I had to reach out to North Star when I was have issues with TWO other pharmacies and they helped me tremendously. They are been truly amazing. I have never seen such a caring and efficient staff. I can’t imagine going anywhere else for my prescriptions. I HIGHLY recommend North Star to everyone. Thank you North Star Staff!!!!

I use walgreens but the medication prescribed by my doctor is only carried by North Star. I found the place to be unprofessional, unhelpful, and unfriendly. The pharmacist did not talk to me about the medication or the proper way to use it. The pharmacist at Walgreens always makes sure to talk to me about any new prescriptions. Additionally, it took them two days to fill my prescription which I don't think is acceptable for a pharmacy.

A little background on myself, I have worked in the medical field for 23 years and I have never seen or experienced a pharmacy turnaround a prescription so quickly! The only reason I just happened to use North Star pharmacy was it was close to the dentist that was performing a procedure on my son. North Star is now the pharmacy for my family. They are super quick and really friendly. If you want top notch service, this is the pharmacy to go to!

This pharmacy is awesome! They special ordered me a prescription from a specific manufacturer with a smile, very quickly! Didn't charge me extra, either. Something to be said about small town mom & pop store when the big box stores are locked by corporate. I have found my new pharmacy :)

I have been using North Star Parma cycle & Infusion for almost 10 years now. They are amazing. Scott, Nick, Ken, and every single one of the pharmacy techs are friendly, caring, helpful, and always there to answer any question that you may have. I have never had a bad experience there. They always greet me by my first name and always let me know if my medications are being worked on or if they will be with me and just a minute. I personally would suggest everybody go to Northstar Pharmacy & Infusion. It doesn't matter if they go to the one located in the hospital or the one located off of Yellowstone, I refer everyone I can to North Star. They also deliver to your house, which none of the big chains do that. I just love the fact that it's a much more personal experience then it is with the big chain pharmacies. So THANK YOU Scott and the ENTIRE North Star Family!!!!

This pharmacy is saving lives during this pandemic. At no profit to themselves, they provide me with monoclonal antibodies to infuse for people in the comfort of their own homes. Additionally, they are the leader in dispensing early, aggressive outpatient treatment for those that want it, as well as immunizations for those that choose this option.

I needed my prescription refilled ASAP and couldn’t get ahold of my doctor’s office! North Star went above and beyond with calling the office, sending faxes and getting approval so that I could get my medicine before they closed at the end of the day. So grateful that I can get to healing sooner because of all their hard work! Thank you!

We’ve only been here for a few months, but I LOVE this pharmacy! The power went out as I was walking in the door one day. The owner went out of his way to make sure we’d have what we needed, even though they couldn’t use their computers or other machinery. He just wrote notes on paper and said he’d, “Take care of it later.” That’s service!
