Recently switched prescriptions to Bradley’s, after very poor service at Walgreens, on the recommendation of our nurse practitioner. The phone is answered promptly and questions answered respectfully. Delivery service is excellent. Extremely satisfied.

I’m only giving 4 stars because of 2 people who work there. One is a white middle aged lady with reddish hair and glasses and the other is a black young man . Both are judgmental towards us people who are in the MAT program at Meharry. As soon as you tell them what medication you are there to pick up, their whole demeanor changes. They get hateful and rude. Everyone else there are kind and professional. Those two need to understand that the suboxone we take is saving our lives. My daughter would be alive today had she been taking it. God forbid one of them loses a loved one to an overdose. Maybe they’ll have a little more compassion. Other than those two, I love Bradley’s. Their prices are WAYYY lower than the big chain pharmacies. The pharmacists are very knowledgeable and more than willing to answer any questions you may have. I can put up with the rude people because of the positive things about Bradley’s.

I must repeat a review from only 4 days ago. For service extroardinaire.... The phone is answered promptly and questions answered respectfully." ...I'll add from experience my Walgreens at 3010 West End, with the rudest, most condescending & disrespectful pharmacist & staff. After 27 years working in customer service I am fully aware of the importance as to how customers should be treated to insure return business by employees. Therefore, you can image my pleasure.... exuberance & relief to be met with such superior customer service. Congratulations ....I applalud this company for employing such excellance to represent their business. Kudos and Bravo to the owner!!! Well done!

Well if you had to wait it's not because they're lazy it's cuz they're working their butts off... Started going there about 2 years ago. Had to start paying for medication could have got a couple dollars cheaper on up the road but I prefer to stay right here

I have been doing business with them for years, they have always treated me respect. I’m disabled and live on the outskirts of town so the delivery service is great. Even their delivery drivers are awesome!

They're Fantastic! Dr Bradley took after his Father and his son took after him. Real southern hospitality in middle no one's rude, they even deliver for free if your having really busy day 💗 …

My 5 year old son is on a medication that must be compounded. After struggling with Walgreens every month our cardiologist recommended Bradley’s. What a difference!! We have been with Bradley’s for 3 years now and every transaction is hassle free. They even deliver at no additional charge and we live in Columbia!!! Medication always arrives on time and staff is always very courteous.I highly recommend.

This is Deborah Pollard and ive never had an issue with Bradleys the Pharmacist or staff. I have to get my meds delivered now because of being bedridden and they have always worked with me. No pharmacy could do better with everything they are facing right now, if i could afford it id send them all to Bora Bota for a vaca. They deserve it and need it. And the comment above about the staff being rude dont believe it. Anytime you have to take on that many patients work it in the computer dispense yoyr meds and bring them to where i live. I really appreciate everything they do. Tjey have my respect on good slow days and busy ones. God Bless them for all they do

I'm a new client and I was very happy with the customer service, and how quickly they assisted me. I was just discharged today and needed my prescriptions as quickly as possible. I went and waited no longer then 5 minutes. I overheard the owner tell them I want her out as quickly as possible she seems very tired. The young lady that assisted me with my prescriptions told the owner back she is tired she has been up 48 hours straight and was just discharged. I'm working on her order as quickly as i can. They were all so kind and professional while I was waiting everyone was interacting with me. A one stop quick shop. They definitely earned my patients and I. I highly recommend this company!!

I have nothing but great things to say about Bradley's. There all very polite and fill my medications in a timely manner. I have had issues with the bigger named pharmacies in the past with there rude judgmental stares and comments and I'm so happy to i found such a great pharmacy. They were extremely (unusually, compared to other pharmacies in town!) kind and caring. Even nearly bent over backwards to help me, which I am NOT used to -- from a pharmacist! I tend to assert that Nashville pharmacists know NOTHING about Southern hospitality. The ones at Bradley proved me wrong! Oh, and they took care of a problem I'd been stressing over for two days. Small detail. Actually, a BIG detail. But their kindness just almost surpassed everything. Almost. I'd have been in major trouble if not for them. (And they CARED!)

Bradley's is exceptional! "The" drug store among drugstores in the Nashville area. Bradley's was recommended to me by a nurse practitioner at Vanderbilt Hospital at a time when I was home bound and unable to drive. Because of my health condition, Bradley's great service, uncommon drug availability and the fact that they offer free delivery to homes in Nashville and surrounding areas (I live in Hendersonville.) has been a God-send to me! Their drivers are kind, courteous and extremely service oriented. I highly recommend this drug store to anyone seeking a good old-fashioned, personal shopping experience and the full service treatment.

Sometimes fast service . They shorted me on my meds one time but they made it right and this last time they refilled the wrong medication as I walked away from counter I realized it and they did fix it so always check ur meds before u leave that pharmacy

I was on hospice for 2 years I never had to worry about my scripts, they delivered on time and were very nice, after hospice the equipment I was renting from them they sold to me for a very low price, my drugs were compounded and they did a great job keeping them consistent

AMAZING PHARMACY SERVICE!! WE WERE FROM OUT OF TOWN STAYING AT THE GAYLORD AND MY BABY HAD AN EAR INFECTION. THE DR IN THE HOTEL CALLED THEM FOR DELIVERY AND EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE DONE WITH DELIVERIES THAT DAY THEY MADE AN EXCEPTION AND GOT ME THE MEDICATION WITHIN AN HOUR. I TRIED TO TIP THE DRIVER $5 FOR HELPING AND HE SAID GET YOUR DAUGHTER A TREAT INSTEAD. MY DAUGHTER GOT THE ANTIBIOTIC AND WAS FEELING MUCH BETTER THE NEXT MORNING. I AM SO HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE AND THIS IS WHY EVERYONE SHOULD SUPPORT SMALL PHARMACIES!!!
