When I first contacted Mike at Maximum we began the usual way - When can you get here & how much will it cost? Not only were they able to come quickly, but the price was the deal sealer. My beloved home was treated, their fee didn't break the bank, and the customer service from Mike and Company was/is respectful and informative. Thank You Maximum Pest Control for the fantastic service. This isn't guess work for me anymore ..... I call Mike.

I am so happy to have called for their service- I needed to check on an issue with a rental and called them at 8am today. They had someone out by the afternoon! Mike was very helpful and reassuring on the phone and had their tech out to help me. Michael G was top notch, informative, and generally fun to talk to as he took care of the house. He helped identify any sources of inviting habitats and gave me great tips on how to move forward. Their pricing is fair, their service is excellent and I’ve already recommended them to others! Edit: adding some detail to my review. Short story: Great communication (timely and easy - text, email, phone,) free consults, always ALWAYS on time, trustworthy, and most important - gets results! Long story: I contacted Maximum Pest Mgmt in fall of 2021 because what I thought were moles had completely taken over my yard. I could not walk Anywhere without stepping on a tunnel. I tried treating myself with various commercial treatments / poisons, but got nowhere. They provided a free consult as well a a couple different options for treatment. They were up front about pricing for the different options and also made a specific recommendation. I felt they were very honest about different treatments, the cost involved, and likelihood of success. Mike said my area (Pleasant Valley / Benjamin Hills) has a terrible reputation for mole problems and advised I may see more moles again in the spring. I did, and called them out again. They treated early in spring, and I have had zero issues all spring/summer long of 2022. It's been great! Unfortunately, some moles moved into my neighbor's yard this summer, and I recently found activity between our two homes. Mike came out again to assess. My neighbor and I are now treating the area between our homes together, and neighbor is treating the rest of his yard as well. Team effort to keep these little guys from tearing up our yards and twisting ankles! For integrity, results, great communication, etc. I highly recommend Mike and the team at Maximum Pest Management!

Extremely prompt service.found ants starting to enter our house over the weekend texted him to see if he could come out, told him my schedule, this is a busy time of year for them and I really didn't expect them to be able to get to me until next week, but 3 days later he was here. They were out in April to do my first spray of the year and because of that when they got finished today they did not charge me anything I was blown away I am so very very appreciative of their service,there promptness, their friendliness, and the fact that they care enough that they came out so fast! I would highly highly recommend this company! I have been extremely impressed with their service. Our spider problems are gone outside & we have had no more ant problems.

Amazing company! Quality service that they stand behind! Do not use a company that would require a long term contract because this company doesn’t require it and you will want to continue using them! Mike not only sprayed my house, but he removed cobwebs from around my house and took care of spider webs in my window sill. He did what I asked him to do and more; he was very friendly to my kids and myself as well. 10/10!

Mike was able to come out promptly and take care of my gopher issue. He was very professional and arrived at the agreed-upon time. Within a day of setting traps, he was able to capture the gopher. He left the remaining traps in case there were others, and thankfully there were not. After a few days, he came back to remove the remaining traps and was very respectful to my property. I would definitely recommend MPM and will be using them again should gophers return.

In addition to spraying inside, Kobee cleaned the cobwebs off the exterior and sprayed up in to the eaves. You can’t ask for more than friendly, thorough and affordable service. We were with another company for more than 26 years and are amazed at how much better Maximum is …. and we’re saving money because they charge less than we were paying. Not only did they show up on time, because he had a gap in appointments, he went ahead and took care of our yard on the spot. Our yard was so mosquito infested we couldn't stand to be outdoors. They did a great job, and we noticed the difference immediately. In addition, we didn't have to do a contract, but I know come next season we will take advantage of his great monthly pricing! He's at least $25 less a treatment than any of the others that quoted me!
