They are very professional. The returned several weeks later to follow up on the traps they set,removed the dead critters and our life is back to normal. I strongly recommend their services.

I became aware of Brody Brothers several years ago when I unfortunately had to deal with a bed bug infestation. I'd used another company previously that failed to resolve the issue after far too many visits. Brody Brothers wiped them out after the initial treatment and the follow up simply added extra assurance for me. After buying a new home later I decided to get their home protection plan for piece of mind. The techs are always thourough during their quarterly visits in regards to checking and replacing baits, traps and monitors. They also send a report that includes all the work performed and what traps and insecticide they used. I have nothing but great things to say about this amazing company and their fantastic employees who in my experience have always been polite and helpful. I recommend them anyone who's in need of skilled pest control specialists for an infestation or simply want to safeguard their homes against any creepy crawlies.

We've had so many issues with ants, spiders, crickets, etc. at our woodsy house and after only one treatment they're either gone entirely or greatly reduced. We had at least 5-6 small wasp nests around the house getting bigger and bigger by the day. Once we found Brody Brothers Pest Control, we realized why it is a five star rating. Even though our appointment was pushed back a day it really didn't matter because the next day our exterminator Adolfo came first thing in the morning and professionally and kindly explained the whole process and after explanation he got to work and was done around 30-40 minutes. When I went out to check, the areas where the wasps were it looked like that they were never there. We really appreciate the hard work and will use Brody Brother services again in the future!

We called a lot of pest control companies. Brody brother company was the only one who responded pleasantly and immediately helped us to find a day and a time that they can come to treat the nest. The technician- Ember - arrived on time. He checked and then explained clearly how and what he is going to do and he gave us all the information. The initial appointment occurred 4 days after I called. The actual work installing traps and bait was 5 days later. Adolpho, the technician, was extremely nice, totally quiet and explained where and how he plugged voids, placed the hardware and what to look for. He’ll be back in two weeks to check the status, then quarterly or when we call. So far I’m very impressed.

We had Mike M from Brody Brothers Pest Control came in to check on our house this afternoon. Mike is very polite, very thorough, and explains things to us in details. After checking every corner of our house, he found a crack near the AC unit, which may have been where the snake got in to the house. He sealed it. I am very impressed with his work and his professionalism. What an outstanding young man! I also want to mention the person who took my call and scheduled this appointment (I think her name is Sam) for me. She was very understanding and very helpful. Overall, an excellent company. We have tried Terminx and Orkin and had mixed results at our different locations. So when we had giant spiders I needed someone who would make sure they weren’t in the house because they freak me out. They’ve been great. Responsive, have kept the scary spiders away, will come treat inside when needed. Are focused at getting outside areas and treating everything they see. Absolutely no complaints.

Brody Brothers started off strong. They require a year long contract, which can be a bit inconvenient. They laid mice and cockroack traps and inspected and spray the house perimeter. We would call with issues such as drain flies of carpet beetles and they would offer advice, however this advice is the same that we had already read off the internet, so nothing novel. They rarely sprayed inside the house unless i specifically asked them to. I was disappointed that the last few visits the just walked the perimeter and didnt even ask to come inside. They stopped checking and replacing traps. In the end the mice situation seems under control. But the spiders and bugs in the house never decreased. We ended up just buying commercial bugspray and taking care of it.

I reached out to Brody Brothers 3 years ago after finding a mouse in my kitchen. They not only eliminated that problem, but also helped to control the rat population on my property, which is incredibly difficult to do in Baltimore city. Lastly, they helped with ants, removing a few paper wasp nests and general preventive strategies (I.e., sealing gaps with adjoining property). One of the best decisions I made with my house.

My experience with Brody Brother Pest Control is very positive. They are very professional and honest. The home inspection for a house I am selling reported possible rodent issue at attic. Two technicians from Brody Brothers came to inspect the issue. They inspected very thoroughly and carefully. They told me that they did not find any sign of rodent. The droppings on attic are from squirrel. They do the inspection for free. I have another company (PestNow) came to inspect. The technician spent five minutes to check on the attic and ask for $800 to treat the rodent and squirrel. I will recommend Brody Brother for pest control jobs.

BEST GUYS IN TOWN. I contacted several pest control companies to resolve a mouse problem I had been experiencing for more than a year. After speaking with a national company, I called BBPC for a comparison. I then called other companies, only to place follow up calls back to BBPC. After speaking with Rebecca, Samantha and finally Skylar, I engaged the services of the Brody Brothers. It is reassuring to know that each time you call, a caring person will be on the other end. The office staff is patient, knowledgeable and polite. When the technician arrived at my home, he asked questions and listened to my concerns. He then conducted a comprehensive inspection of my home and disclosed things about the house I didn't even know. Potential entry points for mice were all sealed (who knew?). My technician is now scheduled to return on a quarterly basis (yay!). However, since that initial visit, I have not seen a mouse. I now enjoy my home without intruders.

We asked Brody Brothers to give us an estimate for termite and pest control. They arrived on time, were very professional and seemed very knowledgeable regarding pest control. It has been less than a week since their first visit to spray etc so can’t speak yet regarding effectiveness. A bit pricey but, if it keeps the pests away it will be worth it! Today, I went in to our basement work room to get the vacuum and saw a small black snake peeking out at me from behind a work bench. I called Brody Brothers and this is covered under the home protection plan (as long as it is under 2ft long which I think it is, but even if it isn’t I don’t mind paying if they get it out of my house!!!!) I was skeptical of how well these treatments would work, since we are the only house around that decided to do a mosquito spray, but after our yard being basically unusable all of last summer due to the heavy amount of mosquitoes. When they started up again this year, we were desperate. There was a veil of mosquitoes you had to walk through to get in and out of our backdoor, and the kids would come in with 15-20 bites from being out for 15 minutes or less. After the very first treatment we went from having dozens and dozens around our back yard to maybe two! We’ve had three treatments so far, and because of that a wonderful summer outdoors! And for people concerned about the bees, I totally get that. We planted a bunch of wildflower seeds at a local park to offset any damage we may be doing at our house, but it turns out that may have been unnecessary. Just today I had five little bees buzzing around a flowering tree right in our driveway! We will definitely be using this service again next summer.
