Emailed Amy photos of suspected bed bugs fairly late at night. To my surprise she responded back within an hour. I provided addtl photos as requested that were reviewed by their entomologist who said photos I sent weren't bed bugs or the larva or shells of. So great to hear & that they extend their services this way.

We have used MMPC before, and have always been thrilled with their service. Recently, Junior came to do an assessment for insect extermination for our new home, as well as spray around the house in hot spot areas. For the spraying and the detailed report on next steps to take, the price they charged was very reasonable. Junior spent time talking through many details of what could be contributing to insect problems, and I feel much better educated on the issues now. I highly recommend going straight to MMPC for pest control!

I called on this firm to assess my apartment for areas that could be better sealed off against incoming roaches. They answered my emails quickly and were helpful. The technician that came to my home, Junior, was punctual, professional and thorough. He pointed out the areas I had not thought of and took the time to explain the different kinds of roaches to me. His explanations gave me peace of mind and he took lots of photos to prepare a detailed assessment report which will help me in getting the landlord to provide more protection. I am very happy with the comprehensive service Junior gave and would definitely use this company again for any future issues.

Excellent service. I had some doubts about the presence of bed bugs in my new home. I was able to send some pictures and ask for an expertise which was offered free of charge . Kevin was great, he was very responsive and I got a response from him five minutes later. He looked at the pictures and reassured me that there were none. David was very kind and knowledgeable. He is also bilingual which made communication much better. He did a thorough inspection of my kitchen and provided some mouse traps. He was also careful as he asked if we had small kids or pets. Others inspectors tend to come and and leave. David was different and asked before spraying the chemicals.

The guys a MMPC are amazing! I saw a couple of bugs on my mattress and worried that they were bed bugs. They got back to me so quickly and were so informative. I woke up with bug bites that itched and burned. My dermatologist suspected they were from bed bugs. The procedures, protocols, and the prospect of living out of plastic garbage bags in order to eliminate them was daunting. The extermination companies I spoke with recommended chemical sprays. My respitory issues left me at a loss; who would be appropriate for the job? When I saw M&M's endorsements from many environmental protection agencies I was heartened. Feeling desperate I called at 11:00 pm and spoke with Ami. She was calm, personable, and methodical asked pertinent questions and patiently listened and answered my queries. An inspection was promptly scheduled for the following day. Ami encouraged me to relax and only do the minor preparations that were required. I felt reassured that M &M would proceed based on facts and use methods to exterminate I could tolerate and would respect my environment, my home. . For an hour Jason and a very obedient beagle conducted an inspection of my modest-sized one bedroom. Much to my relief, no bed bugs were found. As a precaution, Jason set up traps under the legs of my bed. If any bugs attempted to violate they would have no access. He recommended using a bed bug proof mattress cover as protection. After looking at my bites he named other bugs that bite in similar patterns as bed bugs. Within hours an assessment was issued. It was a pleasure to have M&M there for me. I highly recommend their expertees, take charge attitude, and gracious acumen.

Words fail to express how impressed I am with MMPC. I sent in a picture of a suspected bug for identification, even though I am outside of their service area. Their responses were immediate and so very helpful. I can once again rest easy. What did they charge me? Nothing. They didn't even accept my offer to pay for this free identification service. If they treated me, someone many states outside of their service area, with such efficiency, professionalism and respect, I can't imagine why anyone within their service area would ever even consider using a different company for pest services.

They answered our questions as they worked and thoroughly explained where and how the rats were getting in and how we should proceed with cleansing our apartment. I found a roach in my bed and I could not deal anymore. I called MMPC and they sent someone over in a week. The technician, Samuel, did a fantastic job explaining points of entry, roach behavior and things I could do to minimize roach infestations. Samuel used a compressed air/chemical to flush out any roaches, laid traps and bait, and sprayed all around the perimeter. On my way to Home Depot now to get lots of caulk.

This company is amazing! My college sophomore found a bug in their apartment and freaked out, thinking it was a bed bug. I found MMPC online, sent them a photo of the bug, and received a reply advising the creature was, in fact, NOT a bed bug within an hour, at NO COST! We bought and moved into a new apartment — and inherited a German roach infestation that we didn't catch during inspection or our walkthrough. Roaches were just about everywhere — in the kitchen and bathroom, crawling through the living room and entryway, and in both bedroom closets. After working with a different exterminator that didn't solve our problem, I contacted MMPC and I'm so glad I did. MMPC was quick to respond (they answered my initial inquiry after midnight) and get me on the schedule, and the first inspection and treatment was so thorough. I decided based on their recommendations to go with their 3-Point Preventative Service, during which they came and sprayed (and moved all the appliances, including our very heavy fridge), sealed holes around the pipes and floorboards, and even put pesticide behind outlet covers. Since then the number of roaches we've seen have gone way, way down and I'm confident that we're on a path toward complete extermination. No more opening cabinets or turning on the light afraid that something will jump out at me — thanks, MMPC!

I'm confused. We paid nearly $400 for someone to come and do an assessment, where he identified the possible entryways of mice coming into the apartment. He put some glue traps and bait traps down, took some pictures, and that was really it. I was expecting them to fill or cover all entryways at the very least, but that didn't happen. So essentially we paid for very expensive glue traps? I eventually had to just call our own maintenance crew and they came and filled all the spaces where pests could be getting in. The guy that came here was very nice and thorough, but I'm just very confused as to what we actually paid for. 🤔

Very friendly and helpful! I had a scare and thought I saw a bed bug so I took a picture of It and sent it in. They messaged me back very quickly and put my mind at ease that I was mistaken! Most people won't do that without charging anything! Highly recommend using them!

I am in Michigan. I had discovered pest along my basement baseboards and I had contacted my HOA to control the problem. As I was wondering what I could do myself I started researching what type of pest it was so I could spray something. I found MMPC on line and they offered to identify the pest via email if I could send pictures. Within a few quick minutes I received a return email from Ami empathizing with my problem and identifying the pest. I felt calmer knowing that there was someone who cared. She not only identified the pest , she explained how they get in your home and how to control the problem. I want to emphasize that MMPC had nothing to gain from the information,other than to just be an Exceptional and Ethical company. Ami also extended herself further if I still had issues..

Super well run business. Responsive to calls and emails. Ami was able to squeeze us in on short notice which was very important as the flies in our office were multiplying exponentially and it was urgent that we find the source (which is almost always a dead mouse/rat). Our building super could not find it. But MMPC's guy found the dead rat quickly, removed it, treated for the fly infestation and allowed our office to return to proper functioning. He was very friendly, professional and informative. He gave us a rundown on what he found, as well as the prevention methods he is putting in place. I hired this service for my mom who was getting bitten by bed bugs. I called them early in the morning and they showed up on the same day to perform an inspection and treatment. Friendly, great value, and thorough. It was a hot day and the gentleman was also in a Tyvek suit and covered in sweat by the end; I felt terrible. They also included a 3 month warranty in their service. I’ll update this review in 3 months if issues arise. If not then consider this service the best!!

I called MMPC and Benji was over inspecting my apartment for bed bugs immediately and detected exactly where I got bit. I then spoke to Tim at length about options, process, prices. They were incredibly responsive and willing to work with me AND my property management company. I sent a photo to this company to help me identify a bug in my home. I couldn't believe it! 11:30 at night and I got a response immediately from Timothy Wong describing what the beetle was and that it was harmless. He made no money from this call and in fact, I live in Toronto, Canada. He still took the time to write me and welcomed me to write anytime i had a concern. You folks in New York are so lucky to have this company in your city. I would use them in a snap.

Incredibly helpful. The team at MMPC are unbelievably helpful, professional and knowledgeable. After a terrible experience with another company and a mistaken case of bedbugs, Timothy helped ID the intruder. I sent photos of about 6 different insects I’d trapped over the course of a month+ and each one was identified in detail along with traits of the specific pest (bites, doesn’t bite, etc). One of the pictures was concerning to him and he asked for a sample to take a closer look at in the lab. After sending the glue board, he came back within a day to tell me that I have Pharaoh ants. He called me to tell me the news and explained how they should be treated. My landlord continues to insist on using their exterminators, so unfortunately cannot use MMPC to treat, but despite that Timothy has continued to check in and give me advice. I’m beyond impressed with this company and their professionalism. 500 stars from me.

We had another company do our apartment about a year and a half ago. They were not even close in comparison to M &M... so far inferior. I would recommend M&M to anyone who has a pest problem. Upon emailing M&M about a mouse infestation in our apartment, Mindy responded within an hour and scheduled a technician to visit the following day. Alan showed up at the scheduled time, listened as we shared what we had already tried as far as prevention and elimination techniques, and then thoroughly (and patiently) inspected all areas of our apartment while our large hound dog energetically tried to "assist" him. Alan was able to identify a mouse hole we hadn't found ourselves and helped us close it with the materials we had on-hand. Additionally, he made helpful recommendations as to how to further reinforce small openings and prevent future entry. Everyone at M&M was prompt, kind, helpful and responsive -- everything you can hope for when dealing with an unpleasant situation. I couldn't recommend them more!

Discovering that we had bedbugs was one of the worst experiences we have had in a long time. (I do recognize how lucky we are in other ways!) We were completely overwhelmed by having to prepare our entire apartment in a short amount of time while working full-time. The challenge, at the time, seemed insurmountable. HOWEVER, having constant and consistent access to the staff at M&M was a HUGE benefit. They never got annoyed by our numerous and ongoing questions. These guys are super knowledgeable, quick to respond, and HONEST. Kevin looked at my specimen under a microscope same day, free of charge, and consulted with their staff entomologist (they even sent me digital images). They were able to confirm 100% that I DID NOT in fact have a bed bug (2 other exterminators had taken one look at a blurry photo and insisted we needed a complete bedbug treatment!) It is so nice to have providers you trust and can rely on, especially when it comes to pests! We had never had any sort of a problem in our (small, only 5 apartments) building but, unfortunately, some German cockroaches moved in, presumably on a cardboard box (I hear they love the glue). Before we knew it, there was a colony living under our wine fridge. I understand it can take time to wipe them all out. After the first visit, some moved under our standard fridge (likely eggs hatched). I was thrilled when the second visit put an end to everything. We have seen zero activity since then but continue to have check-ups during warm months to ensure we never have a problem again. I have also arranged for them to visit the rest of my building (neighbors and cellar). Communication with M&M is simple. They are very responsive to email. I have nothing but good things to say about everyone I've emailed with, talked with and met. I've had several visits, met four different providers and would gladly meet them all again. They are also surprisingly punctual. I'm used to 2-hour and 4-hour windows for arrival times that rarely happen on time but M&M gives a 1-hour window and they have been right on time or early every time.

I reached out to them by phone and email with some diagnostic questions and they have been very professional and interested in answering my questions well. One of the identifications that Kevin suggested appears to be on the mark (plaster beetles). It would be better if the dog inspection service were less expensive but for all I know it may be a competitive rate. I was also told that an in-person identification of a sample would be possible by one employee but then told otherwise by another, maybe for covid related reasons. However they have been plenty responsive via email. At this stage I would recommend their service.

M&M Pest was amazing! It is pretty hard to imagine raving about any experience involving bed bugs - and if you’re reading this review you probably know what I mean. I would not wish this on anyone, but these guys were there for every question, extremely responsive, and so professional. Most importantly, they really know what they are doing and their comprehensive method eliminated the problem for us. We worked mostly with Daniel, who was fantastic, but their inspector and treatment team were also nothing but great. After it was all over, we saw a small bug that looked like a bed bug about 5 weeks after the second treatment. We panicked, and sent a late night email to Daniel with a photo attached. He wasn’t in the office at that time, but Jason responded within 10 minutes telling us it was a shiny spider beetle and explaining how he knew/how to avoid an infestation of those bugs also. This experience is a perfect example of how this team works together to make the experience as positive as possible - calming anxieties as quickly as they can, stepping in for each other so you have support when you need it, and being very knowledgeable about the subject. I can’t recommend them enough!

I could not have asked for a better team to work with throughout my saga with bedbugs. On Saturday evening, I sighted a bedbug. On Sunday morning, I called M&M and unleashed all of my neurosis to Tim. I called MMPC after a different exterminator mistakenly identified a bedbug in my apartment. I wanted to have the dog and inspector come to be positive before I moved any further. I called at 4pm on a Saturday and they arrived at 6:30 that evening! The inspector was very knowledgeable and quickly identified that the bug was indeed, not a bed bug. The dog did his search as well and the inspector gave me lots of tips about preventing all types of pests in my apartment. There's a reason that this place has such excellent reviews - I found M&M on Yelp after spotting carpenter ants in our basement. I spoke to someone on the phone and was able to schedule someone to come right away. Raymond and Anthony came on time and were both very kind, considerate (took off their shoes), and provided very detailed explanations. They gave a lot of information on carpenter ants, showed me their entry points, walked me through their plan of attack and why they were doing each step. It was not cheap, but Raymond also walked me through some less expensive alternatives (combo of them doing less exhaustive treatments and us doing some home treatments) as well and allowed me to decide what I was most comfortable with that would be safe for my young children and dogs. They came a few days later to carry out the plan we agreed upon, and I could not be happier. Ants are gone, and I feel confident my home is protected. They left our home clean, and also did a walk through around the periphery of my house to ensure no other entry points were left compromised. Raymond really went above and beyond to explain everything, as well as what to keep an eye out for in the future. Fast forward a few months after the treatment and I called again to ask advice on what to do about mosquitoes. Raymond spent a great deal of time on the phone walking me through what I could do and that coming in would hopefully not be necessary. He really cared about my home and family and doing what was best financially/safety wise with maximum effectiveness. They also ID bugs for free in case you're worried about any critters. These guys really take great care and pride in their work and I could not be happier recommending them!

First let me say that I didn't actually have pests, so I didn't have treatment from M&M in my home. However, I was so impressed by their assistance I wanted to write a review. I called M&M to inquire about the cost of a dog inspection because I had a fear of bedbugs due to some strange bites on my neck. Rather than immediately scheduling a costly appointment Timothy calmly talked to me for about 15 minutes about what problems I was having. At the end he said he didn't think I had bedbugs, but suggested I try a few other options to figure out what was going on. Turned out he was absolutely right and saved me the cost of the inspection. The other services I called did not go through this but rather jumped direct to recommending a costly inspection. While I didn't have a need to use M&M's services (thankfully!) I would absolutely call them in the future if I did need pest control. Thanks Timothy and M&M!

I first used M&M a couple years ago.I moved into a bed bug infested apartment (and out of it within 6 days.) When I told the landlord that there was a problem, he sent his own exterminator to inspect. It was a sketchy character that determined that there was no problem. I knew he was wrong. I was covered in bites that were all welted up. I decided to get a second opinion. I was referred to M&M from a friend of a friend. That same day they were able to send out an inspector with a dog. Of course they determined that there was in fact an infestation. They recorded the whereabouts and extent of their findings and gave me a copy. Thank goodness!!! I attribute the use of M&M to being able to get back all of my money from the lease. The landlord could have sued me for breaking the lease, but because of my inspection papers from M&M I was able to prove that I had moved into a problem, that was already in the building. (I also knocked on neighbors doors, and was told that the lady before me had a bad bed bug problem, which the landlords conveniently failed to mention to me.) The landlord had also signed a form stating that there was no bed bugs in the building (let alone apt) in the last year. ANYHOW... the landlord AND the Realtor ended up giving me all of my money back, plus some money for damages. With my inspection from M&M I was able to prove that they had fraudulently induced me into the lease, (by telling me there was no infestation they knew of, when there clearly was.) Fast forward a few months and I'm in my new place, I have just taken some things out of storage, and I am paranoid as ever. Once again I call them up and they have an inspector and dog come over discreetly to inspect right away. Thank goodness there is no problem. Since then I have emailed and called Timothy numerous times, due to random bites or bugs in my apartment. He is always willing to help in any way, and look at photos of the bugs I find. Thank god, it has not been bed bugs!!! M&M are very professional. They have been so great to help me out/reassure me by phone/email for free too. They are fair, and will help if they can without making you use a service that costs money. I am so thankful for them, and would recommend them in a heartbeat!

I lived in Manhattan for some time and recently moved to Downtown Brooklyn. NYC... you know how the place is when it comes to pests. It's the home ground for them. Recently I found a possible roach in my new home. It's a relatively new condo. I panicked when I saw one as one of the reasons I moved was the stress of living in an old Manhattan building. I contacted M&M a few times regarding the identification of pests. I contacted them via Yelp and their official website, and Loren reached me back within an hour even on weekends. He was accommodating, informative and professional. I emailed him the pictures of the possible roach, and he took his time identifying it which I appreciated. It's much better than give a glimpse of it and guess what it is. He called me back and confirmed they were in fact not roaches but only beetles that just kinda resemble baby roaches! He didn't hurry to explain what it was but took his time in a professional matter on the phone. He even advised treatments of the beetles and assured me it's nothing to worry. Most other companies try to suck every penny out of you for just identifying bugs or even send technicians with fees. I've heard some companies just straight out lie to get more money out of you. M&M has been honest and professional. I'll definitely contact them back for identification and pest control in the future. I'm just so glad they were not serious pests! Thanks again!

I have been using MMPC for monthly pest control since July and I could not be happier with the results or quality of service. This review is for Terrance (TJ) and Junior. After several years in our apartment, we started having a significant roach problem which was causing a lot of anxiety and stress. Drug store remedies were not cutting it and we didn't know where else to turn. When I called MMPC to schedule an initial treatment I was at the end of my rope. It was on a Friday night and there was no availability for same-day, but the dispatcher (who was so nice and helpful) said she would put me the cancellation list for that same evening. Lo and behold, there was a late night cancellation and Terrance came knocking on our door at around midnight (!). He was so thorough and reassuring - you could tell that he really wanted to help. For being so late, he took his time, didn't rush, and his calm demeanor and professionalism helped to put me at ease. Since that night, we have had MMPC come back monthly and the peace of mind is worth every penny. We have had treatments by both Terrance and Junior and each time they have more than met expectations - always punctual, follow up on every bait trap and glue board in the apartment, take pictures, etc. MMPC really knows their stuff and I strongly recommend requesting Terrance and/or Junior!

When you are dealing with something as traumatic and emotionally draining as bed bugs, these are the people you want on your side. After 6+ months of fighting bugs, my husband and I were no closer to getting rid of them than we were when we first found them. The pest control company our landlord had employed to help us had even given up trying. We wanted our lives back and had zero hope. A friend of mine suggested I reach out to M&M and, within five minutes of writing them I had an email back outlining a plan of action. They told us that there was no reason to give up hope and that they would help us take back our lives and our belongings from these tenacious creatures. M&M delivered on that promise and then some! M&M and all of its employees were kind to us, patient and extremely informative every step of the way. They treated my husband and I with respect, always answering our calls or returning our emails in a timely and professional manner. After literally being screamed at by our previous pest control company, the respect with which M&M handled our business was a breath of fresh air. And even though we have been bed bug free for almost three months, M&M is still happy to take our calls and offer their bug-identification services if we find anything even vaguely resembling a bed bug in our home. This company is FANTASTIC. We had a bed bug infestation and our landlord refused to properly treat the apartment. They did only a visual inspection and spot treatment. We were absolutely without confidence and called M&M. They came in with a canine and did a proper inspection of the premises. When the dog located something in the walls they called me over to be present when it opened and the paint cracked so that I could see the finding for myself...bedbugs. The landlord still only offered to do another perfunctory treatment and M&M came back and did a second inspection when we were bitten in another room and again found bed bugs. Thanks to them we were able to break our lease and move out of the apartment because our landlord refused to treat the apartment properly or accept the canine inspection!! The inspectors were super polite and friendly. The company was extremely professional and helpful in explaining the process and giving us alternatives on how best to treat all of our belongings and to kill the infestation. If you are experiencing an infestation you know that you are robbed of peace of mind and comfortable sleep. After having our belongings moved and fumigated we have since been able to sleep comfortably and rest easy again. I highly recommend M&M and I rarely do internet recommendations!

I found some a bed bug at my boyfriend’s apartment and was terrified that I had brought them back to my apartment. I actually had an appointment scheduled with another NESDCA certified inspection center but they never showed up. I looked for another certified center and found MMPC - everything happens for a reason! Stephanie was very patient and calm with my paranoid self and scheduled me for an inspection less than 2 hrs from when I called. Herbie and Dex came over promptly and gave me the all clear - Thank God! Not only did Herbie listen and answer all of my questions calmly, but he also responded promptly to a text I sent him after the appointment asking for preventative recommendations. Dex was a sniffing superstar, too (don’t want to ignore him in my review as he did a lot of the work!). I hope I don’t have a need for MMPC again, but if I do I know I’ll be in good hands.

It's not easy to find an honest company in New York that doesn't try to rip you off or use fear to trick you into paying exorbitant amounts just to get a consultation. I called at 10pm on a Friday night to identify bugs I had found. After sending them several pictures they verified that it was nothing more than a beetle. Several other pest control places I had called either told me they had no idea how much it would even cost for someone to inspect it or quoted me something astronomical just to have someone come by. I now have peace of mind knowing that the bugs are nothing to worry about. I don't remember the last time any service in the city provided such exceptional customer service with the friendliness you would expect in a small town. Ami Schrager was the most helpful and pleasant person to deal with. This will be my first stop for any pest issues and I will highly recommend to any friends who might need the service.

I called M&M Pest Control a week ago, regarding a bug issue. They were quick in their response and identification of what bug I had. From There they scheduled a canine inspection and identified all the problem areas. As of today, I am bedbug free. If i could give them ten stars I would. After waking with a few bites on my leg, I googled the images, freaked out that it looked like bed bugs and thanks to other Yelpers found M&M pest control. I also researched the dogs that have the NESDA certification and found they have 3. I have an insect phobia and they were compassionate, understanding, and FAST. I had the adorable genius dog over immediately. Much to my dismay, she confirmed bugs in my bed frame. M&M was so fast- calling me even late that night to schedule and to walk me through next steps, and to recommend the amazing prep company who also called me back immediately late at night on a holiday weekend! I’m conclusion my problem was only in my bed frame thanks to M&M for being there and working so quickly. Everyone I spoke to or met from the company - Loren and then Timothy who walked me through everything was so kind, helpful and calmed me through the entire process. I have an infant and Timothy even scheduled the visits so I wouldn’t be overwhelmed with disrupting naptime and feedings. I am beyond grateful. Then the men arrived- again the kindest - did their hard work- tarped the door and even put tape on the zipper so I would feel at ease that a bug couldn’t escape. Thank you Anthony! Yesterday they returned for round 2- confirmed that we were lucky to get to our problem early as nothing was found. I cannot thank M&M enough for being incredibly fast, professional, helpful and for making dealing with my little nightmare as easy as possible. This company has heart and really cares! If you have any kind of infestation, leave it in their hands! You’ll be so happy and grateful!

Thankfully, I haven't had to have M&M come to my apartment to exterminate or inspect, but if I had to choose one this would be the company! I've emailed them with photo's of bugs I've found and they are so quick to email me back with their honest opinion of what it looks like and how to prevent them from getting into the apartment. I was in the midst of full blown panic that the bug I found was a bed bug but the entomologist that called me on the phone calmly asserted that it was not a bed bug. He promptly identified what type of insect it was, described its characteristics and how to get rid of them. I haven't used them for their physical services but they were great in helping me identify an insect based on a picture I sent. I found a dead insect on my floor. Was concerned it was a termite. I send them a picture and they responded within the day telling me it was a spider. What a great resource to have at your disposal when trying to identify a bug/insect instead of worrying about what it is!

I've relied on these guys for years now. First, when I had roaches in the ground floor apartment of an old building. The issue was so upsetting and difficult to control I was on the brink of breaking my lease -- my fear of roaches is phobia-level. They came and sealed every nook and cranny, and even followed up with me unprompted some time later to see how everything was going. I didn't see a single other critter for the remainder of my time there. I was a nonbeliever in the effectiveness of extermination and AMAZED with the difference. Now, I've had to call upon them again (recently moved into another old building..when will I learn). Within the first week, I saw a big roach -- the flying kind, the stuff of nightmares. They responded right away. Kevin, who I'd worked with the first time years before, came and assessed everything and his team sealed everything up. I didn't see another one again for another four months, when the weather got warmer and new cracks formed. They came again for *free* to patch up the new problem areas. Haven't seen another since. These guys are just the best, most compassionate, timely and effective team. Would highly highly recommend!! Also, shout out to Jason for getting back to me so quick to help ID a little bug I found in my bathroom and verifying that it wasn't a bedbug!!

I was frantic and besides myself thinking now what. I started searching exterminators and figured who is possibly going to call me at this time and deal with me. I called 3 companies and needless to say Ami from M&M called me in 15 minutes and helped calm me down and guide me through how to get through the night. They immediately scheduled a canine inspection for the next day. Stanley showed up with his cute pup and confirmed my mom had bedbugs on moms recliner, phone jack, and home aids bed. It was an assumption at the time but we were pretty sure the home Attendent had brought them into the house. We were in the process of moving mom to a new apt across the street so it was recommended we fumigate everything on a truck and bring everything to the new home fresh and bed bug free. That's exactly what we did. Had new apartment inspected by M&M and were clear. We did everything on point threw out bed, got a new one, washed everything, purchased the zapbug for home Attendent to use. Spent lots of money to do it right only for the home Attendent to BRING THEM BACK!!! I called M&M in tears!!!! They were incredible.... They immediately sent someone back for anothe canine inspection Georgie with Speckles and confirmed they were back. They discounted the charge. Then they provided a complimentary inspection at the home attendants home and confirmed she had them but neglected to tell us knowing all the money we spent with the fumigation company "moving right along" thousands of $'s. Moving right along was not willing to help in any way shape or form given these circumstances. M&M helped me get through it all again. Keep in mind there was nothing in it for M &M Other Than compassion. M&M helped me get 2 pieces of furniture refumigated at a minimal charge. They also provided free freezing treatment in the home and I only paid a very small amount, $200. Meanwhile that service costs $1,000 plus. In summary, INCREDIBLE professional, COMPASSIONATE people and company! I want to thank the entire team at M & M, -Ami, Tim, Stanley, Anthony, Georgie for everything you did for me and my mom. Honestly don't bother researching other companies. M&M IS TRUTHFUL, HONEST, COMPASSIONATE and only look to remedy the situation. I can actually say I owe them!!!!

M&M is by far the best pest control company in NYC. Few things can be as stressful as dealing with bugs, but these guys are absolute pros. I turned to M&M when dealing with bed bugs years ago and they walked me through every step of the process from identification to treatment to prevention. Now I'm in a new apartment and I still return to M&M whenever I have a pest-related question. This evening I emailed a photo of a bug I found in the bathroom and they emailed me right back (after 8 on a Sunday night!) to ID the bug and tell me that no treatment was necessary.
