Best neighborhood pharmacy! The lead pharmacist Molih is beyond accommodating and friendly. He knows his medicines and gives expert recommendations. The pharmacist tech, Earl, treats me like family and calls me by my name. I feel like a valued customer every single time I walk in. They always offer the lowest prices for medication and have a great store with a wide variety of items for sale. I love going here and will always send everyone to the best little pharmacy in the city!!

I have been using QHR pharmacy for well over a decade. My friends ask why I would use a small pharmacy. It's an easy question to answer. At QHR pharmacy...you are family. It goes way beyond someone knowing your name when you go to pick up a prescription. You can get that at the big pharmacies if you go often enough. Not only do they know my name at QHR...they care about me as a person. They care about my business....my love of animals...my hobbies...what makes me happy. Very reminiscent of a small town pharmacy. They also do an excellent job with my many prescriptions. Making sure nothing interacts with any of the others...auto filling them when they are due so they are ready for me to pick up or they will deliver them to me for free! It doesn't get any better than QHR Pharmacy! Give them a try. I promise you won't regret it!

QHR is the BEST pharmacy I have been to here in the Las Vegas Valley! Molih Orock (Pharmacy Manager) and all the staff are always friendly and courteous! The pharmacist and staff get to know you and recognize you when you walk in. So your not just another customer, as you are when you go to one of the big commercial pharmacies. I don't think I'm alone, when I say the big stores such as, Walmart, CVS, Walgreens etc are NOT friendly and accommadating. And those stores have been known to force their opinions on their customers! And go so far as, not filling your prescription if they don't approve of the medication etc. I have never had a problem with QHR or the staff themselves. In this present day, it is so nice to walk in and receive smiles and hellos with minimal wait times! I recently settled an almost-20 year very complex workers comp case. I used every pharmacy, including Walgreens, CVS, Costco, Walmart, Sav-on, Thrifty, Rite-Aid, and was given a free dose of a migraine with every medication refill. But my husband never gave up trying to find someone who would take the time to listen to our situation. Then he found QHR on Westcliff. The pharmacist, Mohli, listened to what he had to say, the problems we encountered, our needs, our requirements. We have now been with QHR for years, and will until we no longer need medication. Since my husband handles the meds for me, I have spoken to only some of the staff at QHR and they have all been the best. They all show us care and compassion, even with my complex condition. To that end, I’d like to send a Shout-Out to Earl and Lindsey for always treating me with care and respect. My apologies to the rest of the staff for not having spoken to you to thank you personally, but thank you all at QHR. You made our life so much easier with one less thing to worry about. Keep up the great job you’re all doing.

Staff is FANTASTIC. Store is extremely clean and welcoming. There are other items you can purchase there as well such as small snacks, beverages, light cleaning supplies, paper goods which has come in handy for me many times. I take care of my elderly mother and the Pharmacy manager was kind enough to come to my house and administer her the flu shot. They also will deliver your prescriptions to your home as well.

I want to commend the entire team at QHR Pharmacy, they demonstrate excellent & superb service to all patients. It's a family type of interaction, they are courteous, respectful, and consistent. Mr. M, Ms. L, Mr. E, Mr. C, Ms. C, and any other staff I may have missed go above & beyond. (just listed their first name initials for privacy). I've been in Las Vegas over 23 years, have dealt with the big fishes like CVS, Walgreens, Walmart where they treat you like just another number, at QHR you're treated with genuine care, compassion, and above and beyond service. After using this pharmacy a few times I have changed my review. For a year I couldn't drive after an accident and the smallest errands add up taking Uber. I was dissatisfied that this pharmacy didn't deliver due to the added cost of picking my RX up personally. Finally I am driving again and since HQR is quite close to my home it is very convenient. I have found the staff to be quite friendly and was surprised that they remember their customers so quickly, perhaps after 2 visits. It would be better to deliver all prescriptions but I do understand why the owner might not want staff driving around some medications.

I’ve been a customer for a while now and I don’t regret switching from the bigger pharmacies. I have never had a problem filling my prescription and the staff is always very nice to me. If you’re tired of your big box store pharmacy, please consider QHR.

This is the best pharmacy I've ever gone too. Im a chronic pain patient. Ive had 6 surgies in the last 2 years and before coming to qhr i was treated like a drug addict and always had delays in filling prescription. This is more a family like place and they are all very sweet and really care about the people who come in. They invest in their customers and it shows. I can't say enough amazing things about qhr. So glad i found them.

I have never encountered any business in the medical field with better customer service. Earl Briones, the Assistant Manager, is simply the nicest and most accommodating pharmacy professional in town. He has repeatedly gone far, far above and beyond for my clients. I hope his employer is paying him handsomely, because he is a huge asset to QHR. Outstanding!

Prior to going to QHR, I literally drove around and went into at least 8 other places. Every single one of them told me they were out. I did have one thst offered to fill at a ridiculous price. I was looking at "pharmacies near me" in each part of town I went into. Here pops QHR, I look at their reviews which were all raving at what a wonderful pharmacy, and how polite the staff was. If you know Vegas pharmacies you like me found this unreal. BUT at this point I have nothing to lose. I walk in and am greeted with a friendly smile. I step to the counter and tell the tech my story and I hope she can help me. She takes my prescription and verifies they have the medication in stock, Yes..Yes they do! If you have ever tried to fill this medication, you are frowned at treated like less of a person. I am SO VERY HAPPY 😁 I found this GEM! Everyone was very polite, including the pharmacist himself. Who JUST so happens to be easy on the eyes 👀. LOL. BEST PHARMACY IN TOWN hands down!! Check them out, on corner of Buffalo & Westcliff. I promise you wont regret it!!!!!!

This is my new favorite pharmacy. After always having to deal with long wait times at CVS I finally found the pharmacy that provides not only amazing customer service, they also deliver to my house! Molih has been so helpful and patient with me, they deserve more than 5 stars! I couldn’t be happier with them!

A lot better than Walgreens, keeps medication in stock . Walgreens runs out of meds frequently. If they had chronic pain, I am sure they would have better stock. The people there do care... 3/23/21 The whole staff has been great. MR. Molih is exceptional. No matter the task at hand. These are the reasons we will continue to use this pharmacy. PHARMASIST DELIVERED ANTIBIOTICS SO I COULD START IMMEDIATELY. *They're a good pharmacy&really know what they're doing. Helpful! only issue is that I wish that they delivered on weekends for everybody ¬ just hospice because I can't drive &for me to get my meds I would have to take a bus 2hrs& 47 minutes each way and if I wait until Monday then I'm without meds for A-day so I either suffer without pain meds for a full day or I take a bus for 2hrs & 47 minutes pharmacy would be such a help if they delivered on weekends
