I will add here to the 5 star reviews. Rudy M was our guy at my son's apartment to rescue us from bed bugs and allow us peace of mind and a good night's sleep. You rarely see such a high level of professionalism. Rudy kept his appointments, was on-time for them, was very informative and patient with the freaked out nature of a household beset with bedbugs, and was quick to accommodate any concerns we had about the process. I can’t recommend this company enough . This is the second time I have had Rudy come to my house for a pest issue . He saved my life , literally , from a nervous breakdown AGAIN. I just wanted to take the time to express my satisfaction with Mr. Rudy and the company, “Don’t Bug Me”. We have a private house and experience mice from time to time. I have always wanted to get an exterminator, but I just dealt with the problem myself with mouse traps. I didn’t like the idea of having a stranger in my home and was worried about being ripped off. Recently, I was fed up and decided to start researching exterminators. Mr. Rudy and his company were highly recommended to me. I seriously doubted that they could help but I wanted to give it a try. The mice were not just disgusting, but presented a health issue for me and they needed to be gone ASAP! I was so tired of sharing my space with rodents and being afraid to walk around freely in my own home. Based on several great recommendations and his success in previous jobs he has taken care of (the fire house in Mt. Vernon that was overrun by rats), I called Mr. Rudy. He was extremely professional and was able to come give me an inspection within a few days. On the day of the inspection, Mr. Rudy was not on time but he was in fact EARLY (I am a stickler for being on time and hate when people waste my time). He took his time looking at every nook and cranny of the house. He then did an outstanding job explaining to me what he thought the problem was and his plan to fix it. Again, I was very skeptical that anything would help but I had to try. Within a week of his initial visit, there was a very noticeable difference! I felt so much better being in my own space. I finally felt like I had control over the situation! A few weeks later, I no longer saw any signs of mice at all! I was and still am very impressed and pleased with the service I got from Mr. Rudy. In general, we all have to be careful when it comes to inviting people to our homes. As a woman, I try to be very cautious with who I allow into my home. Mr. Rudy made me feel comfortable at all times and I would highly recommend him and his company to anyone, male or female. Mr. Rudy was extremely professional, reliable and knowledgeable. His communication skills are also exemplary. For example, Mr. Rudy took the initiative to call me and follow up to make sure I was satisfied and that there wasn’t anything else he could do to help me. I feel like the price I was charged was more than reasonable and there have been no hidden fees or charges. I would highly recommend him and “Don’t Bug Me” to anyone looking for a great exterminator.

There are so many good things I'd like to say about Rudy and DBM that I don't think I can fit it all in here. First let's start with how easy it was to setup an appointment. Called him early in the morning and Rudy was in my house later in the afternoon the same day. He did a thorough inspection of my two family unit from the outside to make sure the rodents weren't getting in from outside of the house. He then went inside the house and did the same thing. He identified all of the potential entry points and covered them all. He then proceeded to set feeding houses throughout the entire house...basement, first floor and second floor. It has been two weeks and so far he has killed 2 giant rats and some mice. Mind you, my problem was very serious. They were wreaking havoc in my house. Through out this two week period Rudy has been coming to my house at least once a week to check on the feeding houses he set to make sure they are feeding and they sure are. Thanks to him I am now rat/mice free. I've also asked him to come once a quarter to do check ups. One last thing...Rudy is exceptional in communicating everything that he sees and everything he will do do fix the problem. The guy made my problem his problem and did not give up until it was dealt with. I HIGHLY recommend him. Awesome job Rudy I cannot thank you enough!!!

I discovered Don't Bug Me Pest control via an advertisement I read in my church bulletin. I'm very glad that I did so. Mr. Rudy came by my house to perform an initial assessment. His findings confirmed my worst fears. However, his demeanor made me feel better about resolving the situation plaguing my household. Prior to treatment, he came by to follow up on my preparation for the services he would render. I must say that now that the treatment is complete, I am 100% satisfied!!! I wish all my vendors were this courteous, punctual and professional. Before I knew about Don't Bug Me, I called another exterminating company and they treated my home for bed bugs which was not the case. I had beetles NOT bed bugs so the formula they sprayed did NOT work on the beetles. After $700 later and still with the beetles I called Don't Bug Me and they treated my home properly. They followed up without me having to take another day off of work. I am happy because there are no more beetles and they offered me a money back guarantee!!! I would definitely refer them to friends and family.
