I’ve been meaning to get pest control set up since we bought our house but it’s always seemed like such a hassle. I saw a decked out truck at a stop light and called at 8:30pm on a Saturday thinking I’d leave a message to get a quote. I was SHOCKED when the owner answered. Scott was great to talk to about what I needed and getting an initial spray set up was a breeze! Anthony came out to do our initial spray and he was very knowledgeable, respectful, and thorough. He wiped the outside of my house down before spraying. I was impressed all they do for the price. The cost is very reasonable and well worth it. I was very happy to know they would call me every quarter to get my next appointment set. They really make this a painless process!

We've had Wichita Pest Controls service our home every few months since 2019. A month or two ago, between quarterly inspections/sprays, some mice had gotten inside our house. I called Scott and he came over right away to take care of it free of charge. After a day or so, the mice were gone. Since then we're back to having a pest free home. Can't recommend them enough.

We had him come out for our first service before our sod was laid and had zero issues. 1 month later a contractor laid clover mite infested sod, we called Scott, he came out and resprayed our yard and home free of charge. I had two companies provide a quote for my termite problem. The first company that came out rattled off a ton of information really quickly, expecting us to understand everything. The 2nd company was Wichita Pest Controls. The owner, Scott, was incredibly patient and thorough. He took the time to sit us down and explain what was going on. Beyond that, he was much more affordable AND threw in extra services to make sure we were taken care of. I would recommend them to anyone! He doesn't give you a window - he tells you exactly what time he will arrive. He cleaned up after himself. He made an unfortunate situation a lot easier on us.

We called them last year to help deal with a spider problem(black widows and brown recluses) and after the first treatment we noticed a massive decrease in the population of bugs, spiders, and mice! They treated not only the outside but also the inside!! They are very good at what they do, and very responsive! They’re always on time and my favorite thing is they go around the whole house and get rid of the spider webs and change the traps. Recently, they helped a family member of ours take care of a huge termite problem. First they gave us a better deal then the competing exterminators here (like below 1800, and the others were well above 2500) and they were very clean about it and made sure they got every inch! 10/10 would recommend them to anybody!

Signed up for a quarterly service. Contacted him at night and the next day he was there taking care of us. Very friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions and listened and advised us on concerns. A couple days after treatment, we already saw large drop in spiders in and around the basement and other areas of the house. Price is very fair for the service and peace of mind.

Scott Shea came to my house two days after I called. We had an ant invasion, something we have been battling for a few years, but never during the winter. He was very professional and pleasant to work with. He explained his treatment plan, and spent an entire hour wiping old spider webs from front porch, back deck areas, around the garage door openings, sprayed our garage for spiders, spread granules for ant issue around perimeter of the house, and applied a dot of gel in immediate areas where ants were entering our house. There was no initial charge to come out, and you are only charged for each quarterly visit, which is the scheduled we went with. If he needs to come out between scheduled visits for issues needing attention, there is no charge for those visits. So far, I'm very impressed.
