Myself, my wife, and my Stepson are Disabled, and can not pickup our own medicines from the Pharmacy, so they personally deliver all of our medications to our apartment when the refills are filled!
Very knowledgeable and pleasant Pharmacist and Staff. They really care about their customers and their experiences with their Pharmacy!!
I will very highly recommend them for your pharmacy needs!!
Jerry DittoAt 33, for the first time in my life I had a need to fill a prescription regularly. These are the pharmacies I went through before finding Medicap:
1 - Walmart
2 - Lincolnway Walgreens, who used a better manufacturer which gave me less undesirable side effects. Also Walmart once gave me an XR medication instead of my prescribed IR. XR gave me auditory hallucinations and I couldn't sleep.
3 - Dell Range Walgreens, because Lincolnway regularly took more than a week to fill my prescription
4 - North Star, because due to a shortage Walgreens could no longer fill my prescription and had no idea when they would be able to
5 - Medicap, because North Star said they could fill it then when I arrived for pickup they said they couldn't. After I didn't back down and said they told me they had it, they filled it.
Each time using other pharmacies I constantly have to wait, call and see if they have it, sometimes arrive and find out they don't have it, and call around to find another pharmacy that can fill my prescription.
My doctor suggested Medicap. I went the next day after my appointment and not only did they have my prescription ready but it was from my preferred manufacturer which is known to be the best for this medication. Staff was very friendly and remembered my name from calling to check if my prescription was ready.
I received a call the next day from Medicap thanking me for being their customer and letting me know they appreciate my business.
They also have a drive thru.
I won't ever use another Pharmacy in Cheyenne.
Corinne BuffingtonSometimes life deals you a not so good hand and you have to rely on others for information and assistance. Medicap Pharmacy and their entire staff are solid gold!
Recently I had to fill a prescription that was not only extremely expensive but very complicated as well. The staff members we worked with were excellent both in their willingness to help and their ability to navigate the insurance protocols. Suffice it to say, I called back today to finish filling the prescription and it will be delivered tomorrow.
I am thrilled with Medicap's dedication to their profession! I highly recommend them. They are reliable and dependable while being friendly and helpful. It's a winning combination, one I will continue to enjoy in the future.
Jade KauffmanI have been with Medicap for years and of course, I have used other pharmacies before I found Medicap. Simply put, pharmacies don't come any better than Medicap. The personal service, the warmth of the staff, and the accuracy of the prescriptions are just part of what make this my pharmacy. The rest is hard to describe. I guess it's the knowledge I have that when I walk through their door, they know me and they like me. That's extraordinary in any business in 2017. It's standard operating procedure at Medicap.
Nicole KMy cat has seizures and takes human seizure medication for it. I called all over town trying to find a Pharmacy that wouldn't over charge me. All the other Pharmacies charged $80-$120 for the medication, but Medicap charged $32. They also special ordered the medication for me because they didn't have it in stock. Their staff was friendly and helpful. Excellent price and good customer service. I'll definitely go back to them!

Shane ThomasFriendly knowledge staff. Only drawback is they don't take coupon's, and discount plans such as GoodRX. They have free delivery, drive thru window, text reminders, and mail delivery as well.
