They are very professional and informative. Nathan and Brent were amazing! I usually don't feel comfortable with people I don't know in my home, for any reason. They made me feel comfortable. Arrest-A-Pest eliminated 5 of 5 bedbug infestations on my properties within 3 months. I inherited 9 rundown rental homes, and 5 had bedbug infestations (a couple units had the worst infestations Arrest-A-Pest’s Brent had ever seen, according to owner Nathan). “Bedbugs”, the very idea of them infesting a place where I sleep causes me considerable paranoia and anxiety, so when I learned that they were in my properties I panicked and began researching. I read about Arrest-A-Pest on another exterminator’s review (according to that review Arrest-A-Pest had eliminated bedbugs in just 2 visits, when the other vendor had failed and given up). So I called Arrest-A-Pest. They were very responsive, easy to pay and schedule, and guaranteed bedbug extermination in just 2 treatments. They showed up as promised, inspected, and treated each unit despite the amount of clutter and furnishings within. In the worst case, when the tenant’s were finally vacated a few bedbugs remained. When I reported this to Arrest-A-Pest they returned and treated a 3rd time at no extra charge. Anyone who has encountered them knows that Bedbugs are extremely difficult and expensive to eliminate without proper professional treatment, and heavy infestations are almost impossible to destroy. Somehow Arrest-A-Pest has found a way to eliminate bedbug infestations without requiring you to vacate homes or destroy furniture and belongings. Now I hire Arrest-A-Pest to preventatively treat each of my units prior re-renting, just in case a new tenant brings any tag-alongs. No one should have to live with the sleep loss, anxiety, painful welts, embarrassment, stigma, and fear of spreading an infestation that comes with having bedbugs, and with proper professional treatment no one has too. If you or anyone you care about has bedbugs and can’t get rid of them, I strongly recommend hiring Arrest-A-Pest to eliminate them before the infestation becomes unbearable or too heavy to eliminate in a timely manner.

I have been very pleased with the service I have received from Arrest-a-pest. I've had a few issues in my suburban home with brown recluses specifically, but other small insects as well and through their annual program I have eliminated the problem. They are adamant about preventative treatment to your home and, form my experience working directly with the owner on calls, are extremely knowledgeable. Especially like the pet-safe/organic options they have for treating cracks, crevices, and attics for bugs. If you have a bug issue, have them do the free consultation.

These guys are fantastic, I highly recommend them to anyone who has dealt with shady or unprofessional pest control in the past. Arrest a Pest is neither shady nor unprofessional. Their technicians are clean, highly trained, and total pros! Our technician Derek was knowledgeable in everything and was willing to explain to my 14 year old about the chemicals and treatment techniques and what to expect! What patience!!! Arrest a Pest may be the single best business we deal with. Kent and his crew are honest, caring and responsive. We called them to take care of our brown recluse spiders three years ago and can happily report that seeing one in the house is a rarity now. Other companies we called said that they could spray, but it wouldn't really work on spiders. We called Kent at Arrest a Pest and he had a solid plan that has worked. I would recommend this company to anyone (whether they had bug problems or not) WITHOUT HESITATION.

I have been using Arrest a pest for over 3 years now. I thought I didn't need a "bug guy" but when I had some water damage and pulled up some carpet, I guess all the brown recluses decided the whole house was fair game, on the couch, in the sink, cat carrier... Speed-G (Jeremy) has been my buy guy the entire time, he knows when to leave the orb spiders alone and get rid of the rest. I am leaving the area but keeping the contract to make sure the pest problem is "managed." Have them come over and check your place out!

Arrest A Pest is a top-rate company that always takes care of our needs. Customer service is their top priority, and we couldn't be happier. We originally hired them to spray for brown recluse spiders after our first child was born 3 years ago. Now we rarely see any brown recluse (or other bugs) in the house, which is reassuring with kids crawling around on the floor and poking in closets, under beds, and in all those little nooks kids like to find. Jeremy with Arrest A Pest came out to our place @ 7pm. He was EXTREAMLY nice, and very helpful. We had a couple mice and roaches try to move in from the coming cold weather.
