Great local pharmacy fulfilling all my medication needs. Friendly, caring, and really helpful staff. They are knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions. I love the caring personal service at Seward pharmacy, I had never had such a good experience at a big chain pharmacies.

Great local pharmacy! So grateful to have the Seward Pharmacy in our community, especially after my old pharmacy was shut down during the uprising. The owners are great - friendly and welcoming, very involved in the neighborhoods, and accommodating of your health care needs. My partner and I were able to get our COVID vaccines easily through a walk-in appointment, and I’ve shifted my prescriptions here for easy pick-up. I can’t say enough good things about this place!

Independently owned Seward Pharmacy is amazing! Elias and his staff are so kind and really excel at customer service. They go above and beyond for all their customers and what really impresses me about this wonderful pharmacy is how open they are to making sure everyone is vaccinated. One can see what a burden time wise it is for them, yet they handle the huge amount of additional work with grace and aplomb. And then to top it off, the pharmacy was looted, again last Monday. But that didn't stop them for even a day. They persevered and continue to offer the community outstanding service - truly amazing. For anyone who would like to Seward Pharmacy get back on it's feet, there is a Gofundme page... "Seward Pharmacy Assistance Fund organized by Michael Goodwin." Mr. Usso is a friendly, professional pharmacist who was immediately ready to welcome me into his convenient space on Lake Street near Hiawatha. Despite an incredibly challenging year for small businesses in this neighborhood, he has shown resilience and continues to be a steward for the community members who live and work here. I cannot recommend Seward Pharmacy enough, I am so happy they are a part of our community.

Holy cow the owner of this pharmacy is a pure saint. I called a few months ago, angry as heck, because of an issue with my son’s drugs. (The issue was with another pharmacy and I was nice to the owner, just mad in general.) He was so calm over the phone, was willing to hear my rant and took care of my problem. By the end of the convo I couldn’t thank him enough and was also crediting him for bringing my anxiety back to zero. We have since dealt with this pharmacy for other drugs and every single time he has been so sweet and pleasant and just human. The total of our last drug came to a measly $2.50 and since I didn’t have cash (was going to pay with a credit card) he just said “no it’s only $2.50 let’s get it the next time you’re in.” Like who does that? This pharmacy has the human component you look for in every business. Support this black owned business. You will not regret it.
