Dr. Jakimer has held my heart in his hands through the loss of 2 wonderful dogs and a very dear cat. He is so compassionate and I trust his judgement 100%. I am so thankful to him for giving me realistic odds and advice, so that I didn't let my emotions lead to my beloved pets suffering. What a terribly hard job he has, that he does with grace, integrity and love. Definitely a quality vet. We are lucky to have him.

Best vet ever. I trust Dr. Jakimer with my cats. I have been going here for years and my cats love the doctor. Doctor is always so kind to me and the cats. He waits for the cats to feel comfortable. I even think one of my cats enjoy going there to get all the attention.... (she doesn't even notice that she's getting vaccinated)

First visit was this past Saturday, I arrived 10 minutes early and was seen in a timely fashion. Dr. J was great honest and to the point, also very friendly and true animal lover. I would recommend Manor for your pets healthcare needs.

Dr. Jakimer and his staff are truly wonderful! They have gone the extra mile to help people and their pets during the COVID crisis. My senior cat was quite ill, and with Manor Vet Clinic's wonderful care, he pulled through. Some say their costs are high, I say it is so worth it to get care for your beloved pets from such professional, ultimately competent, kind and caring people.

Dr. Jakimer is the best. He is a real animal love,he really cares for your pet. I would never take my little girl no where else. She been seeing him since she was 4 months old and she is now 11 yrs old. And the staff is excellent also.

Dr J. Is one of the rare few. I had been going to him with my cat for check ups. He found a tumor in 2015 that was supposed to come back quickly. Despite the odds, he operates and did his best. My cat is now 15 years old and doing great. He and his staff treat my cat like family. Always smiling when you come in and always helpful. I moved away from the area, but still travel back every couple months for my cat's check up. Dr J. never rushes you, but rather takes the time that's needed to answer questions and ensure you know exactly what is going on I've never met a vet who cares more about his clients and their pets. Thank you for all you have done!

Dr Jakimer was recommended to me by one of the animal control officers at the shelter where I adopted my dog. In spite of a very busy practice, Dr Jakimer takes time to see this reluctant patient. He is very gentle and thorough in his exam and listens to all of my concerns. As a medical professional, I appreciate his expansive knowledge as a clinician. Although I do not live nearby, I still take my dog there.

Highly recommend - in taking your pet here you can be sure they will get the best possible care! We’ve been taking our dog here since he was born, prior to him there have been 3 generations of family dogs Dr. Jakimer has cared for. Our puppy was a rescue and Dr. Jakimer was extremely thorough in making sure he was healthy. You can tell that Dr. Jakimer cares about each and every animal that walks through his doors. His staff is accommodating, professional, and friendly. We’ve had a few health issues that Dr. Jakimer quickly diagnosed, followed up to ensure the treatment was effective, and patiently answered all of our questions. Dr. Jakimer is an extremely knowledgeable and experienced vet – he has approached every health concern/question about general well being with a genuine thoughtfulness.

I went Manor Veterinary on Saturday, October 20th to take my dog Sammy for his annual check up, he was a new patient. Dr. Jamiker and his staff were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and had professional mannerism towards my dog, my mom and myself. He made sure my dog was ok and comfortable. I haven't been to a better vet place. They are also caring and patient to any type of dog. I'm happy with my new vet place for Sammy. Thanks for your work and care.

Manor Vet Clinic is fantastic. The waiting area is spread out in 2 sections, which gives any less than social pets room to breathe. Dr Jakimer is the perfect blend of calm, caring and thoughtful. He takes the time to explain anything we ask, and doesn't mind going over it more than once. We tend to err on the side of more natural care (vs medicine) and Dr Jakimer is open and helpful to our dog's needs. Dr Jakimer's staff is wonderful and you can tell they truly love what they do. Have never had a less than optimal experience there. Would never go anywhere else!!
