Lakeside Pharmacy is incredible in every way. They are the only business I know of that still requires masks in July 2022 and never stopped requiring masks. For those of us who do not want to catch contagious disease from others, a mask requirement is a major and meaningful safety measure. The inside of the pharmacy is spacious with high ceilings and is accessible with a wide ramp with a gentle slope and grippy surface (great for salt and snow that gets tracked in all winter). It has big windows but is cozy and not bright white sterile like chain pharmacies and grocery stores. It should be comfortable for people who have sensory sensitivities to bright lights and other irritations that are ubiquitous in most retailers. Both pharmacists are amazingly helpful, enthusiastic, and authentically friendly. I love that I can handle prescription refills and get notifications that they are ready to pick up via text message. They offer home delivery in the Burlington area, but I pick up in person because it's so convenient to walk to. It's also easy to drive to, drive through, and to park in the big parking lot that is shared with Pearl Street Beverage. The prices are astoundingly less than (or slightly less than at most) the chain pharmacy I used for many years. They will special order anything they have supply access to. Lakeside Pharmacy on Pearl Street in Burlington is supportive, accessible, affordable and enjoyable!

Best pharmacy by far! The staff are amazing and very helpful. The pharmacist is honest and offers advice that doctors sometimes fail to mention. This is definitely the better choice than the huge corporate pharmacies.

I can't say enough good things about Lakeside Pharmacy!! The people who run this pharmacy and work here are so incredibly helpful and truly do this work to help those in their community. They are also very knowledgeable and take the time to answer any questions you may have. I can't recommend them enough. Shop local!!!

Being an independently owned, "small-town" pharmacy, one might expect a place like this to be easily overrun by one of the many chains operating in town. This is not so for a few reasons. The staff are always super friendly and personable. Kyle is essentially a one-man band providing medically accurate advice, unmatched customer service and a focus on the patient that I had never experienced at any of the chains. His staff follows his lead and they are all amazing in their respective ways. Medication can be and often is a life-or-death matter in many of our lives. It would be worth a small sacrifice in quality, I feel, to support local businesses like Lakeside. The funny thing is that they are actually much better than any of the others. I've heard complaints about the interior design choices from some older folks. If the layout and color-scheme are your primary concerns in choice of pharmacy than your priorities need to be reevaluated hardcore.

Honestly the best Pharmacy I've ever been to. I've never had a bad experience here in the months since I moved to Burlington. I'd rather send my prescriptions here than have them filled at the pharmacy at my doctor's office because while that one is fine, lakeside moves people along so much faster even when it's busy and the people who work here are so kind.

It takes a lot to make me want to give a review for a pharmacy, because let's face it... if you need an Rx, you're dealing with health issues that you might not really want to have to be dealing with and potential red tape where those health issues intersect with insurance. Lakeside makes all this "stuff" SUPER easy. Every single person I've ever interacted with at Lakeside, without exception, has treated our family warmly, with care and respect and often a very human sense of humor, which is definitely appreciated. The pharmacists are knowledgeable, willing to answer questions re administering/dosage of meds, and take the initiative to be attendant to potential Rx interactions and contraindications. Yes, that's "their job" AND.. they ROCK it. The free delivery often makes a BIG difference in us being able to get our Rx's-- or not. Thanks for taking such great care of our family.

I can’t put into words how much I love the pharmacy!! When they closed because of the fire it made me realize WHY I go to Lakeside in the first place. I’m always greeted with a smile from the staff. The customer service is above and beyond anything I’ve ever dealt with at other pharmacies. I sure hope the re open soon.

The pharmacy you want. This is a friendly, locally owned pharmacy. But if you think that means they're not up to complex medical needs: I help manage medications for a friend who has a laundry list of rare conditions AND she is tube fed and can take nothing by mouth. This means not only does she take some meds that are rare in pill form: think about how rare again it is as a liquid. Kyle and I are still getting the ordering running smoothly, but together with the doctors offices, we're getting it done.

This is not my real name but Kyle and the team are great. To put it plainly I'm disabled and dont drive so I take a bus and pass at least 3 or 4 pharmacies on my way downtown to go to lakeside. They have a great ability to reach doctors who need reminders (I'm very lucky with my doctor but some docs need reminders to refill meds) and they dont sell tobacco or alcohol like some big pharmacies. I always assume a pharmacy is an extension of a doctor's office or hospital... where are their priorities if they sell tobacco and or alcohol? (I use both, more tobacco than alcohol, but the idea of it in my pharmacy, is, well, strange. You cant order booze or smokes on your tray at the hospital, so... These guys care about their customers first and foremost. Starr, Adam, Kyle and all the other names I forgot are all great, every single employee in the 15 years I've been going here are always quick, concise and smart. Please keep it up guys (even though you have for 30 plus years) :) Giving 5 stars cause I cant give 10

Jim was rude and dismissive. My doctor left a voice mail and they did not have my medication available and he was abrasive and just so rude about it. The younger man working was very kind and helpful, and the store itself is clean and convenient but I would recommend CVS for any prescriptions.

I went to Lakeside Pharmacy as a transfer from Rite Aid. The staff at Lakeside Pharmacy are far more personable and friendly; they always greet me by name. I like knowing that my money is staying local.
