Our Terminix Service Technician, Brett, is great to work with. He communicates with us regularly about appointments and the conditions of the building. And he takes his time during appointments for careful maintenance to prevent any issues. And he's been our regular technician for more thank 3 years! Thanks Brett and Terminix!

I appreciated the active follow up when I first inquired about Mosquito treatment in late June. I also appreciated the customer representative that called me directly to inform me the service treatment would be discounted because Mosquito season was already underway and I was a new customer. What I didn't like is receiving arbitrary text telling me a service provider would be coming by to do the treatment without first checking with me and my schedule. To service my yard, I have to provide access and be present. My preference is for someone to call or send an email with available dates and times and allowing me to choose what's best for my schedule. The mosquitos were abated so the service is worth it to enjoy my yard but scheduling definitely needs tweaking.

We have had Carl as our technician for 6 months now. Carl is very efficient and polite. I would highly recommend him. We had an ant problem. The ants were gone within 4 hours of Carl servicing our home.

We had Carpenter Ants just show up one day. Terminix came out and applied a treatment and it worked just as they said it would. It's been at least 6 years or more and we've not seen an ant since!

My experience with Terminix is awesome. My Terminix person, Carlos is courteous and takes the time to explain what he will be doing and afterwards lets me know that has been done. He will call the day before and let me know that he will be at my house the next day and when on his way, will call and let me know that he is at my work and checks to see if I have any questions or any problems (ants) that need to be taken care. Carlos does an excellent job.

While the guys did a great job on the installation, there were some damages as a result of the work. According to the contract, the damage should've been repaired free of charge. The guys had to climb through my closet to get to the attic. When they did this, a piece of sheet rock the lined the inner top frame of my closet was ripped off. There was also damage in the ceiling of the baby nursery. While walking around in the attic, the nails popped through the nursery ceiling leaving cracks along the sheet rock. The project supervisor came up and took pictures of the ceiling. He came out again with another person from Terminix a few days later. I was told they would send a contractor out the following week. That was almost a month ago. The ceiling is still cracked.

Me and my fiancée contacted Terminix in reference to our mice issue in our basement. We scheduled an inspection on Saturday morning and our inspector Avon came out on Saturday evening. Immediately Avon was able to point out several mice droppings (something Orkin failed to do during several services) and was able to provide me with the best solution to my problem which was an exclusion. Avon was very professional and knowledgeable with the task at hand and made me feel more comfortable and confident in Terminix’s ability to solve this problem. The initial exclusion was set for the following Monday at which point Antwaun Wilson came out. Antwaun was extremely helpful, professional, and empathetic. He understood the importance of getting this mice situation taken care of. He immediately found several other potential entry points where a mice could have came in from. Antwaun strategically put down several traps, was able to explain why the traps were in these places, and was able to find more hot spots where the mouse/mice are going. Antwaun also covered up all of the entry ways that he could find to prevent this issue from happening again. It was a pleasure working with Antwaun. Him and Avon has made our living situation a little more bearable. This experience is the complete opposite with Orkin. Orkin did not seem to care and failed to find the entry points that Terminix was able to find. At one point, I found an entry point for Orkin as if I was the technician. Orkin has done a half a** job during my services and I wish I would’ve went with Terminix sooner. Antwaun and Avon, please continue to be the good and professional people that you are. You guys set a standard for this Terminix branch!

If I am honest. Its hit or miss when it comes to customer service and getting someone that wont upsale you or know what they're talking about. I took advantage of their pest control sale which is a great deal! I requested them to put traps in places I WANTED, they came back and did so free of charge. Id say its great for beginners but if you want to get to the root of your problem, its hit or miss. The out of the 4 terminix employees i spoke to, both technician and customer service, it was a solid 50% to get honest answers. Great deals, but hit or miss.

Carl Ross did a great job as a Terminix technician and as a human. He did a great job on my initial treatment, then came out of my home and let me know he thought he smelled a gas leak. I hadn’t, but decided to call the gas company who in-turn called the Fire Dept. Fire Dept determined there was a small leak. Because of Carl I was able to get my home safe for me, my wife, and our four children all within 4 hours of him saying something to me!

Brandon, my service tech, is great. Always on time and communicates well. Service is good. I live around a lot of woods and have definitely noticed a decrease in bugs in and around my house. They just raised the price which I'm a little upset about because it was already a little pricey imho, but I understand inflation. Other than the cost I am very happy with my service. Tbh the technician makes it bc before Brandon I had another guy who was not great. Make sure you get a good technician if you sign up for the year round service.

Before moving in my house I could see that there was a rodent problem. I'm extremely scared of rodents so I called Terminix immediately for an inspection. My Terminix technician came out on a day that they were closed (holiday). The problem was resolved almost right away! Thanks Terminix!

Every employee I came across from Terminix is very professional. I would like to mention Charles Gross in particular. When I have questions, he always takes his time to explain to me what is going on. Other companies have attempted to earn my buisness by providing a cheaper rates and informed me I would get better service with them. Other company's don't have trusted people like Charles, which in turns, allows me to trust Terminix. I have the following plans/programs: Mosquitoes, Ticks, general pests (such as ants), Termites. Most likely, I will add other services soon.

Despite knowing that I have two dogs, terminix baited an empty bait box for field mice the size of the tip of my finger. Racoons found the box over the weekend, pulled the poison out and all over the yard. Not knowing if the dogs had gotten into what the racoons left behind, I was forced to spend $900 on having the dogs stomachs pumped and an antidote for them. What makes all of this worse is that after multiple attempts to get some one in the phone to know how much poison was in each pack two days later I am still unable to speak to anyone. Miserable customer service!!!!!! Update!! Once I was able to get my local service team in the line, they did agree to reimburse the cost of the vet bills.There did regret what happened and so far, it appears the dogs are safe. All of this said, Terminix needs to have customer service people accessible for emergencies such as this. I have upgraded my rating because they were responsive once I spoke with them.

He follows all the current COVID-19 protocols, to include, but not limited to wearing a mask, gloves and not having face-to-face contact. I admire the before and after treatment call as well as the assurance that if I need any further assistance, he's will to come. He's very potential and I've never had to reschedule my appointments because he doesn't show up. I've had some very bad experiences in the past and have also lost time from work because the technician didn't show and didn't call. Kudos to Mr. Burton!!!!!! While I like the fact that Terminix comes to the house at least once a year to check and service the termite traps, I am critical of one fact. When Terminix completes a contract for service and puts in the termite traps, they should map out and record the locations of the traps surrounding the customer's residence, additional structures, etc., and record this information into the customer's file on the corporate computers. This information should be available for viewing by the technicians who service and check the termite traps. This will help them to avoid missing locations of traps, and also make sure they don't miss traps surrounding additional structures such as detached garages, etc. which may also have had traps installed. During the time I have been a customer, NONE of the technicians were aware that my detached garage also had termite traps installed by Terminix. This is unacceptable considering how much money I have invested in this service, and how much money I am paying yearly for this termite service. This situation MUST change if Terminix is going to continue to be a strong company in the Termite service industry.

AND Especially, what to not worry over because Terminix would take care of it for me. Desmond Young was my first contact. He was very thorough in his examination and evaluation of my pest infestation. He also offered other pest eradication services. The next day Michael Brooks arrived early to do the installation. He too was thorough and professional in his work. He explained what he was going to do and was careful of my plantings. I was worried about the roots of my bushes near the holes. They both educated me on the life cycle of termites.

I have been working with McKinley [aka Mac] Tillery and Gerard Geraci out of the #2221 Terminix Office [Washington, DC] for a year now and just love them!! They are honest and keep their word regarding resolution and customer service. I had a HUGE Roach issue in a commercial office building and on the second visit, Mac discovered the Tenant who ended up being "the roach nest". It was awful!! And, he and Gerard came up with a plan of attack and followed through with resolution of the situation. What a huge help they have both been. I appreciate their hard work and I trust that they will do what they are supposed to do even when I am not on site.

The salesman “Tom” was great & informative,, the initial scheduling wasn’t the greatest & was rescheduled due to our concern of the treatment ingredients & lack of knowledge w/ our 1st treatment applicator ,, however ,, it worked out to our advantage because the 2nd terminix treatment applicator was Dentzel Adolphe,, he was VERY NICE ,, Very professional,, & did a great job ,, if I have any say in the matter of our next treatment, I would love if Dentzel did our future treatments ,, it’s only been a few days so I really can’t review 100% how the treatment works ,, but as of today both my wife and I have not seen any ants in the house!!
