John called before arriving and arrived when he said he would. Very professional, knowledgeable, and patient with our dogs and my million questions. Answered all questions and gave me a walk through on what to expect from my 1st treatment. Set my mind at ease on the product begin used was safe not only for myself and husband but our fur babies as well. The appointment was not long, a quick once over and was he was gone. Called this morning for an appointment and they were out that afternoon for the treatment. Budget friendly and monthly payment set up was a snap. Amazing discount for multiple houses. Professional phone service as well.

Robbie and Cameron were excellent professionals. When they had told me there were signs of termites, they walked me through everything from the evidence to the solution. Took what would normally be an extremely stressful situation and made it feel like I was making an educated decision. For someone who is generally careful and anxious about big changes, that was a really valuable experience, plus I love to learn new things. All customer facing professionals could absolutely learn a lot from these guys. Excellent!

We've used this pest control/treatment service for 2 years and are generally quite pleased. Not so enamored of their scheduling of treatment dates - invariably I have to call THEM to schedule our regular bi-monthly treatments even though they are supposed to initiate the scheduling. However, they have kept our home generally free of the pests we had experienced before using them. And their technicians that come to our home are unfailingly polite, very professional, and will treat whatever additional areas we ask them to treat. We had an excellent experience today with Robbie and we highly recommend him.

We use Go-Forth as our quarterly bug exterminators. We noticed some spiders were getting in the house towards the end of the quarter and reached out via email. They called me right away and said someone would be out in the morning. Sure enough, Drew J arrived in the morning. He asked about what we were seeing and where. He assured me he would take care of it. Drew was around for at least 45 mins because he went around the house knocking down webs and putting bug boxes in the corner of the garage. I think he did something else as well, but I don’t remember the exact lingo :). He really took his time tending to the issue! I was so impressed! I expected him to just spray and take off, but nope. Drew went above and beyond. He was also very friendly and professional. We highly recommend them to all of our friends and neighbors! ⭐️

This most recent service was just exterior. With this service, all spiderwebs for knock down from the entire outside of the house that means extending up to the second floor as well. Granules were placed down for ants and spiders, and then the rest of the treatment was anything else creeping and crawling. Our tech was very professional and courteous. Would be wonderful if the company was to have set routes for certain people it’s nice to get used to the same people coming into your home.

Drew came out to treat outside and my converted garage. I also had some boxelder bugs in a tree in the back, so he treated that as well. At the same time, he noticed there was a termite issue near my shed where there is leftover fire wood. Thankful for this inspection, so I’ll be working with him on a plan for treating the termite issue. Great and friendly service!

He even explained that I did not have termite protection, even though I was told I did and stated that there was a sell going on and it was only for the next two days. After I called to explain my concern, I was contacted by an experienced pest controller who asked questions about the bug residue, it was a thorough consult. This was followed by a very professional visit by the pest control specialist named Derick. He explained what he was going to do to treat this issue, then after he completed this, he told me to call if I had further issues. Peace of mind.

Need an exterminator? Then look no further. I had a tree service come out to trim branches and when they started the chainsaw they were attacked by bees. I called Go-Forth and they showed up within 2 hours. Once the men showed up with proper pesticide the bees were dead and they even killed the queen so the bees haven't returned. I was so impressed I signed up for the years service. Drew showed up today and took care of my ant and spiders problem. Answered all my questions and made sure my dogs would be safe around the pesticides he used. The cost is less than what I unsuccessfully spent trying to take care of this myself. Drew was kind and professional today. They usually spray just outside, I asked him to come inside and spray, he tossed his booties on and got to it. He really worked on the outside getting any webs and ect. He was persist and paid attention to detail. During the winter they come every other month, during the summer it's every month. If you seem to be having a problem just call and they will come out to help . The only thing that bugs me about the company is that they bill me every month (even during the winter) when they aren't out every month.

The spray these use is excellent. Never have a saw any bug besides a couple tiny silverfish. Never a cockroach or spider!

Use to be Bioshield. Still use the same natural mix for sprays. Has never had any harmful affects on my two dogs. The techs are always polite and courteous. They happily answer all my questions. Even when new techs come to my house, the job is always the same. They always do the same application. We have a deck that is about 3 feet of the ground and had really bad mosquitoes. Once they sprayed, I hardly notice them anymore. I would highly recommend this company over any of the larger companies. Cost is a cheaper and have many plans to fit any needs.

So far so good! My annoying issue was mice. He put down these sticky traps in areas i told him I’ve seen mice and 3 mice have been caught already in my garage.
