Tyler Dixon was very professional. He listened and completed the spraying exactly as we requested. We have nesting birds and monarch butterfly habitat to avoid, so our yard is more difficult. Also because we have large dogs the timing needs to be coordinated. Mosquito Squad is very responsive to all of my requests. Also the ticks and biting bugs are much less. One Request would be to have the same technician.

Honestly I had some Issues in the beginning with scheduling in customer service. It was resolved after a few phone calls. But, The technician Tyler made up for it 100% what a gentleman and a professional they are very lucky to have him as they would probably lose a lot of business without someone like that as the face of their team.

The techs are allotted 20 minutes per home. During our previous regular treatment the service tech spent 5 minutes spraying and 15 minutes sitting in his truck doing something with his phone. Yes, I timed it! Most of the property was left untreated. Today was totally different. Today's tech was Tyler and he did an awesome job. I was very impressed by the thoroughness of his work. Thank you Tyler!

After using an exterminator to spray for mosquitoes and not seeing much of a difference; we tried mosquito squad and have been very happy with their services. This is the 2nd time we have used them and we’ve been able to enjoy our backyard without getting bit. They were very professional!

I placed a poor review on 08-06-22 because the technician was here for a mere 3 minutes on a 1/2 acre property and most of the time he was looking at his phone and walked the property to place a sign in the yard. I received a call from mosquito Squad immediately after posting a negative review and was told someone would call me to discuss my dissatisfaction. No one called at all. This is a highly unresponsive company. The technician’s name who came on 8-6-22 based on an email I received from them that day is not even listed on their own list of technicians. They did such a poor job spraying for mosquitos that day that the mosquitos are biting us since they came. I am posting an update to my review of 08-06-22. I was given a corrected anti- mosquito treatment a couple of weeks ago and the technician who came was careful to spray all the areas of the grass and perennial plantings. I received a call from Fabian who was very apologetic about the poor service on 08-06-22, and he offered to make good on it, and he followed through on his promise. I also received a treatment today, and the same technician came again and took the proper amount of time to treat the property properly and with care. Thank you for being so responsive.

Technicians are professional and responsive. I’ve been using them for three years, and although the effectiveness of the treatments has dropped from the first year, it’s still a good service which allows me to use and enjoy my backyard throughout the summer.

Joel was on time and treated my yard inside the fence. When I asked if he had done the area behind the fence he said no but that he was on it. Joel came right back to my house and sprayed the back of the property too. Very happy with their professionalism. Hopefully the treatment will combat the mosquitoes.

While although theres been times that the area has not been sprayed well by Mosquito Squad I have to say Melvin is extremely professional and communicates very well. He sprayed thoroughly and took my concerns into consideration when applying the tick spray around my property. It seems pricey and ineffective to have your yard sprayed for mosquitos and ticks but let me tell you, It's so worth it. We can sit outside and not get eaten alive by mosquitos and our kids and dog can play in the yard without worry of ticks. Mosquito squad is great, it's so easy to set up, they send you a treatment and payment schedule and reminder the day before. The gentleman that come are always great, we get texts when they are on their way and when they are done. Joel was the most recent employee to come out and he sent a detailed text about what areas he paid extra attention to.

They always come when they say they are. You get an email/text reminder the day before. They email/text you when they arrive and when they leave. We’ve had no tick problems since we started using them last year. The mosquitoes sometimes can be a problem but they will come right back out and spray again if you’re not satisfied. I highly recommend this business.
