I was extremely impressed with the service! Giobany N had a great personality and was super helpful. I had a light in the garage that broke and was too high for me to reach. He got a stool and worked with it until it was fixed. He wasn't even here for that, but he took his time to help me. He came early too and I'm so appreciative. I definitely would recommend him! Thank you!!!

We have been using tri-state for over a year now and have loved the service provided. We had a huge ant infestation and they took care of it in two visits. We had a mouse issue, they cleared it up, called to check in and were SO responsive when we called to ask for a mid-quarter visit, I called on a friday and they were at our house on monday afternoon to assess and take care of it all. Huge shout out to Shawn (Sean? Sorry if spelling wrong!!) he is SO helpful, kind and efficiant whenever he comes to do our service. Really great service! 11/10 stars, highly recomend.

The employees are so nice and polite and on time. Sprayed for spiders all over and didn't miss a spot. We are so happy with their service. Always here when they say they will be. When calling in they are also so nice. I would recommend them to everyone. Their prices are very reasonable to.

After some misunderstanding regarding services and contracts after sale of the property, and after posting a review in that regard, they were quick to proactively reach out to resolve. Their resolve was completely fair. I believe they also put some changes in effect to ensure these types of issues don't recur to others. So, with this correction and proactive support, I'd recommend them for their treatment effectiveness (they're pretty good at it!) and good customer relations and support.

I've been with Tristate Pest Control for over a year. Bought a home with mice and I tried to "Do It My Self. Later I brought in Tristate Pest New Castle County, Delaware. Nothing is overnight and I found more holes in my foundation that Tristate advised me about.
