I've been a Bug Masters customer for 6 months now. I just had my 3rd visit today. John and his team have been really helpful taking care of my condo treatment. No one wants to call an exterminator but when you need to, they will access the problem and they will take care of you. Each visit they are always on time and friendly. Keep up the good work!

After a frantic experience that got out of hand over the holidays, and not getting responses, I was referred to Bug-Masters by a family member. I sent a Facebook message, got a response with the bosses cell number and called first thing this morning. At first contact, Jon explained that he would make time whenever I could have them out, and when I explained the sleep I was losing over the issue, he made a time a lot for me after normal business hours. Jon and Cody were at my door same day, explained everything to me, went over a contract in detail and got to work. Less than 24 hours after first contact and they treated my interior and exterior, all while making friends with my intimidating dog!

John the owner of Bug Masters has done a great job of getting rid of cockroaches in our house after just one treatment. During his first visit to our home, he identified our problem and treated our house immediately! He came back a few weeks later and gave us a follow up treatment. We were so impressed by that initial call that we hired him to treat our house and grounds for any bug infestation problems. We have been very happy with his continued service so much so, that we decided to hire his company to take care of our 7-11 Store for our extermination contract there, dropping a corporate enterprise we were not happy with. Since he has had our store under contract, he has taken care of any issues noted in a visit. Just today in fact we made the decision to award John our home termite service for prevention and inspection in the future! Now Bug Masters will take care of all our needs both at home and at our business. Great job, John, keep up the good work!

Great service, very responsive, always on time, and ready to help with emergencies! We were having an issue with some giant flies, we called late in the day and Cody showed up the next morning and took care of the problem. I just read the 1 star reviews and I am astonished about the money complaints. I can't tell you how many times over the years I've asked if I could wait a few weeks to pay and they have always said absolutely, you have 30 days from the service date, don't worry about it! Accurate review Owner, technicians, office staff all do outstanding jobs. If you have a problem they will accommodate your needs immediately and are always willing to make any arrangements you may temporarily need. I have been a customer for years and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone!

I am a business so I will be a bit more honest then a homeowner. Let me first say I received a $25 discount to leave a review. but then let me say that except being super busy and my not thinking to leave one without prompting,, the incentive was not needed. I thought I had an account with another company. My partner and I each thought the other was taking care of monthly scheduled services neither of us was! When I saw one little guy who does not belong - I freaked!! Oh Hell no! I started calling everyone in the book but no one could see me till next week. To me- this was an emergency! Not only did Jon answer his own phone, he personally brought a technician with him and met me personally. He set me up a contract and they sprayed immediately! From what I have experience with my fist encounter, I am impressed! Hopefully the service is their standard & and the product is efficient.

This is where you need to call if you have something "creepy crawly". I called at 7:24 PM and they were here by 8:05 PM. Not only did they ease my anxiety of the termites but they explained each process and what to expect. John and Cody were professional, curious, arrived VERY quickly, and were able to keep my spirits high. They gave us a realistic $$ quote. They were not afraid by my dog either. Very friendly. John and Cody of Bug Masters came out on a Saturday after a late Friday evening panicked call about pest. They were very calming and efficient in the work. They told us what they would advise to fix our pest issues. They gave us an estimate but there was absolutely no pressure into a contract or service. After discussion we decided to go with their annual services. So far we are very pleased. Also they took the time to make sure our dogs were comfortable with them coming into the house and yard. Highly recommend this company for annual pest control and pest infestation/crisis.

I woke up to a living full of ants! I found Jon on Google. The reviews were good so I called. He was out here within two hours. The ants are gone. Jon was super friendly great with my kid and pets. He took me outside and showed me the nest and gave me some tips on what to do and not do. His treatments are pet safe too so I did not have to leave the house. Another great thing is that you don’t have to be here when he comes to do treatments. That can get hard with work schedules. Very pleased so far. Prices are reasonable. It’s a local small business which I always love to use.

Really great experience with this company. Jon is really down to earth and always a pleasant experience when he comes for his services. I saw almost immediate results after the first visit and after a few subsequent visits my pests were exterminated. The office receptionist is very kind as well and made it easy to make payments and schedule odd hours around my work schedule. Overall I'm very pleased with the service and the price compared to orkin which my mom used for her house down the street for a similar issue.

This review is in response and rebuttal to the "My Tran" posting earlier today. I am the home owner that the young lady, working for a refinance company to assist Veterans, was referring to. I was not in the market to refinance when I was initially contacted, but I pursued the possibility of reducing my mortgage payment more out of curiosity than anything else. So when the owner of Bug-Masters contacted me today, he was thinking the initial call to him from the young lady was a crank call. She did not have the information he had requested. When the Bug-Masters owner called me soon after his unpleasant telephone experience, he was very professional and kind. And once he realized he had not received a crank call, we met at my home a short time later. I was totally impressed. There was no "hard sell" or "rush to judgement." He explained in excellent and understandable detail what the termite inspection process was, the cost (which was quite reasonable), and would be happy to provide his service to meet my schedule and not the other way around. He offered a "Subterranean Termite Control Agreement" and we agreed to schedule an inspection in the near future. Jon, the Bug-Master owner, treated this disabled veteran with the utmost respect and we thanked each other for the service we both provided or still provide. And if first impressions tell anything about ones character and ethics, then Jon makes an excellent first impression.

Jon is awesome! I called him on a Sunday in a complete panic because I found a bug in my house, I new it would be a emergency call and the cost was going to be through the roof. After speaking to Jon and explaining to him what was going on he calmed me down enough for me to wait until Monday morning. He went over the cost of a contract with his company and stayed on the phone with me for about 1/2 hour to ease my anxiety about what was going on. Jon was very easy to talk to and had the answers for my questions, Not to mention the turn around in time to be out to my house and the cost is so affordable! He scheduled to be at my house between 8-10 and was there went over more information with me sprayed and was done in such a timely manner!!! Bug Masters did a great job ridding my home of an ant infestation. The house had been vacant for a few months before we moved in and after a week it seemed like they were everywhere, even upstairs coming in through the window sills! After Bug Masters came and treated, all the visible ones were dead in 24 hours. It's been almost 4 weeks since the treatment and I haven't seen a single ant in the house. I used a national brand service before and I'm much more satisfied with this local company. They even came back the next week to help with my carpenter bee problem! Didn't have to wait for the next scheduled service. Great results at a reasonable price.

We had terrible problems with termites for three years running (2018 - 2020). Bug Masters assumed the contract with our previous person. They did a lot of work the other person did not do. When I initially called, he answered on a Saturday night and was willing to give up his Sunday family time to check out my possible termite problem. I knew it wasn’t termites because I’ve taken lots of entomology classes and college and I visibly saw ants inside rather than termites. I was using it as a tactic to see if he would scare me into immediately purchasing a termite treatment, like most pest places do when the see any damage. He was honest and really cool about the situation. He said it was old termite damage, but it was nothing to worry about m. He mentioned termites could come back but it’s not active. Then he told me his prices and gave me options for paying. He wasn’t pushy at all. He’s a very cool guy, and his services encompass a lot of pests. We used other pest control companies and still had a termite problem and an ant problem that no one seemed to be able to take care of. Jon came out to take care of our ant problem and was so sure he could get rid of the ants that he offered to treat free of charge just so we could make sure he could do what no one else could. Well, not only did he take care of the ant problem but we haven't had a problem since. If we even see a few ants, he is out right away taking care of whatever we need.
