I love the delivery format. However...my last delivery came with a request to tip the delivery driver. I'm not against tipping in general and I realize that not all pharmacies offer the fast delivery service Alto does and this was off-putting. I think I would rather you charge a delivery fee and pay your drivers better.

I really like the convenance of having prescriptions delivered right to my door. What really worries me is your delivery drivers. Most of the time it will be a young kids whom I assume is riding with a parent. I do custom tips.. cash in hand. These people do not have the common curiosity to even say Thank you- That would be nice. Most of them are rude and have no problem snatching the tip. You might want to send out a notification to all drivers.. a simple Thank you is much appreciated. Thank you and Happy Holidays to Alto Pharmacy Families.

Friendly, reliable service and good prices! The courier delivery of prescriptions is very useful especially when you're getting low on a prescription, plus it's much better than standing in line at a local pharmacy..

I would say solid 2.5 stars. Delivery is awesome. They have that set up real nice, and won't disappoint. If you have no complicated meds, you are probably ok. If there are issues, there seems to not be enough support. If you call, chances are you are waiting an hour+. They do allow you to text, but typically there is an 8 hour delay. So make that count. Back to the issues, they don't communicate the issues to you unless you call or text. So you will have a delayed delivery, and it is up to the patient to get things moving. Again, seems they need more help manning the phones, could be a great pharmacy alternative to the big 3. I switched only after a month due to that alone.

I have been using Alto for several years now and every year the service gets worse.They still deliver to my door for free but now encouraging me tipping the driver instead of paying them a decent wage.Also my rx’s prices are constantly changing and they often do not have what I need for days…I am very often unhappy with their service!
