We've been using Mitchell services for the past several months and have been very happy with them. We had a mouse problem underneath our deck. They have these amazing poisonous baits that Easily terminate the rodents and solve the problem. Additionally, yesterday, Keith came in and in addition to renewing the baits, he asked if there was anything else he could do. I mentioned in passing some unidentified small bugs I'd seen in the kitchen. He offered to check it out and within a few minutes had identified which specific bug it was, set bait traps and helped with that issue as well. Additionally, Keith is an entomologist so in addition to being just a wonderful, customer oriented guy, he really knows his bugs! I appreciate that he brings such a strong background to Mitchell, they are lucky to have him. Highly recommend this service for all your rodent and termite needs.

Patrick from Mitchell’s pest control came out today (1/19/23) as my husband believed we had a dead animal in one of our garage walls. Patrick was on prompt and on time. Patrick offered to perform services such as put a cover over an open area where rodents could easily access, out out mice traps, spray near where the dead animal could be, but also advised we could do the same. Patrick was never pushy able purchasing additional things. The company itself is really great. We’ve never used a pest company before today and I would rehire Mitchell’s every time. They offered to do a free inspection of our home even though I needed a more specific issue. At the end of the service I was never pressured into purchasing something and ended up with a thorough inspection with suggestions about how to avoid rodents in the future. They were able to fit me in there schedule with a next day appointment. I would 10/10 recommended both the company itself and Patrick.

This company is very professional and I would recommend them to anyone. Chelsea was very helpful upfront and explained the whole process. When I was ready for the service she was able to schedule me quickly the very next day. Jordan and Russ came out to the house and were very professional and explained everything throughly inspecting the whole house and property. *Update 8.14.22 There is definitely a problem with customer service. There was a miscommunication on the second follow up visit a month later. I also received a bill in the mail for the first service that was already paid, had to call and have them fix that. I feel this issue could have been fixed easily by someone rescheduling me when I had a day off from work next so they could come complete the full service promised and that was also marked on the invoice that I paid. It seemed she wanted me off the phone quickly and had no experience dealing with issues like this, nor do they send reminders. This happened because my gate was locked, something I explained to them from the beginning. No one called me back to fix this and even sent a note to the office with my payment explaining what happened, no one reached out to me, they cashed my check anyways even though the full service was not done. I should have known something was up when I got numerous texts to rate them on Google before any services had been completed about 10 minutes after calling them for the first time. Unfortunately, will not be using them again for anything. Had no problems with the techs that came out for the service, only the office staff dealing with admin, billing and customer service.*Update 8.21.22 Received a phone call from Jordan from the company offering to try to fix the issues that happened. Thank you, I really appreciate that, that says a lot. If I need services in the future I will try and reach out to you.

BLUF: Great first impression, highly recommend. First time using Mitchell Pest Services, and already impressed. I called on Tuesday and was able to schedule rodent inspection/work for Thursday (they offered Wednesday but I was busy). Our technician, Jordan, was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. He performed a thorough inspection (finding possible entrances that our previous service had missed), and providing explanations and recommendations. He was very detail-oriented, going so far as to use shoe coverings appropriately (taking them on and off, vice leaving them on while walking in and out as other companies have done). Overall, based on this first interaction, I have a lot of confidence that Mitchell Pest Services will get the job done.

We had such a great experience! There was a slight miscommunication with the window for the technician to come by and the office got it handled so quickly that within 2 hours a tech was at the door. Our tech, Jonath, was beyond amazing! He was incredibly friendly and helpful. He even ID’ed the type of the ants we were seeing, told us where they come from and what kind of food they seek. The treatment itself was quick and easy—the hardest part was dealing with meows from a cat that wanted to roam. I’m so glad it went so well as finding pests in our home was already stressful enough! I’ve had a really great experience with Mitchel Pest Control so far. I had a pretty bad mice problem that progressed fast as the weather got colder. Chelsea called me back first thing on Monday morning, listened to my issue, answered all of my questions and respected my own preference for mouse traps (not a fan of the glue traps). Jessica came to the house the very next day and was so kind and attentive. She walked me through everything she was going to do/did and let me know I could reach out before our two week follow up for free visit if we felt like the first treatment was effective. It’s been about 2 weeks and so far so good!

Given no actual wildlife, he could seal the entry point. He showed me the entry point, then how it was sealed, with pictures to follow. A gem of a company to find. Mitchell pest control by far are the most professional pest control service providers that I have delt with! I've used Orkin and Terminix in the past 11 years of owing my home and was way over charged by both. They tried to sell me services that I didn't need and would often not make their schedule appointment times. Not the case with Michell Pest Control! They have friendly staff/service technicians that go out of their way to work around you and your schedule. I highly recommend them and am completely satisfied with their service!

During that inspection, Michael found active termites near the foundation of the home which he dug up and showed me so I could see what they looked like. I called the listing agent to inform him that the house needed treatment and was told two other buyers had termite inspections and their companies did not find termites. I have a large pirate themed event that I put on for my community every year and Mitchell Pest Services came through and broadsided the pest problems I had. Having a lot of wooden crates and other wooden materials, I found that I had a minor termite problem and a few rat nests. Jennifer was very professional and genuinely enthusiastic and above all was able to work around my busy schedule to set an appointment. When the technician arrived he was not only very informative, but very diligent and thorough in everything he did. He showed me pictures of everything he described and proved to me that he wasn't trying to pull a fast one (something that other pest companies do not seem to share with them) and when the work was done he was very polite and educated me on what he did and why, as well as what I could do to help prevent in the future. Now, a year later, I still have no termites in the wood, and I can also say that aside from the occasional fence runner, there are no rats in my yard, much less making homes in my wooden props. Mitchell Pest Services stands out to me above all of the other companies that I have used in our area and I would recommend them over and over again.
