When arriving for our monthly service our tech (Jim) always asks if there are any specific problems we need addressed and handles those in addition to the regular service. We keep all insecticides away from areas where our dog frequents and Jim works with us to keep away from those areas while still ensuring that pests are prevented from entering the house. Finally I appreciate that the same technician services our house and he is familiar with problem areas and how we like our house to be treated. Customer service from Patton was beyond excellent! Good old-fashioned quality—professional, efficient, and friendly service that is just hard to find these days! Our new yard was a mess! The ants were out of control and you could literally see them carrying a cookie (Crumbl sugar cookie) across the counter. I was so scared that they were going to take my fruit pies. No one messes with my fruit pies. Especially my cherry ones. I was in deep fear. I heard from a friend that Juan at Patton Pest Control was the ant whisperer and the best at taming them. I messaged him and he got right back to me and assured me my cherry fruit pies would be ok. I wasn’t scared anymore. He came the very next day and just like that, they were gone. Value, Quality, he tackles stuff the other guys would not try to touch, and not only On Time, But usually EARLY!! Service has always been very professional, courteous, CLEAN, and conscientious. Always excellent service and I would HIGHLY recommend Patton to anyone with Pest Control issues, or just preventive maintenance. I have never had a reason to complain. I am looking into a really good offer from Patton on starting Termite prevention with them. I have not done it yet, but they are making a great offer that makes it easy to say YES! I believe these guys deserve SIX STARS.

We had a little mouse issue in our home. Our technician Ryan came the first appointment and was kind and answered all our questions no matter how crazy they sounded. He was extremely informative. Three weeks later we scheduled the follow up and he found where the major entrance for the mice were at and plugged them. We have not seen a mouse since then. Patton Termite & Pest Control was recommended to me by a knowledgeable neighbor who is a regional manager of adjusters for large a insurance company. And the company he used. He steered me right! I am very happy with the support and service I received, they responded quickly and Cedric thoroughly explained the process and what to expect and that the work was guaranteed to stop our termite damage. I followed them around and throughout the house observing and both Ced and David his assistant were very thorough and Ced explained what he was doing as we went. UPDATE 12/27/2019 Jim treated our home today for the first time, doing a combined pest control and preventive bedbug treatment. He was extremely thorough and also very personable. There's not one technician with Patton, over all the years we've been with them, that I haven't been pleased and impressed with. PREVIOUS: Daniel has treated our home about three times. He's professional, friendly and very thorough. He's also willing to go the extra mile. I had forgotten to empty a storage space under our stairs to the basement before he came. Daniel jumped in and helped me. I told him he didn't have to do that, but he said he was glad to help. He pays attention to little details like turning off the lights when he's done in a room. He provides the kind of service that I appreciate about Patton.

Good service, fair price, quality people. We had our farm treated... house and two larger building. Everything going as planned; they show up on time when checking the baits. We found out that we had termites in a second house (getting ready to sell) and talked to them about servicing that house. Was told we'd get a discount because we were already customers. This was a medium house with a small double garage for traps. (first house & buildings large) They gave us a quote and we said go ahead and treat. Technician was on time and did quality work. After thinking about it, there wasn't really a discount (about $100 difference). I could have looked for someone more local and not been charged more for driving distance. All in all, there service is good, and I believe they'll follow thru with the guaranteed bait checks until there is no sign of termites.

I have used Patton Termite and Pest since 2003 when we purchased a home and discovered carpenter ants. Thankfully the ants had just started nesting and no damage had occurred. There were also lots of brown recluse in and around the home, which was on a heavily wooded lot. They assured us they could kill the ants out completely, quickly, and reduce the spider population, if we kept them on a bimonthly basis, which was very affordable. They used products that were safe for children and pets, and left no odor. They told us to call in between the bimonthly treatments if we saw anything of concern, without charge. They kept their promise. The carpenter ants were killed promptly and we never had a recurrence. The recluse spiders became a thing of the past in just a few months. We had to call them a few times when there were water ants, after heavy rains, or if we seemed to see more spiders for various seasonal reasons. They always came over promptly and never charged us, and any pests were killed off before they had a chance to get ahead of us. The techs were always knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I would never use anyone else. In the 13 yrs with Patton we have only had 3 different technicians. Grant Linsey is our current tech, and he is wonderful.

My experience with Patton Termite and pest control has been very good! Was dealing with roaches and on top of that a mouse. I tried to get rid of them myself with no luck. Ryan came down for his first visit last week and within the next day you could tell the difference. The number of roaches dropped dramatically and the mouse has been lured back outside and has eaten some of the poison bait outside. Bottom line this was a terrific decision and I would recommend this company to my friends and family. Fair price and the results you need!
