Edit: They have two people working here now. No more issues. Edit: There is only ever 1 person to staff the pharmacy. That person does their best, but they need at least one other person. I’m writing this while having been on hold for more than 50 MINUTES! Do not use this pharmacy if you expect them to answer the phone. My doctor has also had the same problem and hung up after 20 minutes.

A little pricey but they got what you need for your stay, no matter how long you plan on visiting.You are only paying for convenience as it's located adjacent to my personal favorite hotel the Embassy Suites Downtown Louisville where the staff goes above and beyond for their customers. In the morning and afternoons look for Ramona the sweetest lady in the world if you're a night owl like me, Ricky will take care of anything you need was a great attitude good listening skills. Across the street the most historic hotel in Louisville and second most haunted place in America the seelbach Hilton, another of my personal favorites. Also easily within walking distance of many other fine Louisville hotels such as the Marriott, the Hyatt, the Omni, Brown another beautiful historic hotel.

I've never had any trouble with staff . they are very helpfull . i live walking distant & go there all the time . they have everything you need at one stop . i love CVS .

The staff up front and pharmacy are always friendly, helpful, just a pleasure. Would give it a 5 star if it wasn't for location. It can be a bit rough parking and you are approached by people asking for money outside that isnt even a big deal but sometimes some people can be very aggressive so i changed pharmacy based on location alone nothing to do with store or service.

Large chemist and convenience store that has milk, alcohol, snack food, and a few packed sandwiches. Considering this is currently one of the only convenience stores in the downtown area it's a pretty good place. Staff have always been friendly and helpful.

Very well lit, clean, and we'll stocked. Convenient to hotels. The staff seemed friendlier than most and helpful. Security was present, yet not overbearing. My one caveat would be the panhandlers that seem to be ever present outside the main doors. Harmless, but annoying.

Review 1: Nice CVS, very clean, and organized. I would have gave it a 5 start but Miss Cashier on 3/7 around 8pm was so rude, once we were done paying she said take your bags and didn’t even give us our receipt. Like ma’am you can say “here is your bags have a good night.” Customer service is the number one priority when hiring for position that requires customer service. Training for customer service much needed.
