Claude is more often than not available whenever you need him and if he isn't available at that time you always get the sense that he's going to try his very best to help you as soon as possible. I have been using Top Level Pest Control for over 10 years. Max, the owner, gets my repeat business because he deserves it. Top Level is a professional outfit that knows what they are doing. Their rates are reasonable and unlike their competitors, they do not seek to sign their customers up to lifelong plans. Top Level has treated my rentals for ants, wasps and weevils. My tenants have informed me that they have been very satisfied with Top Level. All it takes is one call and Top Level takes responsibility for solving my pest problems.

I have been using the services of Top Level Pest Control since the Fall of 2011 when they successfully trapped and removed the squirrel that had arrived to share my home. Max, the proprietor, was knowledgeable and efficient in setting up the traps. The technicians who checked and replaced the bait in the traps (daily) accomodated my work schedule. Although the experience of having a squirrel sharing my home was not pleasant, everything about the service offered was pleasant. Since 2012 I have had Top Level Pest Control do an annual survey of my home for evidence of mice and squirrels and placing bait for mice in my basement and some kitchen areas..

Top Level Pest Control Inc is the perfect name for this company. I purposely did not reveal that I was an entomologist when I called this company to care for my rental property. I asked for a non chemical solution because my tenants had a high sensitivity to many products. The salesperson arrived 20 minutes early (2 stars) so I invited him in to begin. Immediately he began to survey the property and gave me some hard truths in a very professional manner. The salesperson educated me and my tenant; he created a treatment plan that involved all parties to solve the problem. He stunned me with the price which a little higher than the other 4 quotes; but none of the other companies took anytime to explain the problem or a solution. After three weeks the problem was all but gone and my tenant was more than thankful. In three months there was no evidence of any pest and as of July 1 we are still pest free (3 stars). Top Level Pest Control inspects all of my properties quarterly now, educating my tenants and identifying potential problems well before they can get out of hand. This company deserves every 5 star rating it receives and more. I am a client for life.
