Moving to Vegas in 2021, I needed a pharmacy. After being disappointed with 3 major chain pharmacies, I am incredibly happy that I found Credo Pharmacy. The level of service and friendliness they provide is beyond comparison... I actually look forward to picking up my prescriptions each month because the staff is sincerely helpful and friendly! (They will also deliver free of charge). It's also a pleasure to call and actually talk to a real person without delay. If you're going to a big chain pharmacy, switching to Credo will alleviate a lot of stress and headaches! I would give 6 stars if I could :-)

I have been filling monthly prescriptions for nearly 10 years with most of the larger chains IE CVS, Costco, Walgreens, etc generally switching for one reason or another every few years. Earlier this year I was looking for a change due to the massive amount of traffic and activity at my then current pharmacy among other reasons beyond my control. Its always a stressful experience finding a new pharmacy and most places dont treat people as individuals but as just another person in the long line of traffic throughout the day. I drove by Credo and decided to stop in to see if it could be a potential fit. From my first time walking in I felt the "aura" of this being a more family driven "moms and pops" type place while also having the capacity to work like a larger chain pharmacy in terms of performance. I was quickly proven right as one of my medications was out of stock which they ordered and arrived the next day while also making the transfer of my other medications highly fluent as well. Almost 7 months later im taking the time to write this review because they deserve every positive word that comes with the English language. The techs and pharmacist have always been amazing both in general interaction and performance with my medications assuring both everything is done by the book but also never going without. There is minimal turnover so ive been able to actually build rapport with everyone here unlike other places where its new techs and pharmacists every other month. Additionally their location is within a smaller shopping center where although parking could be rough from time to time (not their fault) atleast your not dealing with massive traffic and dumbed down drivers non stop through the area added to crazy lines once you actually make it inside. I could write many more paragraphs with positives but ill sum it up with saying I am lucky to have found Credo Pharmacy and even more glad I took the plunge of leaving my prior pharmacy which is one of the larger national pharmacies I wont name directly. Unfortunately with my health issues ill be dealing with pharmacies likely the rest of my life so my only hope is that Credo is around just as many years as I WONT be making any changes assuming they are.

They're nice! I've had issues with customer service in other pharmacies, but they were polite and answered any questions I had about my medication. They also have a bunch of items available for purchase at the front. So far so good!

I was driving by when I saw their sign. Their Free Delivery banner caught my attention. I do receive medication once a month and it has been a real pain in the back to reorder every month from CVS Specialty. Credo not only gave me a bonus to switch my prescriptions to them but also assured me that they will do all needed paperwork as well as prior auth with my insurance and deliver it to my door at a convenient time. Staff is very friendly and accommodating, service is fast, location is easy to find. I rather give my business to a local pharmacy who actually cares than to a pharmacy giant who treats me as a dollar sign. Thanks Credo

Came here strictly for my prescription, but I ended up getting a few items like vitamin b12 and toothpaste for my daughter! Love that I didn’t need to make extra stops. Very clean inside and friendly staff.
