Professional, responsive and thorough. If you have any pest issue, definitely call Hello Pest Control. Mike was very friendly and pleasant and took the time to explain everything in detail. Hopefully we do not need an exterminator again, but if we do, we will definitely be calling Hello Pest Control.

Rest Easy Pest control services is awesome; Carlos & Jason are amazing exterminators! For the last three plus years, I do not have any roaches in my 4100 square feet house. I really appreciate the exterior parameter treatments that keeps my house insect free all year round. Mostly, I love the affordable monthly fee with the assurance that if I have any pest issues they will come out immediately. I look forward to my continued relationship with the best extermination company in the Tri-State area!

If I could have given 10 Stars, I would have. From the woman who made my appointment, who was courteous, knowledgeable and receptive to my problem to Joe, the technician that came out, not enough to be said. Joe observed the property, found the problem, which were major cracks on each side of my chimney stack. He explained what he was doing and what to do as a follow up after initial treatment. I had 6 - 7 Yellowjackets a day in the house, now I have none and the chimney is being repaired as suggested by Joe and Hello Pest. I can't say thank you enough but I can say stay away from Orkin. They originally came out, didn't see a problem, was reluctant to go in the attic and check the chimney flue. Oh yes, Orrin rep also said he doesn't go on ladders ! Which of course was needed. My advice is to use Hello Pest for exterminator needs and for Orkin to send their workers and management to Hello Pest for schooling. And BTW.....I called Orkin immediately to complain and the young woman who answered, who was very nice, said she'd pass my complaint on to management and they may get back to me.....like Orkins service.....Nothing. Hello and Thank You to Hello Pest and Bye Bye to Orkin

The technician from Hello Pest was very professional and knowledgeable. He understood my concerns and listened to me when I was showing him the different areas where we’ve seen the clover mites. I still see the clover mites around but I know from previous years it takes a few days/weeks to see the difference. I’m confident we won’t have the clover mites problem anymore until next spring— at that point we’ll give them a call and have them come back again. I would definitely recommend Hello Pest.
