Quincy and Jason are absolute professionals at what they do. I met Quincy about 3 years ago now as I called him to take care of termite and rodent issue. He was the second guy I called but he gained my trust right away as he gave me honest thoughts on my issues and gave me a quote that was way lower than the other company. Since then Quincy was my go to guy and he and his team continue to do monthly maintenance on my home. I recommend them to everyone looking for an exterminator.

I LOVE HARPOON PEST SOLUTIONS!!!!! Oh my god. I NEVER write reviews, mainly because I’m too lazy but I can’t not write the best review EVER for harpoon pest solutions. I have a dog and a 6 month old son and I live in a row home. I talked to Quincy Jones on the phone, he was unbelievably nice, I had been quoted by a different pest control company a ridiculous price to the point where when he told me the price and what they do I actually said “this sounds too good to be true” WELL ITS NOT, seriously they came exactly when they said they would, were extremely nice and pleasant, and solved my mice problem immediately, I seriously cannot believe that more people don’t know about them. Please dear lord take my advice, if you have any pest issues PLEASE call them. Thank me later 🫶🏻 😉

I asked for recommendations for pest control on my neighborhood forum. The first response I received was for Harpoon Pest control so I went with them. I sent a request on Sunday night and got a call Monday morning for an appointment on Thursday. Quincy arrived in the timeframe that was set up. I was satisfied with the inspection that he did and for the solutions he used. The cost of service was a good value. But here's the best part - within 2 hours after Quincy left, a mouse got caught on a trap. I called Harpoon, Vernon answered and made sure someone came out to clean up. Jason came and saved the day because I was shaking in my boots! The fact that they took the time to come back and retrieve the mouse was above and beyond. I will definitely be recommending this business to others.

I’m not at all ashamed to write this review because of the miracle Harpoon Pest Solutions has performed. My house is centered around neighbors on both sides who all have cats so no matter how much I cleaned there were always unwanted guests. Imagine living in your new home for a week and finding that you have a mice problem. We tried everything from laying our own traps, to storing all food in airtight containers, and wall plugins. We were recommended peppermint oil and a bait trap at my back door by another company who barely looked at my home. He didn’t even seal up a hole that we later found out was mouse made! The problem didn’t go away so I contacted Harpoon Pest Solutions after reading the reviews, and they scheduled me an appointment within two days. Our technician Anthony was great! He thoroughly searched my home, pointed out problem areas, explained what he would be doing and responded to all questions and concerns. I definitely feel at ease in my home already. Called Quincy on a Monday about a possible termite issue. He was at the house in under two hours to assess and give a quote. He told us the issue was not of big concern but recommended a termite treatment moving forward. We decided to do a termite treatment inside and outside the house. He did the treatment that Friday! He didn't see the large bug but also said that I didn't have a bug issue based upon his inspection. He shared that spraying wasn't necessary at this time. I don’t like to talk about this as everyone including myself thinks it is disgusting but I had a bed bug problem. I had a service Leonard snd company from Bensalem come out and I thought that it was all fixed but they just wouldn’t go away after three treatments (sprays) they said it was my fault That I was bringing them into the house. I looked up treatments and what would work and found out it is heat . My original person never ever mentioned it. Well I called harpoon pest Control and Monique immediately gave me choices depending on how bad it was and when Quincy came out to my house it was like a blessing. I felt such relief . He explained everything to me . I got the heat treatment. When Jason and Quincy come out on the day of treatment they were so wonderful . I just had to put away certain items in the bathroom or put in fridge so they wouldn’t melt and that was it. I left the house and returned maybe six hours later and it was finished. The house was in order . Too hot to hang out in but after a few more hours all was well. They come back about ten days later too check and No more bed bugs . This company is so professional and kind. You need kindness when it comes to bugs and they give it.

I contacted Harpoon Pest Control on a week day when saw a mouse! I am petrified of mice! The technician I spoke with, Austin, was professional and friendly, sensing my urgency and arrived at my house promptly the next day. They also came back for a second treatment to make sure the problem was took care of. My mom had an infestation for about 3 years no problem for Harpoon took care of her property as well. Fast, professional service in removing a medium sized hornet nest from the tree outside our home. A little pricier than their competition, but they were also the only crew who could come out the next morning (on a Saturday!) to remove the nest. Quincy answered all my questions about the pesticides, alleviating my concerns about exposure to my family. The ants are already disappearing, and the only roaches I've seen are dead ones (the best kind). I've never used an exterminator before, but I would definitely use Harpoon again.

I am so grateful to Harpoon Pest solutions. Living in town, we had an issue with mice in our apt. After calling all the major extermination companies who never really had a solution except putting down sticky traps and hoping for the best, a friend told me to call Austin at Harpoon Pest Solutions. There are no words that can express how helpful and great this company and team is . They set me up with a perfect and plan and waste no time to come out when I need them. We had a mice problem in our apartment building. He recommended exactly where to put the traps and the bait. Also before calling Quincy we had laid our own traps with no success. Within a week tops all the mice had eaten all the bait and/or been caught! I wouldn't think twice about going with another exterminator, period.

Jason is my regular technician he came today because I saw a mouse last night. To say Jason went above and beyond the call of his job just doesn't cover what he did. He knew as soon as I opened the door I was completely stressed out. Well let me tell you if a rodent survives in my house it will be a miracle. I call Jason "THE TERMINATOR". He searched my entire house and attic for holes nothing. Come to find after speaking to a neighbor our whole neighborhood is inundated with mice and rats. Knowing I have Jason and Harpoon Pest Solutions on my side is a big relief. Jason deserves a big raise for all he does. He's one in a million.
