Angela did an amazing job explaining the situatioin. She even pulled out the stove to check behing it and did some of the initial cleanup. She also lifted the top area with the burners and prompted them up. We now know we should periodically do this to be sure the area is clean and not attracting any unwanted guests.

The Technician, Gewan, who arrived today, to provided Foam to all the ground level entry-ways was very polite and accommodating. The unfortunate part, not due to his fault, the New Foam Product, was not as good or efficient @ application. It required a caulking gun, that does not bend or have an extender to aid in getting product @ ground level sufficiently, UP into the entry ways @ rodents. The Technician, Gewan, made call to inform of issue & to request another visit to have the Old Foam Product, which was so much better (Spray Foam), utilized. Gewan, provided great customer service in making call to arrange a new visit to have original foam product applied for better Pest intervention.

Then he asked me what I thought was a problem then he began to work and he was very through. He paid attention to detail of each room my main problem was in kitchen and so he looked in behind each counter and corners and floor and baseboards. I have been doing remodeling and they are young so he prepared mixture to treat the situation. He as well as previous technicians were very respectful and sincere I really Respect the personnel Fox have sent to my house as well as the folks I have talked to on the phone. Today I actually had Devon come by and he was amazing. Everything went great from the time I first spoke with him on the phone letting me know he was on his way, to showing up and going over the prices and the actual service details. Even during the service he was helpful answering my questions and once finished walked around my yard with me and gave me tips on protecting my home from unwanted pests, the products being used, and just general insect education.
