Amazing service!! We've used this service for many months now and I'm thrilled to have them! Our last service sprayed for what was needed at the time, but we noticed we still had spiders around the outside of the house, so i requested another spray and scheduled it quickly. Jason came out and explained what he was using, then sprayed the house again. Jason is extremely kind and knowledgeable and I appreciate his services!! Thank you!

What I liked most about Insight Pest Control was we were able to make an appointment right away. We found mice in our house and if this has happened to you, then you know the horror. Day of service, David was on time, extremely professional, and very pleasant to work with! He was very thorough and was able to answer all our questions and concerns. Justice came by today for our quarterly service and we have nothing but amazing things to say about him! He was very timely and communicative, giving us a heads up as to when he was going to arrive. He made sure to announce his arrival (since we have dogs) so that we could properly contain our dogs to be out of his way. He was great about checking in about how we were doing (pest wise) to make sure that he was going to be treating the proper areas. He was efficient and effective with his time, while also being able to answer questions for us along the way. He’s a spectacular guy and we look forward to having him back again for future treatments!

Coen did an amazing job treating treating the inside and outside of the house. He was very professional and personable. I told him that I’m concerned about some weird noise coming from the attic and he said that he will inspect it during his next visit. David was great at a explaining each step along the way and the benefits of each treatment. He was very, very thorough and went above and beyond in his inspection and treatments. He quickly found and closed potential mouse entry points as well as located primary ant locations. He was polite and a joy to talk with. They not only treated the outside (including lawn), but also under the house in the crawl space. Impressed with the inside treatment process of addressing any entrance points around sink pipes, etc. We have pets, so he used mouse traps safe for curious cats and dogs! Very willing to answer questions and make suggestions... He setup a 2 week follow-up to check progress. Thank you, David, for the awesome work and high integrity! Update (Sept 2022): Just had an outstanding service appointment (my first official quarterly). Jason was friendly, professional, and took the time to learn how things have been going. I have a sugar ant issue. I have a current pest control company that can’t seem to get this issue fixed. They come out every 2 weeks with no improvement. Insight comes today to my door. Friendly. Allowed time to research their offer and come back later. I found a better deal in my research and shared with them when they came back. They reduced their bid to beat that price as well. Had the service tech there within 30 minutes and completed the service. Came to the door to explain what they did. They tried one chemical that did not seem to work immediately so they switched to another. Seemed to know their stuff. Will have to wait and see if my sugar ant problem goes away.

We had our first spray yesterday and fingers crossed we don’t see any silver fish, I didn’t know but the spray covers every kind of bug! Our neighbors actually used the same company. We recently bought a home in Fairview and soon realized we had a serious wasp problem in our carport area. My autistic grandson is terrified by flying and buzzing insects. Jason quickly removed the nests while assuring my grandson (through the window) that they would soon be completely gone. He was thorough covering both inside and outside of our home as well as the yard. The fact that he was friendly and pleasant to talk to were added bonuses. We also had him check for mice in the house where he found their entry point, set more traps and installed a bate trap outside to ensure they don’t start nesting in the attic as the weather gets colder. I actually had someone from Insight knock on my door . And I hired him that day ! David had people here in an hour treating my home . We live on the river and the ants have been out of control . They are constant in my kitchen, on the deck in the garage and other areas of my home . It’s been a real problem . After the first treatment we saw a few ants for a day, I can’t remember the third gentleman’s name that sprayed that day but he was so enjoyable . I have literally not seen an ant anywhere inside or outside . Justice came back and treated again to make sure everything stays good 👍. I’m so impressed and will recommend this company to everyone ! I would 100% recommend insight to take care of any unwanted guests in your home or on your property. And the best part about this company is they use pet friendly Solution so nothing that they lay down or spray can harm your animals. I bought a used TV that came with unwanted Guest. My children and myself were mortified I had this TV in my house for only 2 days and that was 2 days too many. I contacted insight and explained what was going on, they were in my home within 48 hours spraying putting traps down And examining the rest of my property. They even found some things I was unaware of and took care of them with no extra charge. I have been with with them for about 8 months now I do there quarterly plan. It's broken down to a monthly charge. Which is perfect for me because I am a single mom. This is a amazing company. The owner is the one that came out the 1st 2 times. Everyone from the appointment setter to techs have been amazing, i have nothing bad to say About any of them. They are non judgmental always have a smile, very courteous, and Most definitely know what they're doing. I haven't had a single problem with the unwanted guess since the 1st call.

I was concerned about what products and chemicals would be used, but he was very understanding of my concerns and patiently explained all of the products to me and let me take pictures of the containers so I could research them too. He was very accommodating and we were able to tailor our treatment plan according to our wishes and comfort level, and we can adjust the plan after further consideration.

We have used Insight for almost 3 years between our home and rental units. With it being summer we have seen an influx of various bugs encroaching in and around our home and scheduled our quarterly service. Eric was amazing and spent over an hour treating the entire interior and exterior of our house. I told him about a hornets nest that had popped up on our shed- he treated that, and also found and treated numerous other nests he had discovered cleaning the eaves of the roofline. So my husband and I have been handling yellow jacket/wasp nests on our own. Knock at the door it was a salesman (normally don't listen to salesman at my door) salesman explained who he was and what they could do for us and it was perfect time. Walking around our property we found more bees nests than what we could handle. We signed up and they were to be out at our house at 11:00 a.m. on Monday the 22nd. Jason came to our house he was there 20 minutes early and got started, he stayed for an hour and a half and took care of every last nest that he found. Set some ant spider traps inside the house. So thankful that we found this company we will be seeing them on a quarterly basis unless we find something else. But they are definitely professional and know what they're doing. I would recommend them to anyone!! If you have any bugs or problems you need to hire these guys!!!!

I am not 100% sure what else they offer! However, this season, even with the weird weather, we have had very few problems with bugs like we did in the past. We are in a small woodsy area so bugs are a huge thing out here naturally! Their customer service is nice and polite. We've only had to call them twice for quick help in between our services. They responded and came within a day or so! When the staff gets here, like Calum, they are always polite and they have great vibes so they are always welcome here! I appreciate their help! He was super helpful and thorough and explained a lot of the process afterwards of what all he did and what bugs it’ll help control for. Ridgefield gets a lot of vary unique types of bugs so having a service like this is really helpful and having great customer service via their reps as well makes them stand out. It’s also nice to know if we have issues even after we can call them up to come help. Update: Josh did another service today, we had him do the inside as well and it was quick and easy. He also double checked on prior problems to ensure nothing new there. Very thorough and professional service!

He took care of my unexpected ant problem in my kitchen and check my rodent traps and set them out again. Notice rodent burrows in front yard and put out a bait box for them.
