I have been using the Oregon service for one year in my home now I have an annual contract which I highly recommend to anyone. The technicians who come to the house are always very attentive and very attentive and very receptive to anything you tell them and do their best to prevent any investigations or problems in your home they are truly there to help you and they are more than happy to come out in between service calls if you have any other problems I highly recommend using the company I have been nothing but happy and will continue to use them. When I got my home a short time after I had some roaches showing up in the house the problem is totally under control now and it's thanks to the annual treatment planthat I get . I only occasionally see a bug here and there nothing out of the normal I can enjoy being in my home again thanks to Orkin.

The exterminator that comes to my home is very respectful always on time and very thorough he goes above and beyond and is a very very pleasant to be around he takes pride in his job and he is very respectful coming in and out of my home using his shoe covers and making his entrance known even if I'm in another part of the house this company has been awesome and after the first two visits I have not seen any insects so now I'm continuing to keep them for maintenance and prevention and also they are making sure I see no fleas as well. Sean, the technician, was so personable and knowledgeable. He called to see if he could come a little earlier than our scheduled timeframe and showed up within the time he gave me. I re-signed with them almost two years ago and again, I am 100% satisfied. Our exterminator, Bryan, answers my questions and gives me info that I need. I received text messages with updates and reminders regarding services and scheduled visits. He is punctual, polite, and genuinely cares about my numerous questions. I can also contact him directly if I have an urgent need and the response is quick. I cannot say enough about him! I’ve had the same guy come into my home which is amazing, no random people coming each time . Let me begin with how amazing Tracey is at his job. He’s the tech assigned to my house. I tell him my problem and he gets right to it! The interaction is great and he explains everything that’s going on and we discuss ways to handle the situation. My wife and I recently bought a house and Jermaine came out for our initial inspection, it was very thorough and told us exactly what we needed done to get rid of the rats in one of our attic spaces and crawl space. The discussion was very informative and he helped us get the work started as soon as they had availability. We had our builders gap sealed off, and other openings sealed, sanitizing done and traps set. It was a little on the higher side in regards to price but the work Tracey is putting in to get rid of them makes up for it! However, I will say that the method of applying the sealant they used for the builders gap does distract from my house and looks a bit messy. It definitely could’ve been applied better. Also, they missed a bit of one of the gaps which may or may not be the reason I still have rodents. I believe it was 4 or 5 they’ve caught so far and I’m confident that they’ll be able to get rid of them in the near future. All in all, great service, pricey but Would definitely recommend.

The Virginia Beach location I use is excellent. Customer service indulged this Chatty Kathy more than once and we’re very polite every time we’ve spoken. Very understanding concerning billing during these harder times. I was very reluctant to use Orkin based on the prices over heard people have paid over the years but they are very reasonable if you contract them and use their services. A la carte jobs would have cost well over $600 right now and I might have paid a quarter of that. Every technician is friendly and takes care to not track debris into my house which I appreciate immensely. I can’t recommend them enough!

Our family loves our service with Orkin. They do a great job with education and informing as well as offering a professional, courteous experience. We’ve been given advice on how to improve our home to help with incoming cockroaches and other insects. If they see a problem, they address it. For instance this routine visit, we had about 100,000 dragonfly babies infesting our patios and outdoor spaces, and it was immediately addressed and remedied. They also ask how everything has been working since their last routine visit and adjust accordingly. We live in Norfolk on the water with a lot of plant life in our backyard and are just a prime spot for insects and have been using Orkin since we moved in. Definitely recommend.

I have spiders ants around and both are no fun. Ants trnd to come in the spring/summer and same with the spiders. Unfortunately you have to sign a year contract. A contract would be fine if they would show some respect for people's property. You can just text someone on a Thursday and say hey we are coming Monday. Can I get some notice! The worst part is the local office NECER answers the telephone. We were traveling out of state and we had a sitter for our dog. We have a pet door that stays open durimg the say. They want to show up after calling several times saying we must reschedule. I called at least 7x. The 8th time AFTER the guy is at my house they answer. First, I had to tell the guy to leave theoughmy video camera. He figured it out when he tried to come to the back of my house after nobody answered the door. They rang the doorbell and nobody answered but still proceeded to

Brenden, our Orkin technician, was professional, friendly and very courteous. He arrived on time and listened to my concerns. He answered all of my questions and explained his plan for catching the lizard. Brenden returned the next day to remove the lizard. If you need help with pest control I would highly recommend calling Orkin and asking them to send Brenden to take care of your situation. Orkin needs to give Brenden a pay raise! He gets my vote for employee of the month!

I used to have spider webs around most doors and I could sweep them away and they would be back two days later. With Orkin they are gone and stay gone!

Have not had a problem with bugs since I started my contract. They are a little pricey but you can call if you ever have a problem in between maintenance services for no extra charge. The initial treatment was great. I was very pleased at the results. I would have rated a five or more but the follow up treatments have been lacking. I was promised by the technician that I would have regular visit until the issue was resolved. I have been calling since a missed appointment on 9/14/19. No one has returned my calls. I selected this company due to the tv program, Under Cover Boss. Maybe I need to reach out to the corporate office.

Craig was amazing. We bought our house less than two years ago. Had our ducts inspected by a different company who found years worth of rodent problems. My inspector missed this. Not sure how, but did. I called Craig from Orkin who told me the very bad news. Everything had to be removed and the insulation had to be replaced. His team came out and did the work, professionally and efficiently. Thank you so much for going above and beyond. Considering what I have been through this past year, I feel very Blessed! Had a follow-up review because a home inspector stated there was current activity in his report, even though he is not licensed to say so. Orkin to the rescue and thank goodness Craig assisted with asking John to come by to verify! Result, no current activity, all is well, and anything there was old and is disinfected. Note to home inspectors...if you are not licensed, do not say it's current and especially when it's already been treated. This could have been a very big issue as the house is amazing and buyers could walk for someone who doesn't know what they are seeing! Thank you Orkin!!!!

Rough start with the company at first, but Kwaku (our service rep) has been amazing through it all. Started out with a different rep who marked our home as inspected and sprayed when nobody showed up, then I was promised compensation with a discounted rate while still getting charged the full amount. When we switched reps to Kwaku, he totally saved the company from a bad review and lost customer. Eventually everything was resolved and I've been a happy customer ever since.

Matt was really thorough in evaluating the problem and then he explained to me exactly what would be done to take care of the rodent situation. The young man, Matt, was very professional, checked the attic as well as the outside and under the crawl space. We have a DryZone contract too and that inspection was done, de-humidifier filter changed and he made sure the drain lines had no clogging issues. This month's treatment went well. The technician was polite and professional. I showed him the beetles and spiders we captured since the last treatment so he would know what had infiltrated our home. He treated the inside and outside of the house. My only issue this year is that after each treatment, the technician drives away. All the previous years, the techncian would discuss with us what work he performed and what, if anything, he noticed. Then we would sign the worksheet/workorder, and then the technician would leave for the next jobsite. Now, when the techncian has finished his work, he simply drives away. Why is there no after treatment discussion any more?

When my wife and I discovered rats in the walls of our first home, I called Orkin. Two techs arrived quickly, and were very helpful/knowledgeable. After two treatments we feel confident the rodents are no longer and issue. I only remove one star because I felt like the contract needed to be more thoroughly communicated, and you receive only a carbon copy of the first page of the contract. This was an issue because we got locked into a long term commitment for a short term concern with out realizing the cost. We have had an amazing experience every time someone has come out to treat our house! They are very knowledgeable and take the time to talk to us and inform us about different insects to the area that we are having issues with. Living near massive trees in the south makes roaches inevitable and they told us we might still see them in the house but they will be dead or dying, yet we haven’t seen any roaches in months since they started coming out to spray. I contacted Orkin, the first tech came out and said they would send someone else because they wern't allowed on the roof which is understandable. I had to recontact them to get the second guy to come out. They looked at it and sounded like he knew what to do and made an appointment to come back. It rained that day and he no called no showed. the following week I called back 3 more times looking to get someone out here, they made another appointment to send a tech and they no called no showed again. I have a wife who is allergic and baby in the house. What the heck guys? You said you could handle the issue and leave me hanging going on 3 weeks now. about to call again... Will update on progress. *update* a supervisor called after the holiday, apologized for the scheduling issues, and they were out here the following day. They did a good job and handled everything professionally. Im particularly happy that they got it done in advance of the storm. Thank you.

I spoke with Jefferson at the central toll-free number this past weekend. He said the outside perimeter of the house would also be treated. The gentleman today sprayed the inside and left traps, but he did not spray around the house like I expected. His visit was short. I will watch to see if the bug count in the house drastically goes down. I will call the local office later this week.

I love this company. I have had them for about 30 years now servicing my home. They come on a monthly basis and they do the outside and the inside of my home. I never have a bug problem. After living in military housing for several years with nothing but bug problems this is a blessing. I had a rodent issue at one time and they came out and resolve that issue. A couple of other times I have found either wasp nest or hornet's nest and even had an ant issue and they come out and rectify these problems right away. I will not go with anyone else and these people have proven over and over how great they are.

They pulled up ALL of the back floor decking that surrounded the back of the house and got rid of the boards. Then they installed French drains in the back of the house. In our attic, they filled in All the gaps so that rodents wouldn’t be able to enter and they installed insulation.
