Julio, our recent technician, was very professional and courteous. He was patient and throughly explained everything that was going to be done or how the bait/repellent works. Julio listened carefully, took all our concerns seriously and did a through inspection. Answered all our questions in detail while also easy to understand. Plus, pet friendly. That's always a plus when we don't have to put the dog in his cage. Just did it this time so the dog is not around the spray until dry. First technician with Delmar was Steve back in June to remove a snake and he was also courteous and professional. Came the same day I called and was able to to reassure me the snake would be relocated since I'm not too comfortable with some animals being exterminated. Snake was just trying to chill in a bush. Both Julio and Steve were very efficient and wonderful technicians. Great service, great technicians, and wonderful results from Delmar so far. Delmar is definitely my #1 go to for critters from here on out.

Delmar always does the job for me. I recently referred a relative because of ant/mice issues. My daughter recommended them to me because of mice after the Amazon plant renovated the General Motors plant when GM left our area. Everyone in our development developed mice problems. I had used 2 other pest control companies previously for ants and they kept returning! Delmar came out and problem solved in first visit! I then had a bee problem later and again, one visit was all it took! I was here to wait for them to come to my relative and after the first time we still did see ants and mice droppings but I called them after 2 weeks of waiting and he came today and was EXCELLENT! He told me so much more about the issue and how to do due diligence to keep the problem resolved! I have faith in Delmar to get this issue resolved and I am a dedicated customer, so glad I used them❤️ Give them a chance and you won’t be sorry❣️

Al and Sean provided respectful quality time in came the same day I called to remove a yellow jackets nest in my attic and then returned a week later for further inspection and extermination around the property. Initial fees were more than reasonable. However, I do feel the bi monthly service fees are higher than the average company.

I had a mouse in my home, the service person handed me bait stations to lay around the home where I’d seen sightings and found droppings. Within 7–10 days I began to smell the foul odor of decomposition in my kitchen. I would have preferred the technician made it transparent that using bait stations could cause the mouse to expire in the walls. For some time I could not use my kitchen. If I had been more knowledgeable of my options I would have gone with a different exterminator for THIS SPECIFIC JOB, one that was willing to place and retrieve traps and any remains, move kitchen appliances unassisted as well as cut/repair drywall. I did speak with the owner and he was eager to make things right plus he gave me my money back because I was not happy with the service. We’ve been a loyal customer for years and they’ve been great with pest control including ants, spiders, spidecrickets, silverfish, and now large flesh flys. Very timely as well as responsive when you call/text.

Same day service and extremely courteous and professional. I had some unidentified insects digging holes in my front yard. They were everywhere. I thought they were bees. The inspector came to my home same day and diagnosed them as “Cicada Killers” They charged nothing for the inspection and extremely reasonable prices to treat and exterminate. Highly Recommend!

My parents live in a development where their backyard leads out to a riding stable. Recently, I noticed a hole in a garage wall and upon investigating, it was clear that there were multiple rodents that had gotten into the house. I called the company and they sent a representative out. He was very polite and professional in examining the problem and setting forth how they would solve it for us. The cost of the initial extermination, follow up and regular pest control were quite reasonable. The representative was sensitive to the fact that my parents had dogs and cats and used methods appropriate to their circumstance.

Erik came out on 8/11 and did a thorough inspection, he asked me what my needs & concerns were, and listened very carefully while I explained the need for the service…He answered all of my questions clearly & concisely, making sure I understood what the next steps would be…Erik told me that if he wasn’t the one to come back, that it would be one of his guys who would be very knowledgeable and would answer any other questions I had or address any concerns I may have had after he left…We set up for service to start on 8/17, Jamal came, and he was very professional…He advised what he was going to do, and he asked me if I had any concerns or questions…Jamal also took the time to explain what he was doing & showed me everywhere he placed bait…Jamal was kind, courteous, quick & efficient….After Jamal was done with the service, he advised if I saw anything out of the ordinary as far as pests, I should call them immediately, as I am now a customer and you guys provide emergency service…. I reached out to Delmar Pest Control about, what I believed to be, squirrels in the ceiling. The initial meeting with Erik went very well. He was on time, professional, courteous, and explained everything that had to be done. He was very efficient. And without me having to call, he sent a representative out the next week to check the trap. The second representative was just as professional and courteous. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service I am receiving.

We had a squirrel getting into our attic and digging it’s way through our ceiling. On a Friday morning before work my daughter saw a claw poke through her ceiling. She called and they were here in a few hours. They took care of the problem in an efficient and humane way and came out to check a couple days later. I am impressed with their service, professionalism and care.

Denmark Tech Mr Eric was on time and did attic inspection for suspected raccoons due to foul odor coming in home. Upon inspection in attic Mr Eric didn't see evidence of although someone else said we had wild kingdom up there. However, Mr Eric throughly inspected my complaint of foul odor and he heard a noise that he said I can't place it with an animal so at first with roof inspection assumed was vent on top of house. In short, he throughly inspected roof for openings for raccoons or squirrels found one small hole near but not big enough for raccoons! Upon final inspection of roof and walking the same path previous wild life did just 2 days before he said "Do you smell that I smell gas" ! Due to my family smelling for sometime I didn't right away. In the end, Mr Eric said maam let's take cake of gas leak and I'm pretty sure that's your odor. Delmarva replaced 4-5 feet of decayed and leaking gas lines and the meter line was swollen and hissing. My Family Wants To Thank Delmar for Quick Inspection Response, Professionalism, Quality Courteous and Caring of Delmar Tech Mr Eric that Truly Saved my Family Lives!!! I thought I had a squirrel in my attic so called 2 pest control companies. The first one, Critter Control, came out right away and gave me a 1,900.00 estimate to fix the problem. They used scare tactics like saying my dog and I would get mites and ticks from them. Keep in mind, no actual evidence of squirrels. They also asked if I lived alone...not sure why that mattered. Delmar came the next day and the tech was very friendly and super respectful. He wore booties to not track dirt into my house, listened patiently to my concerns as did the manager on the phone initially. The tech did a very thorough inspection wherein he discovered a bird which he humanely caught and let go out of the window. Total cost? 99.00. He didn't think I had a problem but told me to keep a watch for any more birds and call if there were further issues or concerns. The manager called the following Monday to make sure I was happy and pleased with the service. A+++

I received a call back the same day to explain what I needed help with. The gentleman I spoke to was very professional; my appointment was set up. The morning of the appointment received a call from Chris letting me know he's in his way. The service I needed was a bird nesting in the dryer hose. Chris cleaned out the hose and covered it up. The price was very reasonable.

We had a squirrel infestation in the eaves of an outdoor porch. Erik, from Delmar, was not only knowledgeable about squirrels, he was extremely thorough. He came back multiple times to set traps and remove squirrels. All told there were 8! Erik was cordial and exacting. After he determined that the squirrels were no longer active, he sealed up the opening to prevent any more critters from entering. I would highly recommend Delmar and Erik for your wildlife removal. We had a contract with Aptive. We had hundreds of wasps in our closet from a nest in the attic. Aptive was unresponsive to resolve the issue. Delmar came out that day and took care of the problem. The technician took the time to explain the process and was very professional. Delmar saved the day and I ended up cancelling my contract with Aptive.

I called and explained that I wanted an inspection at the entrance to my garage for termites or carpenter ants. I thought I might have seen some saw dust and wanted to take care of whatever it was immediately. They answered immediately and quickly set up an inspection. Steve came out and after observation determined it was carpenter ants. Solution to spray and dust. I agreed with his solution and haven't seen any signs of the culprits since. They offer a quarterly re spray and i have decided that would probably be a wise investment. Steve was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, but did not come of with a pushy sales pitch. I appreciate that ! He just explained my situation and offered what he felt the best solution. I highly recommend Delmar !

Delmar Pest control came out and got rid of Cicadas Killing Wasps that burrowed several mounds in my front yard. After one day there was no activity. I would have given 4 stars instead of 5, because was there was no specific information or details of the service performed, chemicals used, nor the technician's name. I do not believe in hurting a business rating for this. Other than that everything was A Okay!!!

They are very professional, always on time, they call you periodically to schedule visits (i.e. you dont need to remember to call them, they will call and remind you about the appointment). I called this company, they came out the same day. Within an hour actually. Addressed the issue, answered all my questions, treated the problem . The guy was friendly, patient and informative. I called Delmar Pest Control for yellow jackets that were inside of my house and they came out within two hours which I was so grateful for because I am afraid of bees and also have two cats who were trying to catch these critters which would have been very bad. I was impressed with the service technician named Erik, he was very confident, professional and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable talking to him and he assured me he would find the problem. In the beginning, there was back and forth confusion whether the landscapers who discovered a bees nest while trying to extract a tree could remove the nest or not. In the end, the landscapers couldn’t do the job that required an exterminator. I wound up having to waste the exterminator’s (Eric) time by having him come out twice to my property. Lucky he was still in the area and was able to come back quickly the same day to remove the bees nest. I’m glad he was patient with me and the incompetent landscapers who thought they could handle this matter. If any other future exterminating services are needed, I will definitely consider Delmar Pest Control and request for Eric again. I recommend this company to others seeking there services.

On Monday, I called Delmar around 7am with a skunk stuck in my window well, I was pretty upset and freaked out! Your technician arrived at my house by 8am, he checked out the situation and immediately put me at ease. He adjusted the 2x4 that I had dropped into the window well and assured me that the skunk would be gone by morning - or he would come back. Well the skunk escaped just like he said. So thrilled with their service and response time.
