Bill from Debug pest control, is always on time or early to appointments. They keep you notified via text notifications as to their arrival to your property. Bill is extremely personable, great to work with. They listen to your concerns, give you all the info about pests you may not know. You get a detailed bill after every service about what was performed/ found. They also offer yearly service plans which is great! After Bill's first visit to our property for carpenter ants it's been nothing but great customer service!! You might not always get Bill, but everyone at Debug are professionals and respond quickly. Highly recommended!!

Each time when they have said a different tech will be out to service, you can't help if they will be as good as the previous. My wife is the one who interacted with Alex because I can't leave the house for 3 months while I recover and he was very sensitive to my dilemma. He did a wonderful job. Keith is a pleasure to work with and tries his best to ensure minimal downtime on my equipment from a scheduling standpoint, and technician Bill has fantastic communication with what he finds on our shop rodent traps, and great attention to detail with pest treatments on our trucks.
