do! I will stay with Midtown Express Pharmacy as long as possible!

Amazing people. They sent me my compounded medication with a complimentary Foot Spa. Because it was a big box, I didn’t realize it was the medication from Midtown Express Pharmacy. I had contemplated buying a Foot Spa myself, so I thought maybe I did. I called Midtown and complained bitterly that I had not received my medication. They sent me another huge box with the meds and the Spa in it. I thought Amazon made a mistake and sent me another Foot Spa. Then my wife saw the medication bag in the box. Boy, am I eating crow, big time. I am so embarrassed I will have my wife call and make arrangements for returning one of the boxes. Generous people. Old-fashioned professional service. They have us for customers in perpetuity.

It was recommended to me by one of the NP at my Doc office. Really nice staff, however - they have an unusual policy of only allowing a certain number of people on controlled substances (specifically pain medications) in their practice at a time. Given our current climate of medication issues, I can understand and respect their policy. They were quite helpful, empathetic and nice during my quick visit. They're in a large physician's office park with a complimentary valet. They also seem a bit on the busy side, so there may be a short wait. There were well enough staff, however so I expect they've gotten the efficient thing down. Should you have a wait however, there's a smallish 'food court' of sorts around the corner on the same floor! I'm tired of the impersonal, judgmental and inefficient operations of the larger chain pharmacies - so I recommend trying your hand at any of the independent stores here in town!

I had sever pain in my calf’s and everything hurt them just sitting, the blanket, and when the Animals rubbed on them. Walking was so hard. The Neuropathy was the worst pain that I felt. But my stepdad got a prescription of CMP-DICLOFENAC cream and never used it so I tried it and you can’t believe how better I felt. The pain is almost gone. Actually I have so much relief I can’t believe it. Nothing that the doctors recommended here in PA helped. Thank you very much
