My tenant had a bad pantry pest problem and I had been calling around to a few different companies. Every other company I called was not very transparent with their pricing. They want to charge for an inspection, with the full price of the service unknown, which I was very uncomfortable with. Mr Quinones was informative, knowledgeable, professional, and most importantly to me, up front about the process and the cost. I can't speak as to how the price rates among other companies, because as I said, nobody else would give me a full price without first charging me almost $200 for an inspection. The cost for the pantry pest extermination process was $325, which included up to 2 follow up visits if needed. He did make a precautionary second visit, but it was pretty much all gone surely after the first. He will definitely be the one I call if I have any future pest problems.

Angel is THE best exterminator I have ever worked with. My neighbors did construction on BOTH sides of my apartment building and the mice flooded in. One Shot Pest Services has always given me great service. They are reasonably priced. I have never felt like they were just trying to make money. The owner has always been honest and has not tried to sell me a bunch of things I don’t need. The representative who performs the work is a very pleasant person. We originally hired them to handle the rats that have begun to overrun the neighborhood! After the representative visited and applied the treatment, the problems were resolved. I have an auto body shop and everybody knows we have issues with mice!! Actually master splinter was upstairs at one point. I can actually say after 6 years of fighting this battle, Angel was the only one to do the job right. I haven't seen a mouse in here since! One Shot Pest Control was very professional. Arrived on time and very flexible in case an emergency came up. He kept his mask the whole time while doing the service. The service he did on the cockroach infestation after the tenant got evicted was effective in getting rid of all the roaches throughout the whole apartment and even to the other apartments. He was able to get rid of the mouse problem we had and gave suggestions on how to prevent future problems with mouses. I would recommend his services because he comes a second to make sure that the service is effective.
