A-List exterminators performed an in-depth inspection of every floor of my building (4 floors and a crawl space). They sealed any gaps and possible entry points for pests, and treated areas that could be of concern. From the first call, they were courteous and took the time to explain what they do and how they do it. Then, at the actual appointment, they were thorough and took their time to do the work right. One of my tenants had already had a different company come in to do an inspection and the other company was not as thorough, they didn’t seal nor point out several of the areas that A-List found. I strongly recommend A-List if you want the job done right and great customer service.

This was my first time using A-List. They came to my home yesterday and were very thorough. They even moved furniture to ensure that all holes and entrances that rodents, etc could use, were stopped up. It was worth the cost and I would definitely call them again. Thanks so much for the hard work!

The owner and his son came over to inspect for and correct a mouse problem in my apartment. The duo were very courteous, attentive, professional and did what they had to do to rodent proof my home. I was also advise to set bait in the event the critters were still around and have not more entry point to escape. I was very pleased with their work.

Walid and Kevin responded immediately when we had evidence of a mouse in our building. They did a thorough inspection on every floor and went above and beyond- carefully pulling out appliances that were practically bolted in to identify and fill up entry points. After noticing signs of mice and realizing that my building's exterminators were never going to put a stop to the problem, I talked to friends who recommended A List. I am so grateful for their recommendation and for A List's 3-month rodent proofing warranty. Walid, Derrick, and Kevin have been thorough and have found (and closed up) a shocking number of holes in my apartment. It's been a comfort to have the warranty and to be able to have them come back — it makes the price a really terrific value. A List Exterminators give great customer service and are friendly and helpful!

such a great experience with A-List. we've been struggling to get rid of german cockroaches in our kitchen and bathroom, and their treatment seems very effective so far. the owner was very kind and helpful on the phone, the employee who came to service us was incredibly considerate (even down to wearing a mask and taking off his shoes at the door- without us having to ask) and they were able to answer all of our questions very supportively, and provide a reasonable price for services, as well as flexible payment options. if we need pest support again in future i will definitely be contacting A-List.

These guys were great! They were able to squeeze me in on the SAME DAY and were even able to accommodate a SPECIFIC TIME which was super helpful because I work from home. They showed up EXACTLY ON TIME, wore smart, matching uniforms (love it!), and were POLITE, engaging, and PROFESSIONAL. Most importantly, they quickly SOLVED MY ANT PROBLEM.
