Terminix was very polite and explained every process before starting the next step. He went beyond his job and helped clean the area behind my fridge. He set traps and sprayed the perimeter of the outside and inside of my house, he said if I needed anything to reach out and call. I give 5 stars for the experience and the hard work my inspector did.

I really like the same tech come to the house, he knows the areas I specifically like paid attention to and he had no problem coming back out if I see a problem in between service visits. My tech is also really good at communication! He calls, or text if I cam be reached, letting me know my visit is coming back around again, so I can make arrangements to be there, if need be and then he contacts me again letting me know he's about done and tells me any areas he saw that maybe a concern. And it maybe issues he just saw that his particular company doesn't even address but it's nice he brings it up, bc I will be honest I do not walk the outside of my house as often as I should. All in all, they do great work!

The treatment was fantastic and I say results immediately, however, I was charged 1 price and then a week later was charged more. When I called to ask what the charge was for they explained they didn't charge me about when I originally paid. No one contacted to me tell me this. They just charged my account.

Tina came and let me know she was here. She let me know as she left. She told me of a few things and we discussed that. She knows her business and did sweep spider webs etc. She was good at letting me know when to let the pets out and closing the gates. You have a good employee.

I have a quarterly plan with Terminix. I have neighbors on both sides of me that have roach issues. Terminix keeps their problems from becoming my problem. They also treat for the seasonal ants, crickets, and spiders. I have been extremely happy with my service and the technician that I have does an excellent job!!

From the consultation to the first treatment we were very impressed, All of our questions were answered and we felt that the employees were honest with us and were very professional. The concerns I had with our indoor cat (the solutions they were using)...to the information they gave us when they would be out next ....and how our contract worked.......VERY PROFESSIONAL and clear. I was notified it was time for my annual inspection, and received notification when the technician would be arriving. He arrived on time, was dressed according to COVID safety standards, was courteous ant thorough. He took the time to explain to me what he had seen and had not seen. I am very confident I am termite free. And, I know if I see any sign of termite activity or am just concerned, the technician will return to inspect.

My home stays insect free thanks to the continuous outside service. Consistently using terminix has been a great experience. I know that if I start to see problems, between my quarterly service, inside or outside, they will come out and spray free of charge. I always get a call for them coming out and an information text when they are finished. I like the courtesy and professionalism of everyone associated with Terminix.

I have been a long term Terminix customer. I like their flexibility in scheduling. They call a few days before coming out to do the service. Their people have always been polite, and knowledgeable. I really, haven't had any problems with them. Last evening I discovered I had an unwanted roommate: a rather large rat. So I set a trap I had which the varmint promptly robbed the bait and avoided getting nabbed by the trap. So I called Terminix today and requested a visit. My call was promptly answered and within a few hours a technician was at my home with his bag of remedies. Now, it's a little early to know if his bag of remedies relieves me of my unwanted roommate, but I'm happy with Terminix thus far and have no reason to believe their remedies won't work. They have worked in the past with my less furry creepy crawly roommates.

Greg was great. He was kind and took the time to make sure he knew what we needed and that all my questions were answered. He reminded me to call back in 2-3 weeks if we were still seeing any roaches so they could come back and do a free treatment.

We would recommend Terminix to others, but that would be 100% because of our service guy Dennis Law.. Not only does he keep us pest-free but he communicates with us as the ONLY dependable scheduler with Terminix. Besides that, he's thorough, trustworthy, and even cares about our dog. We appreciate Dennis and the above-and-beyond service he gives us VERY much! Our experience scheduling through the main office or even our area office hasn't been satisfactory or reliable, but once we talk to Dennis, it gets worked out.

Service is inconsistent. While this week's service was EXCELLENT (10+), previous visits from other technicians were less than stellar. Over the years, some of the bait stations were designated as "lost" with almost no effort to find them. The technician this year found two "lost" stations literally within 15 seconds - simply because he knew where they should have been located. Plus he pulled, inspected and replaced the bait in stations that required it.

I have paid month to month and haven't seen them since January they are supposed to come every 3 months. Plus I don't fill those service was very good because I still had problems with pest. I finally got rid of the problem but it took a bit of work. And extra poison.
